Objective: To assess whether the relationship of an ADHD diagnosis by adolescence to nonprescription stimulant use in adulthood is direct or indirect, via Conduct Disorder (CD) and/or Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Method: Data were obtained from multiple waves of interviews and questionnaires completed by 551 community-based participants when they were between the mean ages of 14.1 and 36.6 years. Results: The results of the structural equation model (SEM) supported both a direct association between early ADHD and later nonprescription stimulant use ( B = .18, z = 2.74) and the relationship from ADHD to later nonprescription stimulant use ( B = .01, z = 1.72) via CD and SUD. Conclusion: The longitudinal data supporting these paths suggest that efforts to prevent and treat the misuse of nonprescription stimulants may be more effective if attention is paid to those with a history of ADHD, as well as to those who also had CD and SUD.

Along with the development of technology in retail, consumers have increased their expectation about experience convenience in retail. Starting with the growth of various platform, the next development is the experience that combined both offline and online service known as Omnichannel. The Omnichannel Service Adoption is explained by Wixom Model shows the relationship of object-based beliefs, channel integration quality, perceived fluency, and internal and external usage experience as moderating effects of perceived fluency. The adoption of Omnichannel is important to deliver a consistency of data and user experience compared to multichannel. The research uses quantitative approach with Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS for data analytic. The population is referred to Berrybenka, a prominent fashion e-commerce in Jakarta, customers. The result shows that Breadth Channel Choice, Channel Service Transparency, Content Consistency and Process Consistency have a significant and positive influence on perceived fluency. The implication and limitation of the research are also highlighted.

A large-scale, community-based survey was done to assess the frequency of a wide variety of sexual behaviors in normal preadolescent children and to measure the relationship of these behaviors to age, gender, and socioeconomic and family variables. A sample of 880 2-through 12-year-old children screened to exclude those with a history of sexual abuse were rated by their mothers using several questionnaire measures. The frequency of different behaviors varied widely, with more aggressive sexual behaviors and behaviors imitative of adults being rare. Older children (both boys and girls) were less sexual than younger children. Sexuality was found to be related to the level of general behavior problems, as measured by the Achenbach Internalizing and Externalizing T scores and to a measure of family nudity. It was not related to socioeconomic variables.

This research used quantitative method involving 100 guests who stayed overnight as the respondents. Sampling was done by accidental sampling and analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that 1) Service quality had a significant effect on satisfaction, 2) Service quality had no significant effect on loyalty, 3) Brand attributes had a significant effect on satisfaction, 4) Brand attributes had significant influence on loyalty, and 5) Satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty. Suggestions that can be made in this study that hotel should support loyalty, maintain and pay close attention to brand attributes that need to be improved and guest mindset influence, as well as the should find other aspects that can support and increase guest loyalty.

(2) to know the relationship ofvariables that affect the competence of supervisors on the performance of the quality of buildingconstruction in Malang. The research was carried out on several samples of foreman in Malang. The sampling technique used is the judgmental technique (purposive). The statistical tool used inthis study is Structural Equation Model (SEM) to determine the relationship of variables that affectthe foreman’s competence on the quality of construction of the building performance in Malang. The analysis showed that foreman’s competency factors affecting the performance of thequality of building construction in Malang are competency skills, personal and management. Fromthe result of this research noted that there is a significant effect between skills variables, personalvariables and management variable on the quality of buildings construction in Malang. The purpose of this study was to examine the difference in leisure satisfaction, job satisfaction and organization commitment according to individual vs group leisure activity and to find out whether job satisfaction mediate relationship of leisure satisfaction and organization commitment. Participants of this study were 553 employees of various organizations in Jeonbuk. Reliability Cronbach's of questionnaire was .936~.846 and validity was verified by applying confirmatory factor analysis. The collected data were statistically analyzed through t-test, correlational analysis and Structural Equation Model(SEM) with SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19.0. As a result, we found that there were significant differences between individual and group leisure activity on leisure satisfaction, job satisfaction and organization commitment. so the employees who participated in group leisure activity is higher than employees who participated in individual leisure activity. Also, job satisfaction fully mediated the relationship between leisure satisfaction and organization commitment both employees who participated in individual and group leisure activity. In other words, we confirmed that participating in group leisure activity raised the level of leisure satisfaction, and leisure satisfaction effected on job satisfaction and organization commitment. Finally, we discussed significance, limitation of this study then implications for further research.

In this study, the core objective was to find the relationship of Dark Triad [Psychopathy, Narcissism and Machiavellianism], organizational cynicism and burnout. This research tested the direct relationship of Dark Triad [Psycho, Nar and Mach] and outcome burnout also tested the organizational cynicism as mediator in the relationship between the Dark Triad and burnout. There was a sample of 384 employees of Oil & Gas sector of Egypt includes well known organizations. In order to analyze the data for this research, we used structural equation model 16 to analyze the data and check the hypothesis. Our finding shows that organizational cynicism mediates the relationship of Dark Triad’s and burnout. Our empirical finding recommends that important policy implications for the oil and gas sector.

This paper considers the ways in which neighbourhood perceptions can differentially affect residential mobility, particularly in low-income areas. Given the long history of understanding the relationship between neighbourhood context and residential mobility, this study includes measures of satisfaction, safety, decay and neighbourly agency to understand mobility. Using data from the Making Connections Initiative, this paper uses a unique panel survey across neighbourhoods in 10 US cities undergoing spatial and/or demographic transitions to analyse the extent to which neighbourhood perceptions are associated with residential mobility. By employing a multilevel structural equation model, the study accounts for neighbourhood perceptions, neighbourhood demographics and mobility risk over time. The results show that perceptions of neighbourhood context matter more than the actual neighbourhood setting. These findings highlight the continued importance of subjective rather than objective measures of neighbourhood conditions in understanding residential mobility.
