(2) to know the relationship ofvariables that affect the competence of supervisors on the performance of the quality of buildingconstruction in Malang. The research was carried out on several samples of foreman in Malang. The sampling technique used is the judgmental technique (purposive). The statistical tool used inthis study is Structural Equation Model (SEM) to determine the relationship of variables that affectthe foreman’s competence on the quality of construction of the building performance in Malang. The analysis showed that foreman’s competency factors affecting the performance of thequality of building construction in Malang are competency skills, personal and management. Fromthe result of this research noted that there is a significant effect between skills variables, personalvariables and management variable on the quality of buildings construction in Malang. Based onthese result, it is advisable to conduct further research for other types of work that can be seen inmore depth the competence of foreman. Keywords: foreman competence, quality of building construction

Dengan demikian apabila pihak manajemen ingin meninggikan nilai variabel Service Quality (X2) maka rekomendasi secara statistik mengenai indikator perlu diprioritaskan untuk diperbaiki adalah indikator X2.5 (Empaty)Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Motivasi membeli, Kinerja Pemasaran AbstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of 4P and the quality of service to performance through buying motivation Agent Company to the performance of PT. Eratama Putra Mandiri Banyuwangi. Data analysis using SEM Structural Equation  Model) and GSCA PLS program The population of this study amounted to 130 Agents and samples taken 60 Agen by the method. Marketing Mix Analysis and quality of service to  motivation to buy Consument to buy Fish Products in PT Eratama Putra Mandiri. Continuity of a company can be influenced by the marketing strategy and quality of service performed by the company given to influence the motivation of consumers to buy. This study aims to determine the effect of 4P marketing and service quality that has been done by the company PT. Eratama Putra Mandiri in affecting Motivation buy products by customers to buy Seafood Product. The results showed that: Equations we can know the relationship of exogenous latent constructs to endogenous latent constructs. it can be seen that performance variable (Y) is more dominant influenced by latent motivation variable (X3) that is with highest value of influence equal to 0,587 is 58,7 %. While Motivation (X3) is more dominantly influenced by Service Quality (X2) variable, where the best indicator (variable manifest) in establishing Service Quality (X2) variable is X2.5 (Empathy) with loading factor highest is 0.893 is 89%. Thus if the management wants to raise the value of Service Quality (X2) variable then the statistical recommendation of the indicators should be prioritized for improvement is the indicator X2.5 (Empathy)Keywords: Marketing Mix 4P, Service Quality, Buying Motivation

Along with the development of technology in retail, consumers have increased their expectation about experience convenience in retail. Starting with the growth of various platform, the next development is the experience that combined both offline and online service known as Omnichannel. The Omnichannel Service Adoption is explained by Wixom Model shows the relationship of object-based beliefs, channel integration quality, perceived fluency, and internal and external usage experience as moderating effects of perceived fluency. The adoption of Omnichannel is important to deliver a consistency of data and user experience compared to multichannel. The research uses quantitative approach with Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS for data analytic. The population is referred to Berrybenka, a prominent fashion e-commerce in Jakarta, customers. The result shows that Breadth Channel Choice, Channel Service Transparency, Content Consistency and Process Consistency have a significant and positive influence on perceived fluency. The implication and limitation of the research are also highlighted.

This study aims to analyze the relevant indicators of spending quality in measuring the quality of regional spending as well as the relationship between the quality of regional spending and the development performance of the regencies/cities of Banten Province. This study uses secondary data from the governance, financial and performance development of the districts/cities of Banten Province between 2009 – 2013. The Data are analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS–SEM) using SmartPLS software version 2.0 & SmartPLS version 3.0. The Results show that there are 21 indicators out of 40 indicators that are relevant in measuring the quality of the districts/cities spending in Banten Province. The change of the spending quality map from 2009 to 2013 shows that the quality of North Banten (Tangerang Regency, Tangerang City, Tangerang Selatan, Serang Regency, Serang City and Cilegon City) is better than South Banten (Pandeglang and Lebak). In addition, the estimation results from the model used indicate that the quality of the region spending of Banten Provinve has a positive relationship with the performance of development with the value of the indicator 0,678. Purpose This study aims to examine the hedonism attributes, memorable tourism experience (MTE), revisit intention and their relationships. This study explores the antecedents of hedonism as physical environment, shopping at the destination, service quality, personalisation and exclusivity that influence MTE. The relationship of hedonism factors with revisit intention is also investigated in light of the mediation of MTE between them. Design/methodology/approach For this study, a sample of 600 tourists is collected by using the convenience sampling technique. The collected data is analysed by using the confirmatory factor analysis-structural equation modelling approach. Findings The empirically validated model recommends the significant relationships between the hedonism elements and revisits intention with the mediating effect of MTE. The findings suggest that tourists who positively perceive hedonism attributes are more likely to have positive MTEs, and they revisit the destination. Originality/value This research study examines the relationship of hedonism determinants with MTE of the tourists leading to their revisit intention for a tourism destination. It helps to understand MTE as the main component to affect tourists’ revisit intention for a destination and make sustainable tourism.
