This research paper aims an analytical study on the software development organization insight into trending automation technologies and their implementation Software Engineering Management (SEM) processes. Software Project Management (SPM) is a scientific art for planning, controlling execution and monitoring. SPM approaches are more focusing towards the essential requirement for the success of software project development. It has been very challenging to manage software development using existing project management procedures driven by software development organizations and this is one of the areas of problem statement for this research. This paper discusses an analytical study for the requirements and consideration of BPR in SPM, explores to spot and emphasizes the important success factors for the execution of a BPR using benefits of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in software development organization. BPR is organizational mechanism that improves ability to respond to challenges of qualitative result by change and improvement in software engineering processes, productivity, product quality and competitive advantages. AI will be the best approach and scope of automation SEM processes for software development organizations. This paper also represents a conceptual view of software engineering model shift for improvements in capability of project managers to handle agile thinking and problem solving for betterment of SPM using Artificial Intelligence.

Over the last few decades there has been an exponential growth in IT, motivating IT professionals and scientists to explore new dimensions resulting in the advancement of artificial intelligence and its subcategories like computer vision, deep learning and augmented reality. AR is comparatively a new area which was initially explored for gaming but recently a lot of work has been done in education using AR. Most of this focuses on improving students understanding and motivation. Like any other project, the performance of an AR based project is determined by the customer satisfaction which is usually affected by the theory of triple constraints; cost, time and scope. many studies have shown that most of the projects are under development because they are unable to overcome these constraints and meet project objectives. We were unable to find any notable work done regarding project management for augmented reality systems and application. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a system for management of AR applications which mainly focuses on catering triple constraints to meet desired objectives. Each variable is further divided into subprocesses and by following these processes successful completion of the project can be achieved.

It has been well-known that the chance of successfully delivering a software project within an allocated time and budget is very low. Most of the researches in this area have concluded that “user's requirements” of the systems is one of the most difficult risks to deal with in this case. Interestingly, until today, regardless of amount of effort put into this area, the possibility of project failure is still very high. The issue with requirement can be significantly increased when developing an artificial intelligence (AI) system, where one would like the systems to autonomously behave. This is because we are not only dealing with user's requirements, but we must also be able to deal with “system's behavior” that, in many cases, do not even exist during software development. This chapter discusses a preliminary work on a framework for risk management for AI systems development projects. The goal of this framework is to help project management in minimizing risk that can lead AI software projects to fail due to the inability to finish the projects on time and within budget.
