Abstract The history of eco (organic) farming in Hungary has begun in 1983. Currently, approx. 2% of the agricultural area is managed this way. This research gives a survey on the architectural backgrounds of this specific land management type. Sustainability and energy conservation have brought along a new demand in the construction industry, including design and operation of agricultural buildings: the usage of energy efficient, environmentally friendly and preferably renewable energy based building alternatives. Among the energy-saving solutions we have to emphasize those passive systems in particular, which use the natural conditions (sunlight, shading, ventilation, gravity, etc.) on their own, without the help of mechanical equipment, and achieve energy efficiency by placing and structuring technological buildings accordingly.

Urgency of the research. Forming the energy policy of the national economy on the basis of the energy security concept will ensure making balanced management decisions concerning the future energy development of the country. Target setting. Both in the world and Ukrainian practices, the most common approach to forming a model of energy security is based mainly on sources of energy supply. However, such approach does not reflect the aggregation of the complexity of the relationship in energy systems. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Problems of studying national energy security are highlighted in works of such scientists as J. Jewell and A. Cherp, A. Kachynskyi, B. Kruyt, A. Mikhalevych, B. Sovakul, A. Shevtsov, A. Smenkovskyi, as well as of different international organizations. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. The concept of energy security requires further consideration in the context of a systems approach and its operationalization at the methodological level. The research objective is the conceptualization of energy security on the basis of a systems approach and its operationalization using the 4E model. The statement of basic materials. The article studies the features of functioning of energy systems and proposes a system concept of energy security. The authors suggest considering the subsystems of energy supply, energy conversion and energy consumption as its components, the assessment of energy security of which at the methodological level is performed using the corresponding system indicators: energy dependency, energy efficiency and energy conservation. The stable existence of an energy system is ensured by such a component of energy security as energy self-sufficiency. In the work, the approbation of the proposed methodological approach to the assessment of energy security in Ukraine has been carried out. Conclusions. Energy security should be considered as a system category, and its concept based on a systems approach. The operationalization of energy security is based on its assessment by means of the methodological approach using the 4E model: energy conservation, energy efficiency, and energy dependency, as well as energy self-sufficiency.

This paper analyzes the characteristics and composition of the energy consumption system of the building from the perspective of systematic energy conservation and presents the systematic framework of the consumption model. Based on the framework, the paper focuses on how to establish a building energy consumption assessment system, find the energy efficiency index system and assessment approaches, and apply the results directly into building energy conservation and emission reduction. It not only facilitates greatly the overall and efficient management of the energy consumption system of the building, but also serves as another new approach to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.

Inner Mongolia mostly belongs to the rural residence building, no any relevant construction standard and building energy efficiency standards. Most of the farmers in build houses without considering building energy problems. This article through to a rural residential energy conservation calculation and analysis, and obtain the energy-saving index.

With the deepening of the energy conservation of the building, energy saving from the original design of building energy-saving gradually turned to the field detection and completion acceptance, which requires a corresponding energy-efficient means of detection. With the development of infrared technology, the combination of infrared technology and detection methods of building energy-saving, to further promote the development of building energy efficiency testing work. Compared to the traditional heat flow meter or hot-box method, infrared thermal imaging method has no effect on the measured object, detecting the surface temperature of quick reaction speed, accompanying with wide temperature range and high precision, is widely used in various fields of testing work, which has been particularly prominent in the thermal defect detection. In this paper, the method of infrared thermography is used to confirm whether the thermal defects exist in energy-saving construction or not. Testing results show that infrared thermography can accurately reflect the temperature distribution of building wall surface. Infrared thermal imaging to detect the building surface's energy efficiency, which is providing efficient and accurate means of detection for the evaluation of the building energy efficiency. This is to help carry out a comprehensive building energy-saving testing.
