This paper analyzes the common faults of the YMZ light silt coal car loader's hoisting device in working process, and supplies several solutions; Simultaneously, it mainly introduces two types of manufacturing technique about hoisting device's parts design and improvement in practical application and appraises the effect of the green design and manufacturing technique in the working device; The article concludes that improved workpiece performance is of great practical value; As the designers are designing the products, only when they should combine the new design concept and the mode of thinking with the green design concept, and attach importance to the innovation of science and technology during the designing process as well, and finally bring into play the advantages of the technology, can they produce safe, powerfrugal, efficient and shapely green products which are popular with people at home and abroad.

ESP Teaching method is an approach that is significantly different from the conventional English Language Teaching method. ESP teaching is a market-driven, communicative English teaching model which is based on the overall principle of significantly improving learners' professional English social skills, learnercentered, and meets the needs of society and individuals. In this study, researcher’s attempt is to integrate ESP reading model into the design and manufacturing English teaching. The study aims to explores the effect of ESP reading in mechanical design and manufacturing English teaching from the following three points, preclass reading task detection, while-reading teaching and post-reading teaching. And the author finds that ESP reading model not only make students have a strong interest in English learning and reading, improve their English reading ability and application ability of professional knowledge, but also enhance their innovative thinking ability.

OBE concept and engineering education concept coincide in many ways. Taking the mechanical design and manufacturing and automation majors of the Engineering College of Changchun Normal University as an example, focusing on professional characteristics, enterprise development needs and student development needs, construct a “dual coordinate” talent training model based on the OBE concept. On this basis, it is a local normal university. Provide reference suggestions for mechanical professional development.

Abstract Integration of engineering software continues to be an important topic in mechanical design and manufacturing. One integration technique which has been proposed is to store a complete product representation in a single database using a database management system. In order to integrate existing CAE applications which are not designed for use with a DBMS, a method for importing and exporting data to the database is needed. A system for recognizing and translating a large class of engineering data, those data formats which can be described by regular grammars, is proposed.

Abstract This research is based on the premise that a large number of problems in a variety of mechanical design and manufacturing domains can be mapped to a finite set of generic geometric problems. This paper presents only the representation aspects, which include not only the entities and their relationships at several levels of abstraction but also geometric tasks. To induce comprehensiveness we start at a very high level, listing many queries/commands arising in mechanical design and manufacturing and generalize these into a small set of generic queries/commands. In doing this we find it necessary to devise a new type of high level entity, the geometry characterization which is described with examples. To ensure tractability we start at a low level, describing primitive entities and constraints, and functions, and work our way up through compound entities and constraints. The end goal of this project is to produce an application independent system for geometric constraint solving and querying that can be integrated with any design or manufacturing application using a standardized representation.
