The monograph discusses the application of telematics in dispatch control systems in urban passenger transport. The role of telematics as a technological basis in automating the solution of control tasks, accounting and analysis of the volume and quality of transport work in modern dispatch control systems on urban passenger transport is shown. Analytical models have been developed to estimate the capacity of a high-speed bus transportation system on a dedicated line. Mathematical models and algorithms for predicting passenger vehicle interior filling at critical stages of urban passenger transport routes are presented. The issues of application of the concept of the phase space of states introduced by the authors to assess the quality of the passenger transportation process on the route of urban passenger transport are described. The developed classification of service levels and their application in order to inform passengers at stopping points about the degree of filling of the passenger compartment of the arriving vehicle is described. The material is based on the results of theoretical research and practical work on the creation and implementation of automated control systems for urban passenger transport in Russian cities. The material of M.H. Duque Sarango's dissertation submitted for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in the specialty 05.22.10 "Operation of motor transport" was used. It will be useful to specialists in the field of telematics on urban passenger transport.

Currently, the means of measuring and converting information signals from equipment are widely used in industrial processing systems. For the most part, modern systems of mechanical processing of materials use mainly single-channel systems that work on information signals that identify the physical parameters of the technological process. Such a narrow specialization of monitoring one of the parameters usually reduces the reliability of the results obtained and, as a consequence, the reliability of the entire control system. The task of the work is to determine the possibilities of creating the foundations of the automated system on the basis of multi-channel information recording devices from processing equipment and possible approaches to the choice of criteria for the analysis of fluid information. As a result of the given analysis of a condition of branch and its modern transformations, the module of system for data collection on process (from a set of sensors) is offered for development, with a possibility of their further transformation on certain dependence, storage, transfer, and a possibility of signaling of certain events, for example, faults, for use in production automation systems and for equipment not included in the systems. At the same time, the multi-channel device of the sensor system provides opportunities to determine the full amount of information about the process. The basic modern means of control of work of technological processing CNC-equipment applied in the industry are investigated. The most perspective directions of development of multicriteria methods and automated control systems of technological equipment in the part of creation of complex sensors are determined. These sensory complexes register signals that are different in physical phenomena. The main approaches to the creation of control systems provide opportunities to build a theoretical basis given the logic of the system of obtaining specific information data in the automation of technological processes. Promising research at creating algorithms for such complex systems of quality control and diagnostics of technological processes can be aimed.

The paper examines the role and features of the development of glossaries in the creation of information and control systems in the field of military affairs. The interest in this topic is due to the growing vol-ume of information that must be taken into account when creating such systems. A huge number of standards in this area offer a lot of definitions of terms that can contradict each other. On the other hand, the role of glossaries in projects related to the development of information systems in general is becoming more significant. Terminology management is necessary in the interaction of various groups of developers, for interaction between developers and users, and is also the basis for conceptual infor-mation modeling of automated control systems. The peculiarities of developing IT-projects require a deep study of the subject area, which is related to the study of the appropriate terminology, both from foreign and national sources. Ukraine's course to join European military structures and NATO requires the study of relevant standards and other available documentation, including Multilateral Interoperabil-ity Program (MIP) documents. A large number of terms are related to the application of world standards of the development of IT systems. Management in the military field is hierarchical, as in any state sys-tem. Such a corporate system has the ability to create a methodological center that includes unified knowledge bases on information technology and subject area standards, terminology programs. Creation of a glossary for the implementation of IT-project that would satisfy the requirements of both users and developers is a laborious task that requires processing of a large amount of information. The paper dis-cusses ways of developing thematic glossaries based on standardization and terminology.
