We have analyzed the results of investigation of alterations in indices of pro-oxidant (conjugated diene and malondialdehyde) and antioxidant (superoxide dismutase, ceruloplasmin, catalase) systems in guinea pigs’ lungs in experimental allergic alveolitis in the dynamics of EAA development under the conditions of immobilization stress. The investigation was conducted on 62 female guinea pigs weighing 180-220 g, divided into 4 groups: I – intact guinea pigs (n=20), II – guinea pigs (n=14) with EAA under the conditions of IS (1st day); III – guinea pigs (n=14) with EAA under the conditions of IS (2nd day); IV – guinea pigs (n=14) with EAA under the conditions of IS (64th day). The results of experimental investigation showed that a significant increase in conjugated diene level in animals’ lungs was observed at all stages of EAA development under the conditions of immobilization stress as compared with control group, indicating activation of this marker. The same changes occurred with MDA content, indicating excessive accumulation of this lipid peroxidation product in lung tissue. Intensive synthesis of free radical compounds caused activation of some components of enzymatic system of antioxidant defense. In particular, a moderate decrease in superoxide dismutase activity in lung tissue is observed in response to increased level of LOPs at early stages of EAA and immobilization stress development as compared with the indices in intact animals. The same situation is observed with catalase and ceruloplasmin activity in the lungs of guinea pigs with modeled AA and IS.

We have investigated the results of alterations in indices of pro-oxidant (conjugated diene and malondialdehyde) and antioxidant (superoxide dismutase, ceruloplasmin, catalase) systems in guinea pigs’ lungs under the conditions of immobilization stress. The experiment was conducted on 40 female guinea pigs weighing 0.18-0.20 kg. The animals were divided into 4 groups, each contained 10 guinea pigs: I – intact guinea pigs (control), II–guinea pigs with model of IS on1st day of experiment;Ш–animals on 2nd  day of experiment;IV- group of animals on 34th day of experimental model of IS. The results of our experimental work showed a significant accumulation of lipid peroxidation products in the lung`s tissure in different periods (on 1st, 2nd and 34th days) of immobilization stress. The state of antioxidant defence was characterized by moderate decrease of inzymes activity (superoxide dismutase, catalase and ceruloplasmin). disorders of balance between pro-oxidant and antioxidant systems couse oxidative stress development.

Introduction. Experimental allergic alveolitis (EAA) takes an important part among the diseases of the allergic genesis of the bronchopulmonary unit. The sharp deterioration of the socioeconomic situation in Ukraine, the high psycho-emotional stress in society, the long-term systematic impact of adverse factors are often combined, causing a stressful situation in the body. The aim of the study – to learn the functional state of the prooxidant and antioxidant system in the lungs of the mollusks under the conditions of the development of experimental immobilization stress and experimental allergic alveolitis and their correction with corvethene.Research Methods. The object – 80 guinea pigs (females) divided into 8 experimental groups, with 10 animals in each. 1st group – intact animals; 2, 3, 4 groups – the experimental model of allergic alveolitis (1st, 2nd, 34th day)to the treatment of K.5, 6, 7 groups – EAA under conditions of experimental immobilization stress (EIS ) (1st, 2nd, 34th day) to C treatment. Group 8 – EAA in the conditions of EIS (34th day) after treatment C, which for 10 days was administered intravaginal drug "Corvitin" (Borshchahivskyi Chemical and Pharmaceutical factory) in dose of 40 mg/kg. The animals then decapitated and determined in the lungs the content of the LPO products and the activity of the enzymes AOC. The content of diene conjugates (DK) – method of V. H. Havrylov, V. I. Mishkorudna, malone dialdehyde (MDA) – E. N. Korobeinikov, superoxide dismutase activity (SOD) – by R. Fried method, catalase activity (CT) – by B. Holmes, C. Masters. Immobilization stress – by the method of PID Horizon [10]. Experimental AA – by the method of O. Orekhov, Yu. A. Kyrilov. Statistical processing of digital data – Styuden's method. Statistically reliable results were considered, for which p≤0.05.Results and Discussion. During experimental studies, there was a change in the activity of antioxidant protection and lipid peroxidation in the dynamics of EAA development. There are changes in the equilibrium between the prooxidant and antioxidant systems in the direction of the growth of prooxidant and inhibition of antioxidant systems. According to the results, there is a significant activation of antioxidant mechanisms before the first day, with a gradual exhaustion up to 34 days of the disease and an increase in the processes of lipoperoxidation up to 34 days. Under conditions of combined pathological processes – experimental AA and immobilization stress, there is a significant stimulation of the antioxidant and prooxidant antioxidant systems. After treatment for ten days, mullahs with experimental AA in the conditions of EIS and treated K, which was administered at a dose of 40 mg/kg. there is a significant inhibition of LPO, and an increase in the activity of the antioxidant system – superoxide dismutase.Conclusions. The obtained results of the study showed the failure of the antioxidant system to dispose of the products of the LPA in the experimental AA under stress and its exhaustion in early periods of the disease. With theuse of corvetone, which has membrane-stabilizing, immune-regulating, anti-inflammatory and anti-ischemic effects, there was a decrease in the damaging effect of LPO and a significant increase in antioxidant defense, which in turn indicates the corrective effect of corvetane on the parameters of prooxidant and antioxidant systems and provides an opportunity for further study and experimental researches.

Introduction. Important role in understanding the pathogenesis of allergic alveolitis is played by processes of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and antioxidant system (AOS). Under physiological conditions, the level of LPO is maintained due to the equilibrium of pro- and antioxidant systems. LPO is considered as a universal mechanism of cell damage at the membrane level in conditions of different pathological conditions. In particular, hypoxia, inflammation, stress, allergy activate lipoperoxidation processes and suppress both an enzymatic and non-enzymatic activity of antioxidant defense. Products of lipoperoxidation negatively affect cell membranes and have a direct damaging effect on the adrenal gland tissue. The aim of the study – to evaluate the influence of lipid peroxidation processes and the state of the antioxidant system in the adrenal glands in the conditions of the formation of experimental allergic alveolitis.Research Methods. The experiments were conducted on 36 guinea pigs, body weight 0.18-0.20 kg. They were divided into four groups (n = 9). Intact – the first group (control). Animals with experimental allergic alveolitis, respectively, on the 1st, 2nd, and 34th day of the experiment. Experimental allergic alveolitis was modeled by O. O. Oriekhov, Yu. A. Kyrylov method. Activity of catalase was studied by B.Holmes, C. Masters method; superoxide dismutase – by R. Fried method; diene conjugates – by V. B. Havrylov, M. I. Mishkorudna method; malonic dialdehyde – by E. N. Korobeinikov method. Statistical processing is standard. Results and Discussion. The results of our studies revealed that the activity of the antioxidant system enzymes varied unidirectionally, depending on the periods of formation of the experimental allergic alveolitis. There is an increase in lipid peroxidation products both in its initial and final stages. At the same time, the activity of individual enzymes of antioxidant system underwent opposite changes.Conclusion. The obtained results indicate significant changes in the state of pro- and antioxidant systems in the thymus of animals with experimental allergic alveolitis and are important for a better understanding of the pathogenesis of experimental allergic alveolitis. These studies provide an opportunity to find more effective and useful ways to correct the detected changes in experimental allergic alveolitis.
