There is no standard and sophisticated experimental teaching evaluation system in university currently even experimental teaching is an important part of practice teaching, which results in lacking of standardization and systematization during experimental teaching. Directing to the problems, this paper constructed an experimental teaching evaluation index system and proposed an evaluation method based on AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and fuzzy mathematical evaluation method, which calculates the corresponding weights for each index and evaluates teaching effectiveness using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and comes to the evaluation results, finally this method was applied to evaluate the experimental teaching process in university fundamental computer course, which showed the validity and reliability of the evaluation system.

That the basic education reform conforms to the demand of teaching development as well as the professional capabilities, teaching level, and teaching effectiveness of experimental class teachers are supposed to be improved has become the important objectives of developing and optimizing the experimental teaching reform. This paper firstly analyzed the present situation of experiment teaching effect evaluation , and then analyzed the advantages of gray evaluation method in the experiment teaching effect evaluation compared with the traditional experiment teaching effect evaluation. Thus this paper built the optimized experiment teaching effect optimization system by further applying the gray evaluation method to analyze and evaluate the experiment teaching effect and then optimize teaching evaluation process, and finally improve work efficiency and evaluation accuracy .

Student-centered teaching model is a very important concept in the education sector, which will be restricted and influenced by many factors in the process of implementation. This paper focuses on investigating and studying the influence of teachers, students and supporting management of teaching reform on this teaching mode. According to undergraduates in pharmacy department of our hospital, the whole class was divided into study group and control group. Two-way evaluation method was used in the study group, and traditional experimental teaching method was used in the control group. The experimental theory, skill test scores and experimental report scores of the two groups of students were compared and analyzed, and the evaluation of teachers' teaching methods and learning effects of the students in the study group were investigated. The results show that students' evaluation of the Two-way evaluation method and teaching effect are very good. Two-way evaluation can stimulate students' interest in learning, and help to cultivate students' awareness of inquiry, practical ability, innovative ability, ability to analyze and solve problems.
