The role of tourism is a significant industry in the world, especially in Indonesia, which is a supporter of the economic sector that has speedy growth and provides a significant amount of employment sectors. In the current decade in Yogyakarta, tourism is growing and will become one of the main pillars of the country's economy. Mrisi Hamlet has advantages and natural characteristics that are good for being a location for leisure and sports. Lakes, rivers, and rice fields are natural resources attracted by tourists, supported by a strategic position, namely in the north of the Kasongan craft center and the south of the Madukismo sugar factory. The purpose of this service community is to assist tourism-aware groups to design facilities and infrastructure that can be developed for tourism to take advantage of nature, improve the economy of the region, and generate new jobs using the 3D SketchUp application. Hamlet tourism planning using 3D SketchUp produces excellent quality images because of the use of escape (real-time rendering and virtual reality), which significantly improves the existing condition. All facilities are designed in an artistic and modern style but adapted to natural and environmental conditions, clean toilets with natural designs, and a choice of andesite (natural) stone equipped with shower and rinse rooms. The facilities were also designed in a pleasing arrangement of playgrounds and gardens, swimming pools, and revitalizing the lake with a dike design as a jogging track area that is long enough with guardrails, tree hammocks, gazebos, and relaxing places exciting photo spots.ABSTRAKPeran wisata menjadi industri besar di dunia khususnya di Indonesia sebagai penunjang sektor ekonomi yang memiliki pertumbuhan sangat cepat serta menyediakan sektor dunia kerja yang banyak. Dekade saat ini di Yogyakarta, pariwisata kian berkembang dan akan menjadi salah satu pilar ekonomi negara yang menjanjikan. Dusun Mrisi memiliki kelebihan dan ciri khas alam yang baik untuk dijadikan lokasi pelesir dan olahraga. Danau, sungai, serta hamparan sawah merupakan kekayaan alam yang bisa diminati oleh wisatawan didukung dengan posisi yang strategis yaitu di utara pusat kerajinan Kasongan dan di Selatan pabrik gula Madukiso. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah membantu kelompok sadar wisata untuk mendesain fasilitas sarana dan prasarana   yang bisa dikembangkan untuk pariwisata guna memanfaatkan alam, meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat sekitar, dan membuka lapangan kerja baru dengan menggunakan aplikasi SketchUp 3D. Perencanaan Dusun wisata dengan menggunakan SketchUp 3D menghasilkan gambar dengan kualitas baik karena menggunakan enscape (real-time rendering and virtual reality), memberikan dampak perubahan yang signifikan pada eksisting codition. Semua fasilitas didesain dengan bentuk yang artistik dan modern namun disesuaikan dengan kondisi alam dan lingkungan, toilet yang bersih dengan desain natural dan pilihan batu andesit (alam) dilengkapi dengan ruang mandi dan bilas. Penataan taman bermain dan taman bunga yang baik, kolam renang, serta revitalisasi danau dengan desain tanggul sebagai area joging track yang cukup panjang dengan pagar pembatas, hammock pada pohon, gazebo, serta tempat santai dan spot foto yang menarik.

This study investigated the sustained impact from elementary fullservice community school programming on middle school STEM academic outcomes that could lead to greater college and career readiness, as well as increased STEM career options for underserved urban students. Quantitative findings suggest middle school youth who attended an elementary full-service community school performed better on middle school STEM outcomes and were predicted to be more prepared to graduate and enter a STEM-related field than a matched comparison of peers who did not. Qualitative results explain differences. Two meta-inferences, informal facilitation of STEM and sustained fullservice community school impact, frame the discussion.

This research is mainly concerned with identifying the mediating role of customer engagement (CE) between marketer and user-generated content and repurchase intentions in online airline service communities. Additionally, this research explores the significance of differences between the customers' perceptions towards the generated content evaluation according to content generator (marketer/user) and identifies the relatively importance of both marketer and user-generated content influence on CE in online airline service communities. To accomplish these objectives, a random cluster sample of 351 valid internet users was selected. The research findings indicated that user-generated content (UGC) is more influential than marketer-generated content (MGC) on CE and its dimensions. The findings also reveal that CE significantly mediates the relationship between both marketer and user-generated content and repurchase intentions. The findings improve both academicians' studies and marketers' practices within the online airline service community.

The Construction Heavy Equipment Registration System (Alat Berat Konstruksi, ABK) is a system for managing everything related to heavy equipment used in work. In its implementation, the heavy equipment that is registered is far from expectations so that it is necessary to develop the registration system itself so that the construction service community can use it. The research method used in this study uses some literature, previous research, literature studies, and makes comparisons on systems in other countries and looks at the existing regulations to form questionnaire questions and then disseminates them. Data obtained from respondents were entered into the statistical data analysis application and then tested the validity, reliability test, and correlation test. The results of the analysis are then discussed and validated by experts. The results obtained from this study found several variables that need to be developed in the dimensional system, as well as rules and policies in the ABK Registration System to improve the supply chain of construction heavy equipment. The development variable is the development of 36 initial variables. Based on the results of the assessment of the initial variables found 20 variables that are not necessary, while 12 other variables need to be included in the study. Analysis of 12 variables developed by 22 new variables from the system, as well as rules and policies to complete the initial 20 variables. Pada pelaksanaannya, alat berat yang teregistrasi jauh dari harapan sehingga perlu dilakukan pengembangan pada sistem registrasi itu sendiri agar bisa dimanfaatkan masyarakat jasa konstruksi. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa literatur, penelitian terdahulu, studi pustaka, dan melakukan perbandingan pada sistem di negara lain serta melihat dari peraturan yang ada untuk membentuk pertanyaan kuesioner kemudian menyebarkannya. Data yang diperoleh dari responden dimasukkan ke dalam aplikasi analisis data statistik lalu dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji korelasi. Hasil analisis kemudian dilakukan pembahasan dan divalidasi oleh pakar. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa variabel yang perlu dikembangkan pada dimensi sistem, serta aturan dan kebijakan dalam Sistem Registrasi ABK untuk memperbaiki rantai pasok alat berat konstruksi. Variabel pengembangan tersebut mengacu dari 36 variabel awal. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi terhadap variabel awal ditemukan 20 variabel yang tidak perlu diteliti, sedangkan 12 variabel lainnya perlu dimasukkan dalam penelitian. Analisis dari 12 variabel tersebut dikembangkan 22 variabel baru dari dimensi sistem, serta aturan dan kebijakan untuk melengkapi 20 variabel awal. Variabel-variabel inilah yang perlu dikembangkan dan dimanfaatkan di dalam Sistem Registrasi Alat Berat Konstruksi.

Abstrak— Adanya permasalahan yang dihadapai masyarakat adalah masyarakat tidak bisa memberikan penilaian kepuasan terhadap pengurusan izin uasaha mikro dan kecil, hal ini membuat pegawai tidak bias mengukur kepuasan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di kantor camat. Dalam mengambil keputusan diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat menentukan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan oleh pengguna. Penerapan Metode Servqual Dalam Menentukan Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat Terhadap Pelayanan Pengurusan Surat Izin Usaha Mikro Dan Kecil Pada Kantor Camat Dolat Rayat Kabupaten Karo. Metode Servqual adalah suatu kuesioner yang dapat mengukur kualitas jasa. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas layanan dari atribut masing-masing dimensi, sehingga akan diperoleh nilai gap (kesenjangan) yang merupakan selisih antara persepsi konsumen terhadap layanan yang diterima. Metode Servqual memiliki dua perspektif internal dan perspektif eksternal. Perspektif internal didefenisikan dengan bebas kesalahan (zero defect) sedangkan perspektif eksternal digunakan untuk memahami apa yang diharapkan konsumen, dirasakan konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen.Kata kunci: Pelayanan, Kepuasan Masyarakat, Penilaian, Metode Servqual Abstract— There is a problem faced by the community is that the community cannot provide an assessment of satisfaction with the management of micro and small business permits, this makes employees not biased to measure community satisfaction to improve service quality in the camat office. In making decisions, we need a system that can determine the level of community satisfaction based on criteria determined by the user. Application of the Servqual Method in Determining the Level of Community Satisfaction with Services for Managing Micro and Small Business Licenses at the Sub-District Office of Dolat Rayat, Karo Regency. The Servqual method is a questionnaire that can measure service quality. This method is used to measure the service quality of the attributes of each dimension, so that a gap value is obtained which is the difference between consumer perceptions of the services received. The Servqual method has two internal perspectives and an external perspective. The internal perspective is defined as being free of errors (zero defect), while the external perspective is used to understand what consumers expect, feel and customer satisfaction.Keywords: Service, Community Satisfaction, Assessment, Servqual Method

The purpose of this study is to analyze policies on the prevention and handling of forest and land fires in Central Kalimantan Province and analyze the factors that influence the prevention and handling of forest and land fires in Central Kalimantan Province. The study used qualitative research methods, with research informants consisting of the Governor, the Head of the Forest Service, the Head of the Environmental Service, Community Leaders, and the people of Central Kalimantan Province. The data collection technique is done by observation, interview, and documentation study. At the same time, the data analysis used is an interactive model analysis consisting of data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results showed that in accordance with Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2003 and Governor's Regulation No. 24 of 2017, the policy of preventing and handling forest and land fires in Central Kalimantan Province was carried out in two stages, namely the prevention policy and the policy of handling forest and land fires. However, in its implementation, it prioritizes the policy to extinguish forest and land fires because it has more economic, social, educational, and health impacts. Efforts to prevent and handle forest and land fires in Central Kalimantan Province are constrained by inadequate human resources, limited budget, and lack of facilities and infrastructure.
