The article describes an approach to the development of a model of human resources management in the quality management system (QMS) of the organization on the basis of their dual nature and process approach in the interpretation of international standards ISO 9000:2015.The analysis of scientific views on the specifics of human resources. The ambiguity of the nature of human resources and in this regard the heterogeneity of personnel processes. The expediency of design of personnel processes on the basis of integration of such tools as methodology IDEF0, functional cost analysis (FSA), PDCA cycle is proved. In the context of risk-based thinking, an algorithm of personnel risk management based on SWOT analysis and statistical justification of the results is proposed. The application of the proposed approach will ensure the correct modeling of human resources management processes in the QMS.

This article is used to examine the impact of HRMP to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage (SCA) in organizations. The hypotheses that HRMPs influences SCA imply that control of distinctive processes of human resources management (HRM) in industrial companies implies distinct factors of SCA. As a result, new questionnaires were developed and disseminated to 50 companies (200 top and middle managers) in Jordan in a survey format. The collected data was subjected to several simple regression tests using an SPSS program. The research findings presented that different processes of HRM, depending on acquisition, recruitment, training, evaluation performance, and promotion. There has been a strong interest in competing to achieve the highest SCA. The implications of the findings were discussed and suggestions were made.

The article is dealing with two problems regards the quality management in automotive industry such as: human resources management and processes monitoring. This connection is really difficult because of entrepreneurs generally have a problem with processes monitoring. Additionally human resources management is unmeasurable, so measurement must often be done using qualitative criteria, rather than quantitative. Furthermore the regulations of the new ISO 9001 include evaluate the performance of processes. It emphasizes the importance of the problem. The study provides examples of ways to monitor the process of human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises automotive. Examples were evaluated for suitability to assess the effectiveness of the process and to generate guidelines for improvement. The form of keeping and visualization in order to use the information for periodic reviews of the management was discussed.
