ABSTRACT Objectives: to analyze the ergonomics of two models of breastfeeding bras. Methods: descriptive study carried out with 152 infants in a Brazilian university hospital. The prototypes were separated into two groups (A and B). To compare the two bra models, the Odds Ratio (OR) was used as a measure of the strength of the association. In subjective perceptions, the Modified Borg Scale, and the chi-square test of independence (χ2) were used. To compare the two prototypes, the Z test and logistic regression analysis were performed. A significance level of 5% was considered. Results: the bra in group B was more suitable for ergonomics of physical and psycho-aesthetic comfort than the bra in group A (p < 0.0001), according to the logistic regression tests. Conclusions: modeling B was ergonomically adequate, with usability and evaluation criteria centered on breastfeeding women.

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is still ongoing to this day causing the performance and health level of banking profitability to decline and the financial condition of the country disrupted. Banking profitability can be seen in the value of Return On Asset (ROA) to see the effectiveness of banking in making profits by utilizing total assets. The study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios consisting of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operating Expenditures to Operating Income (BOPO), and Net Interest Margin (NIM) on Return On Asset (ROA) on banking going public listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study was 40 banks with 160 data. Data analysis methods use descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, f-tests, and determination coefficient tests. The results of the study proved that partially the variables CAR, LDR, and BOPO had a negative and significant effect on ROA. NIM has a positive and significant influence on ROA. While NPL has no influence and is not significant to ROA in banks registered with IDX in 2020. Simultaneously car, NPL, LDR, BOPO, and NIM variables have a significant effect on ROA. The implications of the results of the study prove that in the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, the condition of banks registered with the IDX is still healthy and meeting the minimum CAR ratio below 8%, meaning that banks still earn profits from the results of credit capital management to customers. The level of insecurity of the number of bad loans is still low and can still overcome. The value of the operating expense ratio of banking operating.

New media plays a role by emphasizing communication channels in conveying national information to enhance the patriotism spirit. The effect will also necessarily give an evolution to the cultivating patriotism spirit among the youth. Past studies have shown that the patriotism spirit among youth is very low and loose. Based on such factors, a study on the importance of new media in cultivating patriotism spirit is implemented to identify the real factors that influence youth to be more patriotic. Four aspects that influence the cultivating patriotism spirit are studied to see its relationship and influence to the youth. Factors studied are behavior, learning process, current environment and construction of patriotism values. This study is based on quantitative study that uses survey as a data collection technique while respondents are among the youths in Malaysia selected through stratified random sampling technique. The findings of the correlation and multiple regression tests conducted found that the new media had a profound influence towards patriotism spirit among youth. Also, there is a positive relationship between the four factors studied. The behavioral factor had a very high and significant relationship with the values (p <.01, r = 0.82). Multiple regression analysis showed that the four factors influenced the cultivating patriotism spirit (p <.01, R2 = 0.73) which is 73 percent. This also has implications from the aspect of the importance of new media through the dissemination of national information to increase the spirit of youth patriotism. Keywords: New media, cultivating, patriotism, importance, youth.
