The proliferation of technology in various areas in our society can be compare to flowing water that supplies energy to each part of its system. In the field of education, technology pours its strength not only to the process of teaching and learning but also to the continuous improvement of delivery of education. Unfortunately, not all academic institutions are enjoying the benefits provided by technological innovations in education. Various academic institutions have been suffering for several years since the advent of technological innovations in education. Poor academic institutions are far left behind in this educational innovation. This study presented the development of Bricolage Approach of teaching using four types of ICT sustainability. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) of Davis (1989) was adapted in this study using a customized blended learning environment tool to gauge the students’ acceptability of the Bricolage Approach of Teaching in a blended learning environment. The findings of the study resulted to the increase of students’ knowledge in e-learning tool. Furthermore, result demonstrated concrete evidence of students’ favorable acceptability of Bricolage Approach of teaching in a blended learning environment using TAM’s factor perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards usage and behavior intention to use.   Keywords: Bricolage approach; Bricola; Blended learning; Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

The present research exhibits the measurement of university students’ behavioural intention in using blended learning system. Two representative cases from a developed region and a developing region were assessed in the present measurement. Two well-known models, namely the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB), were used as the measurement tools. The total of six hypotheses were tested. The result revealed the suitability of TAM-TPB model in interpreting the sample students behavioural intentions’ for both regions. The result also showed that for the Taiwanese data, five out of six hypotheses were accepted. For the Indonesian data, only four out of six hypotheses were exhibiting acceptable statistical measurement. Several recommendations, such as creating a more social-oriented blended learning system for developed countries was recommended. Utilising the favourable feeling shown by developing countries students to create a better blended learning system, was also highly suggested to be considered for improvement.

The m-Governance framework of auniversity aims to utilize the massive reach of mobile phones and harness the potential of mobile applications to enable easy and round the-clock access to the services of its affiliated institutions.  In the current mobile age there is need for transforming e-governance services to m-Governance as m-Governance is not a replacement for e-Governance rather it complements e-Governance. With this unparalleled advancement of mobile communication technologies, universities are turning to m-governance to realize the value of mobile technologies for responsive governance and measurable improvements to academic, social and economic development, public service delivery, operational efficiencies and active stakeholder engagement. In this context the present study, aims to develop and validate a m-governance framework of a university by extending Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with its prime stakeholders so called the Heads of the affiliated institutions. A survey instrument was developed based on the framework and it was administered with 20 Heads of the affiliated Institutions. The results also showed that the Heads of the affiliated Institutions expressed their favorableness towards m-governance adoption.
