To reduce peak demand for electricity, smooth load curve shape, improve power system safety and efficiency, this paper, by using intelligent home appliance user operation comfort model is set up to quantify the acceptance, this paper proposes a maximum minimum load management algorithm based on optimization strategy to change electric power use time and power consumption mode. The results show that the proposed model and algorithm can forecast and manage the power load well, and can reduce the peak to average ratio by 14.3% and the total expenditure by 15.3% while maintaining the operating comfort of power users to the maximum. The load management problem of multiple power users can reach Nash equilibrium in a finite number of iterations, and this Nash equilibrium point is also the global optimal point.

Electric power load forecasting is not only the sticking point of the safely, operation of whole system, but also the key part of the economical and healthy development of electric power system. The intrinsic single models have shortage, so the synthesis forecasting model making better use of all information will be pursued. It combines those single models property to take full advantage of their information to improve the precision. The most important part of the combination forecasting model is how to confirm the weight. In AIS, antigen and antibody are the parallelism of aim function and doable result. The appetency between antigen and antibody is regarded as the matching degree between feasible result and the objective function. Because of its good property on global searching, it can find the optimal solutions, some synthetic forecasting models based on AIS are set up in this paper, which combine AIS and load forecasting. The attempter average synthetic model and power geometry average synthetical model proposed in this paper, has been applied to a certain area mid-long term load forecasting. It is showed that the synthetic forecasting model based on AIS could provide high forecasting precision.

Purpose For screening with low-dose CT (LDCT) to be effective, the benefits must outweigh the potential risks. In large lung cancer screening studies, a mortality reduction of approx. 20 % has been reported, which requires several organizational elements to be achieved in practice. Materials and Methods The elements to be set up are an effective invitation strategy, uniform and quality-assured assessment criteria, and computer-assisted evaluation tools resulting in a nodule management algorithm to assign each nodule the needed workup intensity. For patients with confirmed lung cancer, immediate counseling and guideline-compliant treatment in tightly integrated regional expert centers with expert skills are required. First, pulmonology contacts as well as CT facilities should be available in the participant’s neighborhood. IT infrastructure, linkage to clinical cancer registries, quality management as well as epidemiologic surveillance are also required. Results An effective organization of screening will result in an articulated structure of both widely distributed pulmonology offices as the participants’ primary contacts and CT facilities as well as central expert facilities for supervision of screening activities, individual clarification of suspicious findings, and treatment of proven cancer. Conclusion In order to ensure that the benefits of screening more than outweigh the potential harms and that it will be accepted by the public, a tightly organized structure is needed to ensure wide availability of pulmonologists as first contacts and CT facilities with expert skills and high-level equipment concentrated in central facilities. Polish energy sector is (almost from its origin) dominated by fossil fuel feed power. This situation results from an abundance of relatively cheap coal (hard and lignite). Brown coal due to its nature is the cheapest energy source in Poland. However, hard coal which fuels 60% of polish power plants is picking up on prices and is susceptible to the coal imported from neighboring countries. Forced by the European Union (EU) regulations, Poland is struggling at achieving its goal of reaching 15% of energy consumption from renewable energy sources (RES) by 2020. Over the year 2015, RES covered 11.3% of gross energy consumption but this generation was dominated by solid biomass (over 80%). The aim of this paper was to answer the following research questions: What is the relation of irradiation values to the power load on a yearly and daily basis? and how should photovoltaics (PV) be integrated in the polish power system? Conducted analysis allowed us to state that there exists a negative correlation between power demand and irradiation values on a yearly basis, but this is likely to change in the future. Secondly, on average, daily values of irradiation tend to follow power load curve over the first hours of the day.

The main task of the aircraft accessory designer is to provide fully developed and type-tested equipment to meet the needs of the Aircraft Industry at the time when a new aircraft is at a stage in construction where accessories are to be fitted. But he must do more than this, particularly with equipment for multi-engined aircraft. He must endeavour to set up and test a complete aircraft ancillary power system. This is particularly important for the electrical system, where two or more generators have to operate in parallel, successfully sharing the load on the system and providing over-voltage and other protection in such a manner that failure of the complete system does not result from failure of one engine, generator or its attendant equipment.
