After the railroad had been built through the mountains of the Southern Urals in 18881892, the economic ties between Ufa and Siberian regions began to develop rapidly. Loads of Siberian grain poured westward to the European Russia markets through Ufa, and even the Chelyabinsk tariff wall could not hold it back. Ufa is located west of the Southern Urals, and the Trans-Ural cereals and the Siberian flour, produced by the mills in Chelyabinsk and Miass, entered the Ufa market without hindrance, creating competition for local producers. At the same time, starting from the early 1890s, caravans with Kyakhta (Chinese) tea, which used to have travelled to Irbit, went to the nearest railway station. From there tea was exported to Ufa that turned into a large centre of tea trade in Imperial Russia. The network of branches of the Volga-Kama Commercial Bank, established by the early 20th century, provided fast money transfers from Ufa to the main economic centres of Siberia and the Far East. The scope of transfers exceeded one million roubles in the 1900s. The main trading partners of Ufa in Siberia were Irkutsk, Kurgan, Omsk, and Tyumen. The last round of establishing the economic ties between Ufa and Siberia and the Far East took place during World War I. Provand for Ufa was purchased there.

The article reviews research on Chinese Eastern Railway in China. The research on Chinese Eastern Railway in China began in the early 20th century, has a history of more than 100 years. The existing research results mainly focus on the construction of Chinese Eastern Railway and Tsarist Russia's expansion policy, negotiation between China and Russia (Soviet Union) on the railway issue, the contradictions and struggles of Japan and the United States around the railway problem and so on. These documents cover a wide range of issues which almost involve the political, diplomacy, economy and trade, culture and other fields of international relations in the Far East from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of 20th century, provide a broad vision for the study of Chinese Eastern Railway. But there are problems in the research. Although there are many works on Chinese Eastern Railway, but most discussions are limited to a certain stage, there are few works on the whole history of Chinese Eastern Railway. Not only should we pay attention to the study of the early 20th century in other words the period of the Qing Empire, moreover, we should strengthen the research in the period of the Republic of China and the new China period, this is of great significance to the study of the whole history of Sino — Soviet relations. In addition due to specific historical conditions, part of the Russian data of Chinese Eastern Railway in China was lost, in addition, there is no detailed and authoritative reference book for Russian archives of Chinese Eastern Railway, this situation makes the cited materials in Chinese works appear too old the materials cited in the book seem too old. Collective security was originally based on a reflection on the cruel reality of centuries of European international relations. 17th-century William Penn, 18th-century Saint Pierre, Rousseau, Kant, Bentham, 19th-century Saint-Simon, U.S. President Woodrow Wilson at the beginning of the 20th century and others have designed different blueprints for peace. Their peaceful ideals of "idealists" and "utopians" were adopted in the collective security theory of the 20th century. The first attempt at collective security was the establishment of the "International League" after the end of the First World War. However, because the balance of power system of the international community is declining and flourishing, and the organization has no coercive force and no clear obligations for member states to participate in military disarmament, the concept and practice of the international alliance ended in failure. Japan occupied Northeast China in 1932, and the Chinese government subsequently appealed to the League of Nations and sought help, but the League of Nations did nothing but send a delegation. Subsequently, Japan withdrew from the League of Nations in 1933, which accelerated the disintegration of the League of Nations and had to say that collective security failed in the Far East.
