This study is aimed to explore the mediation effect of organizational commitment on the influence of job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior. Respondent include on this study is the staff of Yogyakarta Sate University (YSU). Path analysis is used to analize the data. The result showed that organizational commitment is accepted to mediate the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior. Hence organizational commitment is important for YSU staf to improve the effect of their job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior.

Committed employees always demonstrate their organizational citizenship behavior by offering services beyond their leaders’ expectations. They achieve their goals under the leadership of executives with the capabilities to guide the organization to the future. This study examines the impact of strategic leadership capabilities on organizational citizenship behavior in companies offering mobile services in Zimbabwe. To collect data, a survey research method is employed using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. Ninety-four questionnaires were randomly distributed to employees of three mobile service providers and a sector regulator in Harare province, Zimbabwe. Eighty-seven questionnaires were completed and returned. Data analysis follows a multiple regression method using the IBM SPSS v27 software to test hypotheses. The study also employs the Sobel test to investigate the mediation effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. Regression model results show that strategic leadership capabilities have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. They further have a statistically significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment. The results suggest that strategic leaders in the mobile phone sector in Zimbabwe should develop and strengthen strategic leadership capabilities to drive the commitment of their employees to encourage the development of organizational citizenship behavior. Committed employees will offer their services beyond their call of duty.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of personality, organizational culture and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior and teacher performance in high schools in Indra Makmur District, North Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study were 126 teachers obtained by saturated sample technique. The data analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 21 software. The results of this study found that directly, personality and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, while organizational culture has no significant effect. Furthermore, the results of the study found that personality and organizational citizenship behavior had a positive effect on teacher performance, but organizational culture had a negative effect and organizational commitment had no significant effect. The results of the mediation effect test found that organizational citizenship behavior is able to fully mediate the influence of organizational culture and personality on performance, but not to be a mediator on the effect of organizational commitment on theacher performance.Keywords      :    Personality, Organizational Culture, Organizational Commintment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Theacher Performance

The aim of the study is to examine the mediation of job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the relations between work-life interface and organizational citizenship behavior. This study use paper and pencil questionnaire which consists of 48 items and get response from 277 employees from 3-5 stars hotel in Bandung. To identify the relation between variables, this study using explanatory causal analysis which describe the causal relation using hypothesis. Respondents selected using nonprobability sampling method with accidental technique. The result showed that positive and negative aspect of work-life interface (conflict and balance) has direct effect on OCB. Only job satisfaction has mediation effect in the relations. Hotel industry needs to apply human resources policies which focus on the supporting work and private life in order to increase the employees’ satisfaction. In the end satisfied employees will contribute more to the organizations’ achievement.

Abstract The main aim of the study to find out whether organizational commitment has any mediation effect on the relationship between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Data was collected from 432 managers and staff of private commercial banks in Bangladesh. The respondents were selected using the convenience sampling technique. Structural equation modeling was used for analyzing the collected data. The study reveals that servant leadership has a direct influence on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, as well as organizational commitment has a direct impact on organizational citizenship behavior. It is also revealed that the relationship between servant leadership and organizational commitment is partially mediated by organizational commitment. The main implication of the study is that employees’ organizational citizenship behavior can be improved by servant leadership of managers through the indirect effect of organizational commitment of employees. The study also pinpoints some limitations as well as future research directions.

Organizational culture as the values, principles, traditions and ways of working shared by members of the organization and affect the way they act. Organizational commitment has an important role of employee performance. The commitment can be realized if the individual in the organization, running their rights and obligations according to their duties and functions and functions within the organization, because the achievement of organizational goals is the work of all members of the organization that are collective Vipraprastha, Sudja,  & Yuesti (2018). Respondents in this study are Civil Servants (PNS) at least have been working for 2 years. The number of respondents in this study were 86 respondents using Nonprobability technique that is saturated samples or often called total sampling. This research uses SMARTPLS 3 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior employee, 4) organizational culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees, either partially or through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 5) Organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.
