Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi efektifitas kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan rumah sakit Permata Bunda Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian survey dan teknik analisa data regresi berganda Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kepemimpinan secara serentak maupun parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan RS Permata Bunda  Yogyakarta  terbukti karena ketiga variabel bebas yaitu hubungan pimpinan bawahan (X1), struktur tugas (X2), dan kekuatan posisi pemimpin (X3) secara serentak mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan RS Permata Bunda  Yogyakarta. Besarnya nilai pengaruh tersebut ditunjukkan oleh nilai R2= 18.9 % yaitu persentase pengaruh variabel hubungan pimpinan-bawahan, struktur tugas, dan kekuatan posisi pemimpin terhadap perubahan tingkat kepuasan karyawan adalah sebesar 18.9%. Variabel lain yang menjelaskan variasi perubahan tingkat kepuasan karyawan secara menyeluruh adalah sebesar 81.1%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor dalam manajemen pengaduan pelayanan kesehatan di 21 Puskesmas Kota Tangerang Selatan. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan  metode purposive  sampling yaitu  sebanyak 5 orang responden pasien/keluarga pasien rawat inap untuk setiap puskesmas dan 1 responden internal (Kepala Puskesmas/Kepala Tata Usaha Puskesmas) untuk setiap puskesmas. Kuisioner yang  terkumpul diolah  menggunakan metode Pearson Chi Square dan Metode Regresi Logistik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis keluhan yang dihadapi masyarakat dan menganalisis kinerja manajemen pengaduan puskesmas di Kota Tangerang Selatan; (2) menganalisis faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi terlaksananya manajemen pengaduan masyarakat yang efektif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian rendahnya kinerja penanganan pengaduan di pelayanan kesehatan puskesmas Kota Tangerang Selatan karena kurang responsifnya manajemen mengelola keluhan-keluhan penting terkait masalah berikut ini, yaitu: (1) masalah kenyamanan fasilitas kamar mandi dan ruang tunggu; (2) masalah tenaga medis belum sesuai pelayanannya; (3) masalah keterbatasan jumlah tenaga medis; (4) masalah kebersihan lingkungan puskesmas dan; (5) masalah pungutan biaya bagi pasien. Adapun faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajemen pengaduan di Puskesmas Kota Tangerang Selatan adalah faktor “Manajemen Data Pengaduan”

Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai tingkat kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi serta OCB yang ada di UNY. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerjadan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja karyawan UNY. Komitmen organisasimemediasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja dengan OCB karyawan UNY. Tingkat kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan tingkat OCBkaryawan UNY masuk dalam kategori tinggi tinggi.

Effect of Incentives and career development to job satisfaction over the performance of the employee as an intervening variable in the Company of AJB Bumiputera 1912. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of variable incentives and career development directly and indirectly, on the performance and job satisfaction in of AJB Bumiputera 1912 Palembang. Research sample of 120 people conducted a census by using Structural Equation Model (SEM) to analyze the data using LISREL software. The results showed the effect of incentives on job satisfaction of 0.21, while the career development of only 0.13, meaning that incentives have a greater influence on job satisfaction of the career development. The results of calculation of the direct influence of performance, incentives and career development to job satisfaction can be concluded that the performance had the greatest direct influence on job satisfaction (0.26) of the direct influence of incentives and career development, each of which only 0.21 and 0.13. While the indirect effect of incentives and career development to work through performance pepuasan shows that incentives have indirect influence greater (0.06) than in the career development (0.04). To improve job satisfaction in insurance AJB Bumiputera 1912 Palembang, needs to be improved incentives through bonuses, commissions or social security for employees who excel and enhance career development by providing a variety of opportunities to grow.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and quality of work life on employee satisfaction in PT.Unitex Tbk and PT.Pintu Mas Garmindo Bogor. The study involved 120 respondents consisting of 60 employees PT.Unitex Tbk and 60 employees PT.Pintu Mas Garmindo. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) PLS. At both companies showed that transformational leadership and the quality of working life is a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, this shows that the higher the value of transformational leadership and the quality of working life, the higher the satisfaction of employees at both companies. The results of this research can be a reference for PT. Unitex Tbk and PT.Pintu Mas Garmindo in increasing employee job satisfaction by implementing transformational leadership style is right for the company and improving the quality of working life.

Globalization changes every thing very quickly. Company’s problem to improve performance indicated become more complex. Individual performances are needed to be payed in attention for management level to improve it. Commitmentandwork safety are indicated to affect employee’s performance. This study aims to determine the effecton the safety and commitment on employee performance. PT. BEHAESTEX Kediri Branch Production Department was choosen tobe a sample for this study case. The results demonstrate that commitment and safety influence employee performancepositively.

This study is aimed to explore the mediation effect of organizational commitment on the influence of job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior. Respondent include on this study is the staff of Yogyakarta Sate University (YSU). Path analysis is used to analize the data. The result showed that organizational commitment is accepted to mediate the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior. Hence organizational commitment is important for YSU staf to improve the effect of their job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior.

The study discusses the zakat distribution on the effect of wellbeing equality by using the rolling capital investments. It is believed that zakat have a role to increase well being of citizen. However it have been yet managed well professionally. Hence, it is proposed that zakat distrubution able to improve wellbeing equality if it is managed as capital investment which applied in a proper way.

 This study is aimed to investigate the effect of the leadership effectivities on the job satisfaction of the staff on Permata Bunda hospital in Jogjakarta.  Regression analysis is used to find out the effect of the leadership effectivities on the job satisfactio. The result showed that of the leadership effectivities dimension are effect on the job satisfaction of the staff on Permata Bunda hospital in Jogjakarta.

Islam is believe as a perfect system. It roles all of the aspect of human life. However few scientists are presented to explore a lot of science paradigm based on religion. It is proposed that the progress of science based positivism is theoretically failed. Further scholars suggest that the finding of empirical study of science based positivism is heading a huge of global problem if human life and its environment. Accordingly, this study propose that scholars should investigate and explore various aspect of knowledge and science based on religion or prophetics based.
