A majority of unpleasant issues faced by landlords and tenants seem to grow due to lack of communication. Late rent payments turns into an eviction. A non-functional AC or a broken window becomes a reason to break a lease. Fortunately, building a positive relationship doesn't take much effort and it all starts with one basic idea: communication. This project is entitled as “Administration System for end to end luxury apartment management software”, which is a software for managing highly customizable multiple apartments, flat, building or any kind of real estate properties. The software is to ease property management burdens on small and independent landlords. The challenge was to conceptualize and develop a simple, streamlined managementtool for smaller property owners. The toolneeded tobe able to managemarketing for the property, encourageon-time payments by tenants, keeptrack of transactions, and handle maintenance requests. The key technologies used for creating the software are HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Python, MySQL and jQuery. In Existing security system there is authentication at user level the user id and password submitted by user is verified at login process end if the user id and password exist then the user would be able to access the system. But some smart user usually uses SQL injection in order to violate the security of database using wild character of SQL. They sometime use SQL statement too in order to get the login process confused. They pass the sub query of sql in password field instead of password in order to get the confirmation. Here we have to develop a secure system for authentication access and apply SQL INJECTION attack to check its security.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between occupiers’ satisfaction with the property management service they receive and the financial performance of commercial real estate. Design/methodology/approach The study uses occupier satisfaction data for 240 UK commercial properties collected over a 12-year period and the annual total returns achieved by those properties. Various statistical techniques are employed to assess whether increasing occupier satisfaction leads to greater returns for investors. These include comparing excess returns and risk-adjusted returns with occupier satisfaction at each property to assess whether superior property management generates outperformance (“positive alpha”). The study also investigates whether the relationship between occupier satisfaction and returns is the same across all sectors and whether it is affected by market conditions. Findings A positive correspondence is found between benchmark outperformance and occupier satisfaction. The relationship is similar for all sectors of commercial property and is particularly strong during the Global Financial Crisis, indicating that paying attention to satisfying the needs of occupiers has particular benefits during periods when the supply of commercial real estate exceeds demand. Research limitations/implications The sample of properties was restricted to those for which occupier satisfaction data had been collected by RealService Ltd and whose owners permitted access to the financial performance results. This meant that the properties belong to only three landlords, all UK REITs that care sufficiently about occupier satisfaction to commission studies. Thus the findings might not apply to all commercial properties. The mechanism by which the positive relationship between satisfaction and financial performance occurs is not tested, but the conventional mechanisms of reputation and customer loyalty (the “service-profit chain”) are discussed. Practical implications The findings suggest that it is worthwhile for landlords, or property managers acting on their behalf, to understand the needs of their occupiers in order to deliver the level of service that those occupiers desire. Leases in the UK are generally “triple net” and the total returns used for this analysis are net of property management costs, so the positive relationship between satisfaction and performance is not the result of economising on service delivery. A further implication is that valuers should take more account of occupier satisfaction when assessing the capital value of a property, from which total returns are assessed. Originality/value Demonstrating the links between customer service, customer satisfaction and business profitability is rarely attempted because of the many confounding factors that affect profitability. UK listed real estate companies are typically reluctant to reveal the financial performance of individual properties, and information about occupiers’ satisfaction is not generally available. The authors were fortunate to be granted access to a time series of such data, and to be able to demonstrate that attention to delivering a property management service that satisfies occupiers is likely to bring financial rewards to the owners of the property.

Abstract  In the last few years the development of information technology has become increasingly rapid, this has made all activities and jobs easier, such as accessing news and information. One of the media that is often used to find various kinds of information at this time is the website. The large number of websites that exist today makes it a frequent target of various types of web attacks such as SQL injection. So we need a system that is able to provide solutions in securing a website. This research uses a web firewall application method because this method is able to become a security system on a website from attacks. The firewall web application method is carried out by the sql injection attack method which is entered based on predefined rules. And from the results of this study, the SQL injection attack that was tested on the website was successful so that it made the website safe from these attacks.  Keywords: Security, Web Attack, SQL injection, Website, Web Application Firewall

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to examine the perspectives of real estate executives to assess the extent to which property management is viewed as a commodity or as a value-added professional service contributing positively to investment performance and property value maximization.Design/methodology/approachThe qualitative analysis draws on the result of 93 semi-structured interviews conducted with executives employed by some of the largest real estate investment management and service firms across the USA.FindingsThe findings suggest that significant perceptual cleavages exist in the real estate industry, with some executives believing property managers are incredibly important to the value creation process and others believing they play a much more modest role.Practical implicationsThe results highlight the need for the property management industry as whole to continue its efforts to gain recognition as a value-added professional service and for individual property management companies to actively take steps to differentiate themselves from competitors if they hope to avoid commodification and fee compression.Originality/valueThe study is the first to the authors’ knowledge to examine real estate executives’ perspectives about the roles property managers play in the value creation process, as well as their views about whether property managers have the skills and autonomy required to make value accretive decisions.

The SQL injection attack (SQLIA) occurred when the attacker integrating a code of a malicious SQL query into a valid query statement via a non-valid input. As a result the relational database management system will trigger these malicious query that cause to SQL injection attack. After successful execution, it may interrupts the CIA (confidentiality, integrity and availability) of web API. The vulnerability of Web Application Programming Interface (API) is the prior concern for any programming. The Web API is mainly based of Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) protocol which provide its own security and Representational State Transfer (REST) is provide the architectural style to security measures form transport layer. Most of the time developers or newly programmers does not follow the standards of safe programming and forget to validate their input fields in the form. This vulnerability in the web API opens the door for the threats and it’s become a cake walk for the attacker to exploit the database associated with the web API. The objective of paper is to automate the detection of SQL injection attack and secure the poorly coded web API access through large network traffic. The Snort and Moloch approaches are used to develop the hybrid model for auto detection as well as analyze the SQL injection attack for the prototype system
