University of Christian Indonesian Paulus (UKI Paulus) had started the college quality assurance system by setting the standard, policy and quality of documents. However, it is not supported yet by the information system, which make the process of standard socialization, policy and quality document were not effective and causes limited access to anyone who need the information. Moreover, during the implementation of monitoring and evaluation (monev), quality audits is also inefficient and become a barrier for the implementation of the quality assurance system. Therefore, the information system based on data Internal Academic Quality Audit (Audit MutuAkademik Internal/AMAI) was developed using Unified Modeling Language as part of information and communication technology. The assessment of AMAI of UKI Paulus was carried out by the auditors to every departments by seeing the audited form then count the score of each rubric in order to obtain the standard value and perspective. The system of AMAI provides the report of academic quality assessment from each department to the related leader of the implementation unit. The presence of this system had helped the implementation of quality assurance system for university in order to improve the quality of their institution. The development of information system based on data, AMAI, uses the five stages paradigm of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC): (1) identification of system requirements; (2) analysis and modeling system; (3) making the system; (4) system assessment and improvement; (5) implementation.

The purpose of this study is to describe, (1) the steps of the internal school quality assurance system, (2) the strategy for implementing internal school quality assurance, and (3) the implementation of the implementation of the internal school quality assurance system. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative with a case study research design. This research was conducted in Al-Kautsar Plus Primary School Malang by involving the Principal as key informants and additional informants as teachers. This study collected data using interview techniques, documentation studies and observations. The results of this study are, (1) the SPMI school's internal quality assurance steps in the school's internal quality assurance through the Plan, Do, Check and Act steps. (2) the school strategy in improving the quality of the superior schools is done internally, the development of syllabus, evaluation of minimum completeness criteria (KKM), graduation standard requirements (SKL), supervision of learning, and learning, and (3) the impact of the implementation of internal quality assurance carried out by Al-Kautsar Plus Primary School in the City of Malang, is school achievements have been achieved both nationally and internationally and the image of the school has increased.

Study of The Implementation Process of Quality Management (Case Study Research In Company X). This research is carried out to study implementation process of quality management,which consists of three stages namely introduction, adoption, and adaptation. Research strategy in this research is case study research in Company X, which is a company that already has the ability to export and certified quality assurace system. Prime method of collecting data is structured interview with director, managers, supervisors, and employees Company X. The result indicate that in the introduction stage are shown by customer recognition of quality product, Company X began to export, and demand of foreign customer to quality assurance system. In the adoption stage are shown by company’s plan for certification of quality assurance system, certification of quality assurance system, and quality improvement. Meanwhile, in the adaptation stage are shown by recertification of quality assurance system, upgrading of quality assurance system,and production process evaluation. Those result give insight that Company X has carried out continuous quality improvement through quality management implementation with the aim to enhance customer satisfaction.

This paper shows the use of e-application to assist the implementation of internal quality audit, which is one of the conditions to be met within the requirements of ISO 9000 Quality Assurance System. E-application that is used other than as a data repository is also used as a workflow. Where is the workflow that is made will ensure that the repairs is carried out in accordance with what has been planned. As one of the ISO documentation requirements in Clause 4.2.4 that a document should be done traceable, then the use of e-application is very helpful in conducting the search trail. In addition, the e-application allows auditors and auditees in filling the audit results, since it can be accessed from anywhere as well as due to web-based, it can be done from any computer without the need of an installation. E-application that was developed to function as a workflow and data repository that can be used as part of monitoring and data history which will help to improve the performance of the unit hence also improves performance of Bina Nusantara University.
