Using agricultural preservation priorities derived from an analytical hierarchy process by 23 conservation experts from 18 agencies in the state of Delaware, this research uses weighted benefit measures to evaluate the historical success of Delaware's agricultural protection fund, which spent nearly $100 million in its first decade. This research demonstrates how these operation research techniques can be used in concert to address relevant conservation questions. Results suggest that the state's sealed-bid-offer auction, which determines the yearly conservation selections, is superior to benefit-targeting approaches frequently employed by conservation organizations, but is inferior to the optimization technique of binary linear programming that could have provided additional benefits to the state, such as 12,000 additional acres worth an estimated $25 million.

Economic Policy Analysis for Port Development in Province of AcehPort development was becoming a major issue in promoting national and regional economic competitiveness. However, the development of public ports in Aceh province has not been significantly caused by low port economic activity. This research used Linear Programming, qualitative description, and Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The result showed the main economic policy of port development in Aceh Province was to developing economic growth centers in hinterland by developing sectors producing goods such as agriculture, forestry and fishery sector, mining and quarrying sector, and industrial sector. The another policy was strengthen connectivity port-hinterland logistics network by improving the quality connectivity infrastructure, enhancing cooperation between port operators with exporters and logistics service providers, and build the dry port.Keywords: Economics Policy; Port Development; Hinterland; LogisticsAbstrakPengembangan pelabuhan saat ini menjadi isu utama dalam mendorong daya saing perekonomian daerah dan nasional. Namun demikian, perkembangan pelabuhan umum di Provinsi Aceh belum signifikan yang ditandai masih rendahnya aktivitas ekonomi pelabuhan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Linear Programming, deskripsi kualitatif, dan Analytical Hierarchy Process. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebijakan ekonomi utama pengembangan pelabuhan di Provinsi Aceh adalah membangun pusat-pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi di wilayah penyangga dengan mengembangkan sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan, sektor pertambangan dan penggalian, serta sektor industri. Kebijakan lainnya yaitu menguatkan konektivitas jaringan logistik pelabuhan-wilayah penyangga dengan cara meningkatkan kualitas infrastruktur penghubung, meningkatkan kerja sama antara operator pelabuhan dengan eksportir dan penyedia jasa logistik, serta membangun terminal barang.

Perkembangan pasar yang semakin pesat membuat perusahaan harus mampu bersaing secara global dengan tetap mempertahankan performance. Pemilihan supplier merupakan hal penting untuk menunjang performance perusahaan, karena pemilihan supplier yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan kerugian bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang program aplikasi berbasis web untuk menentukan bobot subkriteria dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan memilih supplier terbaik dengan metode Technique Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) serta menghitung alokasi pesanan untuk masing-masing supplier dengan metode Fuzzy Multi Objective Linear Programming (FMOLP). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada toko Jaya Cibodas Toy’s dengan mengambil objek produk mobil remote control. Metode AHP menghasilkan bobot subkriteria kualitas produk 0.193, cacat produk 0.173, harga produk 0.131, biaya 0.100, payment term 0.096, ketepatan waktu 0.100, ketepatan jumlah 0.066, response 0.044, fleksibel 0.030, after sale service 0.025, lead time 0.019, reputasi supplier 0.014, demand 0.010, sedangkan untuk merangking supplier digunakan TOPSIS dan menghitung alokasi kuota digunakan FMOLP dengan hasil Winner Toys 45%, Sumatera Toys 25,6%, Bintang Toys 22,9%, Lestari Toys 6.5%, dan Green Toys 0%
