IMPLEMENTASI PARIWISATA BERBASIS MASYARAKAT DI DESA WISATA MANGROVE SARI, KABUPATEN BREBES

Desa Wisata Mangrove Sari merupakan daya tarik wisata yang berkembang dari hasil rehabilitasi hutan mangrove di pesisir Dusun Pandansari, Desa Kaliwlingi, Kecamatan Brebes, Kabupaten Brebes. Sejak ditetapkan sebagai desa wisata pada tahun 2016 dan secara resmi dibuka pada tahun 2017, Desa Wisata Mangrove Sari menjadi salah satu daya tarik wisata favorit di Kabupaten Brebes. Sebagai salah satu daya tarik wisata, desa wisata ini menerapkan konsep pariwisata berbasis masyarakat (CBT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan konsep pariwisata berbasis masyarakat di Desa Wisata Mangrove Sari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data penelitian ini terdiri dari dua jenis, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap informan kunci penelitian ini, yaitu Ketua Pokdarwis Dewi Mangrove Sari yang juga merupakan inisiator pengembangan desa wisata di Dusun Pandansari. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi, serta penelitian-penelitian terkait Desa Wisata Mangrove Sari maupun studi tentang CBT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Desa Wisata Mangrove Sari dilakukan secara penuh oleh masyarakat desa setempat melalui kelembagaan pariwisata, yaitu Pokdarwis Dewi Mangrove Sari. Masyarakat berpartisipasi dalam kelompok kerja yang terdapat dalam pokdarwis tersebut. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat desa berada pada pembuatan keputusan lokal.

PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM KEAMANAN BERBASIS MIKROKTROLER DENGAN SMS GATEWAY MENGGUNAKAN ARDUINO UNO

Dalam hal keamanan rumah dan memastikan rumah tersebut di lengkapi dengan fasilitas keamanan 24 jam. Hal tersebut dapat mengurangi sesuatu yang tidak kita inginkan. Sistem keamanan juga dapat di gunakan untuk memperoleh informasi umum tentang keadaan sekitar lingkungan kita. Kita sebagai makhluk sosial yang melakukan segala kegiatan di luar rumah guna memenuhi kebutuhan primer, hal itulah yang menyebabkan tindak kriminalitas meningkat di lingkungan sekitar kita. Oleh karena itu rumah perlu adanya sebuah sistem keamanan yang berbasis mikrokontroler menggunakan Arduino guna mengurangi angka kriminalitas yang ada disekitar kita. Sistem ini akan digunakansebagai peringatan terhadap pemilik rumah jika ada obyek yang masuk ke rumah tanpa seizin pemiliknya. . Oleh karena itu, dengan menerapkan sistem keamanan rumah menggunakan arduino ini, pemilik rumah akan mendapatkan notifikasi pesan singkat atau sms dan suara alarm. Sehingga apabila sistem keamanan di hidupkan, maka arduino akan aktif jika pintu terkena limit switch akan lansung memberikan inputan ke sistem. Jadi pemilik rumah mengetahuai ada orang yang membuka atau menutup pintu , sehingga dapat memastikan siapa yang membuka atau menuutup pintu

MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MOTORIK KASAR ANAK USIA DINI MELALUI PERMAINAN BOLA ESTAFET KELOMPOK B TK KARTIKA VI-15 BIAK KABUPATEN BIAK NUMFOR

This Research aims to improve children’s interpersonal skills trough activities that tell stories in group B TK Kartika VI-15, Biak Numfor. The subjects in this research were students in group B of TK Kartika VII-15 Biak Numfor. This type of research is Class Action Research. Based on the analysis of observational data on teacher teaching activities in the first cycle of 14 aspects, the achievement percentage was 71.43% or 10 aspects, and the percentage of inaccessibility was 28.57% or 4 aspects. 64.29% or 9 aspects achieved and the percentage of inaccessibility was 35.71% or 5 aspects. While in the second cycle the results of teacher teaching activities increased to 92.86% or 13 aspects achieved and the percentage of inaccessibility was 7.14% or 1 aspect. While the learning activities of students in the second cycle increased to 85.71% or 12 aspects achieved and the percentage of inaccessibility was 14.29% or 2 aspects.

NILAI-NILAI ISLAM PADA MODEL SDM MENUJU ERA SOCIETY 5.0 STUDI KASUS BNI SYARIAH

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk melihat model SDM dengan peubah nilai-nilai Islami, pemaknaan sholat, budaya perusahaan dan kinerja SDM dengan pendekatan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen pekerja pada era masyarakat 5.0. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil Bank BNI Syariah sebagai studi kasus dengan 100 responden untuk melihat hubungan antar peubah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Penelitian memberikan hasil dimana nilai-nilai Islami berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap pemaknaan sholat, budaya perusahaan dan kinerja SDM. Adapun pemaknaan sholat tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap budaya perusahaan begitu juga kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap komitmen pekerja. Nilai-nilai Islami pada model SDM memberikan implikasi bahwa nilai-nilai Islami dapat meraih harapan tujuan era masyarakat 5.0 yaitu peningkatan kualitas hidup.

ANALISIS PENGARUH PENYIAPAN TENAGA TATA HIDANG PARIWISATA TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN RESTAURANT HOTEL DI KOTA MATARAM

Tata hidang adalah suatu cara menghidangkan makanan ataupun minuman kepada tamu. Permasalahan yang muncul dari observasi awal yang dilakukan adalah bahwa mahasiswa yang melakukan OJT (On The Job Training) pengetahuan tentang tentang peralatan makanan mahasiswa masih tergolong rendah, table setting masih sering lupa dan beberapa hal lain dalam proses tata hidang, misalnya mahasiswa yang belum mampu menguasasi materi pengetahuan peralatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh penyiapan tenaga tata hidang mahsiswa D3 Perhotelan Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Mataram terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Hotel yang ada di Kota Mataram dengan studi kasus mahasiswa D3 Perhotelan yang sedang melakukan OJT. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, waswancara dan dokumentasi, dengan TKT yang diharapkan pada level 3. Analisis dari hasil pengumpulan data tersebut menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengenai hambatan kualitas pelayanan menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama, kualitas pelayanan, sikap dan perilaku, dan kondisi peralatan menunjukkan hasil cukup, kemudian untuk hasil tingkat komunikasi dan cara menyelesaikan complaint menunjukkan yang cukup baik. Dari sehingga, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan di Restoran di kota mataram terhadap mahasiswa yang sedang OJT, dilihat dari dua sisi konsumen dan staff, dapat dikatakan baik. Oleh karena itu, namun ada beberapa hal perlu dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan tersebut. DAMPAK PERUNDUNGAN ANAK YANG MEMILIKI SAUDARA KANDUNG (SIBLING) DISABILITAS GANDA

This article is a research focusing on bullying experienced by siblings as a result of having family members with multiple disabilities. This research is a case study of siblings whose family members attend SLBG (Special School for Multiple Disabilities) Rawinala East Jakarta. Bullying does not only encounter people with disabilities, but also their siblings. The limitations possessed by people with multiple disabilities are often concerned and treated differently by family members and the community. Living together with people who have double disabilities as siblings is a challenge that creates particular vulnerability among siblings themselves. This vulnerability is influenced by how parents and the surroundings understand children with disabilities and their siblings. Having siblings with multiple disabilities could cause bullying. The purpose of this research is to identify forms of bullying received by teenagers who have siblings with multiple disabilities along with the impact of the bullies . This qualitative research is descriptive study in which the informants are selected by using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used for this research involved observation, interview, FGD, and documentation. The data processing is conducted in several stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and data verification. The results of this study indicate that teenagers who experience bullying have certain acceptance reactions towards their siblings with disabilities. This condition causes siblings with disabilities feel ashamed, unconfident, thus it impacts their relationship with both their aforementioned siblings with multiple disabilities and the community. Supports from family and the surroundings are urgently needed to overcome the impact of bullying.

STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN PARIWISATA SPIRITUAL DI KABUPATEN GIANYAR

Tourism is a variety of tourism activities and contains various facilities and services provided by the community, business people, government and local government. The development of Bali tourism has developed in the Bali region in Gianyar Regency. In this study aims to determine the strategy of developing tourism, especially spiritual tourism. The location of this research is in the area of Gianyar Regency. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive methods, in addition to using swot analysis to discuss content descriptions. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study and documentation. The informant in this study was the Head of the Gianyar Regency Tourism Office or related, pengempon Pura, tourism agents, as well as the local community. Until now, the Gianyar Regency does not have tourism specifically formed as spiritual tourism, because there are no clear rules, procedures, and criteria in establishing suitable objects to be categorized as spiritual tourism. Gianyar Regency has 7 tourism objects that have the potential to be developed as spiritual tourism objects. Therefore, research is conducted to determine the strategy in developing the seven objects so that they become more advanced objects of spiritual tourism. The strategy is formulated using a swot matrix with indicators measuring Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats. Through the analysis of the swot matrix, it can then be made in accordance with strategies to develop 7 tourism objects in Gianyar to become a new destination for spiritual tourism.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ONLINE CLASSES DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC (Case Study : Students Of The Management Study Program Of Persada Bunda)

Online classes are the main means of lecturing process during the Covid-19 Pandemic. No exception for the management economics Department of Persada Bunda College Pekanbaru which utilizes online applications, such as Zoom, Whatsapp groups, Google classrooms, and other application media to carry out the online class process. This research was conducted to find out what the effectiveness of online classes were like for the Management Study Program students of the Persada Bunda Economic College Pekanbaru during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that brought an online survey method via google form. The obtained test results were that the majority of students from the Management Study Program of the Persada Bunda Pekanbaru have carried out the online class process from home using a cellphone / smartphone by utilizing a fair internet data connection. The online class process shows a general picture that the students' understanding towards the material provided was less than optimal and the increasing number of assignments given to students had an impact on the class process which was less effective. Other results show that students are not ready to face the new rule set by the government, "the new normal life" if online classes continue. Another result also show that the effective lecturing system during the Covid-19 pandemic should be both online and offline that are carried out alternately while still paying attention to health protocols in order to prevent Covid-19 from spreading.

ANALISIS SEMIOTIKA PUISI PESONA BATIK KARYA USWATUN KHASANAH SEBAGAI PENDEKATAN PEMAHAMAN MAKNA

This study aims to determine the analysis of cultural semiotics, sociosemiotic and structural semiotic of poem entitled Pesona Batik. The design of this research was qualitative descriptive research design. The data of this research was taken from a poem entitled Pesona Batik by Uswatun Khasanah. The data was collected through observation, note-taking and library research. Data analysis was performed by data reduction, data presentation, data verification and data interpetation. The meaning implied by the poem was analyzed by cultural semiotic theory. It was found that the cultural element was expressed deeply through the beauty of Batik depicted in the poem. In addition, through structural semiotic analysis, it was also found that words were arranged in the form of phrases and clauses which were easily to be understood. The word meaning found in this poem was more denotative and lexiconic.

ANALISIS KREATIFITAS DAN INOVASI PENGUSAHA COFFEE SHOP SUBSEKTOR PENIKMAT KOPI DI PEKANBARU

Riau Provincial Government focusing on working at creative eonomy to increase income, open up jobs and increase foreign exchange. Creative economy is considered to be one of the efforts to overcome poverty problem in Riau, which is culinary businesses, such as coffee shop. The trend of drinking coffee has become part of the lifestyle, especially the millennial generation to support their activities. To increase the competitiveness of coffee shop in Pekanbaru, creativity and innovation need to be increased in order to increase public buying interest. The number of respondents is 131 people who are coffee connoisseurs at 27 coffee shop in Pekanbaru that have a star rating above 3,5 and reviews above 100 at google.com. The sample collection technique uses Non Probability Sampling, while the sample selection uses purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Data processing uses SPSS version 21. The result of this study indicate that creativity and innovation have influence on consumer buying interest, where innovation is influenced by creativity.
