The effective operation of photovoltaic systems depends on many factors and parameters that must be continuously monitored. The factors listed in the article are frequently variable, which makes it very difficult to predict the amount of radiation that will reach photovoltaic panels and can be converted into electricity. Therefore, to optimize the operating point of a photovoltaic power plant, it is necessary to track the changes in these quantities. IoT systems may help in controlling and managing a power plant, storage, and energy flow to the power grid. The results recorded at the hybrid power plant of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Bialystok University of Technology are useful for a comprehensive analysis of the operation of the plant and ways of its optimization. It is shown that implementation of a comprehensive maintenance system may deliver extensive important information regarding the PV plant installation.

In order to improve the construction effect of intelligent buildings, this paper combines the BIM digital twin technology to construct the overall structure of the building construction operation and maintenance system driven by the BIM digital twin. Moreover, this paper conducts intelligent simulation of the construction process of the building and combines the construction process of the intelligent building to apply the BIM digital twin technology to the construction management of the intelligent building. In addition, this paper uses BIM to simulate the construction process. After the construction management plan is developed, BIM can be used to simulate the construction, find the problems in the construction, and formulate a reliable construction management plan in time. Through simulation experiment research, it can be known that the intelligent building construction management model based on BIM digital twin proposed in this paper can help the deployment of intelligent building construction process in many aspects and help improve the efficiency of building construction management.

Abstract A significant part of the initial geological reserves of LLC “RN-Uvatneftegas” oilfields are concentrated in deposits with abnormally low reservoir properties (porosity, permeability). The organization strategy of pressure maintenance of such oilfields significantly affect to the economic profitability of the reservoir development. One of the major tasks to achieve this goal is to determine the perfect time for application injection wells in oil production before forming the pressure maintenance system. Often, the solution to this issue turns out to be labor-intensive. In this regard, the analytical tool has been developed that allows rapidly assess the perfect time for transferring wells to water injection for pressure maintenance forming. The developed tool is based on a statistical analysis of the decline rate of horizontal wells fluid rates at the RN-Uvatneftegas oilfields. And also a comparative analysis of the results of the developed tool and other existing methods was carried out. The analysis showed that the developed tool is distinguished by its accuracy, simplicity and efficiency of work.

Abstract Welded circular seams of “choke joints”, as a rule, have deviations from the specified diameter. This leads to uneven deformation, and sometimes to the absence of deformations in some areas of the seam. With repeated static loads, destruction arises in these places. To connect to the maintenance system of connections with the base metal, used as a guide, surface plastic deformation of the zone zone is carried out. A technology and equipment have been developed that allow plastically deforming the area of transition from the weld to the base metal along the entire length of the circular weld. As a result of plastic deformation along the technological groove, the characteristics of low-cycle fatigue of welded joints are obtained, which are not inferior to the base metal. To reduce stresses in the zone of transition from the weld to the base metal, it is proposed, first, to perform a circular groove on the base metal by machining, as close as possible to the specified zone. To assess the influence of the shape and size of the groove on the stress-strain state of the zone of conjugation of the weld metal with the base metal, FEM calculations were carried out
