The 5G wireless communication system is a new generation mobile communication system beyond 2020. 5GNow is still in the exploration stage. There are some shortcomings in LTE and LTE-A, such as strict synchronism, latency in crowded areas, energy consumption, and challenging in IoT, etc. The 5G wireless networks is a will consider satisfying better user experience, manifoldness of services, M2M of IoT. In this paper, we discuss some promising key technologies and conclude 5G potential cellular architecture.

Wireless technology is one of the most common technologies used in our day to day life. As wireless technology is very much easier to implement rather than wired, day by day its application is increasing. Through the continuous development of wireless communication technology it is now highly used in wireless equipment controlling. That is we can control our electronics and electrical equipments from a certain distant part. In this paper a multipurpose radio controlled car is designed with nRF24L01 wireless transceiver module, Arduino Uno R3 and DC motors to monitor risky areas. The RC vehicle is controlled by a distant controller or transmitter unit to move the vehicle to the risky location for monitoring.

The OFDM technology is applied in the mobile communication system of underground coal mine, the wireless communication system channel of underground coal mine is researched. The underground channel model is established, and the simulation is taken for testing the performance of system. The simulation results show that the OFDM technology can be applied in the mobile communication system in underground coal mine, and the transmission rate of the system and the ability of anti-interference are improved.

In the future generation of the wireless communication system, the utilization of bandwidth needs to be managed efficiently. Due to that, research on enhancing the efficiency of the bandwidth has recently attracted numerous interests focusing more on the non-orthogonal waveform generation and detection. Even though non-orthogonal waveform is promising a higher efficiency, it introduces inter-carrier interference (ICI) at the transmitter due to the subcarrier overlapping. In this paper, the signaling technique for non-orthogonal waveform generation and detection is discussed. This paper also proposed the use of accumulator (ACC) to improve the system performance of the signal modulation in the non-orthogonal waveform for the next generation of the wireless communication system. The result is represented in an EXtrinsic Information Transfer (EXIT) chart to show the effects of adding ACC into the non-orthogonal system.

Taking the patent literature in the field of the 3G mobile communication in Derwent Innovation Index (DII) as the research object, this paper utilizes CiteSpace and Σ index to conduct analysis on key technologies of technical evolution in the 3G mobile communication system. Then, the key technologies from 1994 to 2009 are separated into four periods. Next, interpretations are formulated to study these key technologies represented by Derwent manual codes. Finally, this paper illustrates the key technologies and their main evolutional paths in different periods.
