Abstract The aim of this research was to find out the opinion of managers of sport organizations that could offer a perspective regarding the design and implementation of a new social entity that gets involved in sport and sports industry. Materials and methods: as a method we used a questionnaire with 16 closed-ended questions; in the case of 2 questions the respondents could fill out their own answers. The questions were related to the structure and management of sport organization and are centered on the fundamental concepts of management, human resources management, financial resources management and marketing. The research regarded the sport organizations in Timiș and Arad Counties. 25 managers from Timiș County and 23 from Arad County responded to the questionnaire. Results: By analyzing the answers given to the questions we were able to form clear opinions regarding choices for the future of private, public or state sport organizations. The answers to our questionnaire made possible the comparison between the managing opinions in sport organizations from Timiș and Arad counties. Therefore, we were able to observe their tendencies and their offer towards initiation or towards performance in different sport branches for children, and towards the maintenance, therapy and rehabilitation for adults. Conclusions: following our analysis of the questions regarding fundamental characteristics of sport organizations’ management, human resources management, financial resources management and marketing, we observed that there are major differences between the visions of different managers of sport organizations in Timiș and Arad Counties.

This paper mainly introduces the analysis, design and implementation of human resources management system. To the characteristics of Human Resources Management, we make a trade off aspects of architecture, system design analysis, databases design and data exchange with other systems. The purpose is to establish a system with soundly security, flexibility to expand, facilitate the maintenance. Firstly, we discuss the basis of the theory and knowledge of the corporate human resources management system; and then targeted human resources management system itself to the outside business system interface features, we specifically describe the human resources Web application framework of the functional requirements; and based on J2EE standard system architecture, we describe the design and implementation of the application development environment and core technology at all levels.

For vocational colleges, talent is the key to their development and efficient human resource administration is the power to move the college forward. As a vocational college, how to administrate its staff according to its own characteristics has always been the emphasis of the college. In vocational colleges, human resources can be comparatively complicated and there is great fluency in their staff and there is a great variety of the period of teaching and rewards among all the staff. To the human resources department, some traditional file administration system cannot satisfy the current vocational college human resources information administration. It is very important to use modern information technologies to build a scientific and efficient human resources management system for vocational colleges. In this paper, we present the design and implementation of the management system combining with advanced database technology.

Abstract Management of volunteer human resources in sport organisations is an extended, interdisciplinary area covering various empiric researches. In Lithuania managing aspect of volunteer human resources in sport organisations is an uninvestigated phenomenon. Scarce fragmental research related to volunteers’ motivation could be found, however, this research was performed by researchers of social work, psychology issues etc. Subject analysis from managerial aspect is timely, relevant from scientific and practical standpoints. Problematic issue is concerned – what managerial activities of human resources are identified in sport organizations and how these activities should be controlled. Scientific problem – what problems of volunteer human resources management are identified in sport organisations and how they could be solved from managerial position. Research object: management of volunteer human resources in sport organisations. Research aim is to research the factors impacting management of human resources in sport organizations and prepare the model for human resources management in sport organizations. Research objectives: To review researchers’ attitude to volunteering as to an object of scientific research, revealing the variety of them. To reveal inter dependence aspects of volunteering and sport organizations. Having analyzed theoretical aspects, produce theoretical model for management of volunteer human resources in sport organisations. To make and describe empiric research logics and instrument for volunteer human resources management in sport organisations. To research the appliance of theoretic model for management volunteer human resources in sport organisations in Lithuania

The input and output of all sports organizations is human; therefore, it is considered that the human resources management practices that are applied in sports organizations have a special importance. In the light of this idea, satisfaction level and perceived organizational support from human resources management in sport organizations were examined in terms of various variables. The universe of the research is composed of the individulas who work in various stages of provincial directorates of sports in Turkey and the sample group consists of 321 people, 223 males and 98 females, selected randomly from these provincial directorates. In the study, the satisfaction scale of Human Resources Management practices developed by Gürbüz and Bekmezci (2012) by using the scales in the literature and Perceived Organizational Support Scale developed by Eisenberger et al., (1986) were used. As a result; In body of the literature, it is seen that the studies on human resources management practices and perceived organizational support in sports organizations are quite limited; There is a significant difference in the satisfaction level from hrm of the employees working in the provincial directorates of sports according to gender, working year, staff type, age category and education levels and there weren’t significant difference in perceived organizational support dimension according to gender, working year, staff type, age category but there were significant differences in educational level; There were significant, moderate (R = 0.3-0.7) and positive relationships between the two scales in terms of all variables.
