In this paper we present a proposed multi-layered image format for use on the web. The format implements an algorithm for selecting adequate layer images depending on the image container's surroundings and size. The layer selection depends on the weighted average brightness of the underlying web page background within the bounds of the image. The proposed image format supports multiple image layers with adjoined thresholds and activation conditions. Depending on these conditions and the underlying background, a layer's visibility will be adequately set. The selection algorithm takes into account the background brightness, each layer's adjoined threshold values, and other newly introduced layer conditions. <br><br><font color="red"><b> This article has been corrected. The trustworthiness of the web resources is very important for secure cloud platform of electronic evidence storage calculation. In this paper, I analyzed the possibility of classes of delegation and trust level of authorization access. I used CGRS resource selection algorithm which is based on the K-means clustering algorithm in digital forensics analysis of cloud platform resources, and the algorithm is used to scalable environment for digital forensics analysis platform in substantive departments. The algorithm is proved effective and correct by the analysis and the experimental results.

Abstract This article explains the development and use of ICD-9-CM diagnosis codes, CPT procedure codes, and HCPCS supply/device codes. Examples of appropriate coding combinations, and Coding rules adopted by most third party payers are given. Additionally, references for complete code lists on the Web and a list of voice-related CPT code edits are included. The reader is given adequate information to report an evaluation or treatment session with accurate diagnosis, procedure, and supply/device codes. Speech-language pathologists can accurately code services when given adequate resources and rules and are encouraged to insert relevant codes in the medical record rather than depend on billing personnel to accurately provide this information. Consultation is available from the Division 3 Reimbursement Committee members and from [email protected] .
