The purpose of this research plan is to make a mapping of the Halal Critical Point of Beef Products and a number of Processed Beef Products and also to create a Supply Chain Process Flow System for Meat products. Data and analysis of data explored in this research plan are stakeholders in the halal supply chain, namely authority institutions such as slaughtering houses (RPH), producers, logistics providers, operators, consumers, and the government by making questionnaires to identify criteria and sub-criteria important. The survey discusses consumer perceptions of the halal supply chain of products of beef and processed beef using the score method. The results of data processing can then be analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model. This study is expected to contribute to the selection of important criteria for halal supply chains of Meat products and their processed products, then contribute to the priority index using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)

The provision of affordable housing is still a big issue in every major city in Indonesia. The increasing number of urbanizations hasn’t made the provision of housing in the city of Jakarta also increase. Residents who take part in the urbanization program were from the Middle Class and Low-Income Communities Class. The provision of land for Affordable Flats was still a bit. Based on the presentation of the Director of Housing Financing Planning at the Directorate General of Housing Financing, classic problems have happened since 1992 by the PUPR Settlement Area Development were still related to the housing supply chain process. This research will re-examine the supply chain process that has been carried out by developers and stakeholders in DKI Jakarta as well as solutions to the efforts that will be made to overcome obstacles in the provision of Affordable Flats. The research locations are in Samesta Sentraland Cengkareng and Green Pramuka City. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The analytical method for researching is chronological analysis and comparison of each Affordable Flats where developed by the developer. The results of the study show that the provision of affordable flats is still very influential on the regulations that have been carried out by the government on the land, and the selection of materials for the establishment of Affordable Flats is still very influential. In the case of Samesta Sentraland Cengkareng, the existing regulations at the project site must provide 20% of their development for MBR, and the selection of materials is based on discussions with the construction manager. Even though the license in the Green Pramuka City case was rusunami, there was only anami due to the request of the prospective buyer to use good material specifications. Keywords: flats, affordability; supply chain; low-income communities; developers; stakeholders; government AbstrakPenyediaan hunian yang terjangkau masih menjadi isu besar pada setiap kota-kota besar di Indonesia.

The human population has been growing rapidly in recent years. One of the most basic needs of people is food. Many countries around the world invest in the food industry. Climate change, population growth, urbanization, natural disasters, and agricultural efficiency are important factors affecting food production. Companies must constantly control their production, marketing, and supply chain process depending on the rapidly changing competitive conditions. Supply chain management is an important process for companies to be successful and ensure their continuity in the food industry, as in many industries. Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method is widely used in supplier evaluation. In this study, it was aimed to determine the best supplier of food production company using the AHP method. In the study, three different suppliers were evaluated according to five different criteria by taking the opinions of four experts working in the purchasing department. As a result of the study, the best supplier has been selected.

This paper considers four types of the most prominent risks in the supply chain. Their subcriteria and relations between them and within the network are also considered. In a supply chain, risks are mostly created by fluctuations. The aim of this study is to adopt a strategy for eliminating or reducing risks in a supply chain network. Having various solutions helps the supply chain to be resilient. Therefore, five alternatives are considered, namely, total quality management (TQM), leanness, alignment, adaptability, and agility. This paper develops a new network of supply chain risks by considering the interactions between risks. Perhaps, the network elements have interacted with some or all of the factors (clusters) or subfactors. We constitute supply chain risks in the analytic network process (ANP), which attracted less attention in the previous studies. Most of the studies about making a decision in supply chains have been applied in analytic hierarchy process (AHP) network. The present study considers the ANP as a well-known multicriteria decision making (MCDM) technique to choose the best alternative, because of the interdependency and feedbacks of different levels of the network. Finally, the ANP selects TQM as the best alternative among the considered ones.

PurposeProcess models specific to the supply chain domain are an important tool for the analysis of interorganizational interfaces and requirements of information technology (IT) systems supporting supply chain decision-making. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of supply chain process models for novice analysts in conveying domain semantics compared to alternative textual representations.Design/methodology/approachA laboratory experiment with graduate students as proxies for novice analysts was conducted. Participants were randomly assigned to either the diagram group, which worked with “thread diagrams” created from the modeling grammar “Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model”, or the text group, which worked with semantically equivalent textual representations. Domain understanding was measured using cognitively demanding information acquisition for two different domains.FindingsDiagram users were more accurate in identifying product-related information and organizing this information in a graph compared to those using the textual representation. The authors found considerable improvements in domain understanding, and using the diagrams was perceived as easy as using the texts.Originality/valueThe study's findings are unique in providing empirical evidence for supply chain process models being an effective representation for novice analysts. Such evidence is lacking in prior research because of the evaluation methods used, which are limited to scenario, case study and informed argument. This study adds the diagram user's perspective to that literature and provides a rigorous empirical evaluation by contrasting diagrammatic and textual representations.

International capacity cooperation is easily affected by the interweaving of its internal and external environment. As the risk accumulation exceeds the threshold, a supply chain crisis and even emergency will occur and serious losses will be caused. Regarding multinational operation and international capacity cooperation, 208 cases were summarized to identify risk types and high-incidence areas, and a risk measurement index system was established. A Fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method was used to evaluate the importance of each risk index. It was found that country risk was the main cause of supply chain emergencies in international capacity cooperation. Construction, water and electricity supply, mining and manufacturing were major areas of emergencies. In international capacity cooperation, country risk and cross-cultural risk were more important in external risks, while in internal risk, financial risk and decision risk were more important.
