Community service involves groups of fish cultivators and PKK women in Curug Village, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency. Curug Village is one of the villages included in the Minapolitan Development Area for Freshwater Fish Cultivation, Bogor Regency. The problems faced by partners are that the utilization of fish harvests into processed products, especially catfish, has not been maximized, and the partners' ignorance about themdiversification of processed catfish products. The purpose of this activity is to assist partners in exploiting the potential of aquaculture products into processed catfish products. Methods of implementing activities include socialization or counseling, training and mentoring. This partner village development activity contributes and benefits partners in the application of appropriate technology and the development of catfish cultivation yields into processed products as an effort to increase the independence and welfare of rural communities.Pengabdian kepada masyarakat melibatkan kelompok pembudidaya ikan dan ibu PKK Desa Curug, Kecamatan Gunung Sindur, Kabupaten Bogor. Desa Curug merupakan salah satu desa yang termasuk wilayah Pengembangan Kawasan Minapolitan Budidaya Ikan Air Tawar Kabupaten Bogor. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah belum maksimalnya pemanfaatan hasil panen ikan menjadi produk olahan terutama ikan lele, dan masih adanya ketidaktahuan mitra tentang diversifikasi produk olahan ikan lele. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah membantu mitradalam pemanfaatan potensi hasil budidaya menjadi produk olahan ikan lele. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi atau penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan pengembangan desa mitra ini memberikan kontribusi dan manfaat kepada mitra dalam penerapan teknologi tepat guna dan pengembangan hasil panen budidaya ikan lele menjadi produk olahan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kemandirian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa.

Over the last few years, fused filament fabrication (FFF) has become one of the most promising and widely used techniques for the rapid prototyping process. A number of studies have also shown the possibility of FFF being used for the fabrication of functional products, such as biomedical implants and automotive components. However, the poor mechanical properties possessed by FFF-processed products are considered one of the major shortcomings of this technique. Over the last decade, many researchers have attempted to improve the mechanical properties of FFF-processed products using several strategies—for instance, by applying the short fiber reinforcement (SFR), continuous fiber reinforcement (CFR), powder addition reinforcement (PAR), vibration-assisted FFF (VA-FFF) methods, as well as annealing. In this paper, the details of all these reinforcement techniques are reviewed. The abilities of each method in improving tensile, flexural, and compressive strength are discussed.

This research aims to show how decision sciences can make a significant contribution on handling the supply chain problem during Covid-19 Pandemic. The paper discusses how robust optimization handles uncertain demand in agricultural processed products supply chain problems within two scenarios during the pandemic situation, i.e., the large-scale social distancing and partial social distancing. The study assumes that demand and production capacity are uncertain during a pandemic situation. Robust counterpart methodology is employed to obtain the robust optimal solution. To this end, the uncertain data is assumed to lie within a polyhedral uncertainty set. The result shows that the robust counterpart model is a computationally tractable through linear programming problem. Numerical experiment is presented for the Bandung area with a case on sugar and cooking oil that is the most influential agricultural processed products besides the main staple food of the Indonesian people, rice.

This study aims to determine the effect of "The Influence of Brand Image on Purchase Decisions Supported by Green Marketing and Brand Ambassador Variables on Moringa processed products and the Effect of Green Marketing and brand ambassadors on Brand Image". The type of research used is quantitative research and is included in explanatory research which in this study aims to explain the relationship of a variable with other variables to test hypotheses. Researchers also use questionnaires to obtain the data needed in the study. To obtain data, researchers used questionnaires which were distributed to consumers who know and become consumers of Moringa. The results in this study indicate that the brand image variable has a significant or positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions. The green marketing variable does not have a positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions. The brand ambassador variable has a significant influence on the consumer purchasing decision variables. The green marketing variable has a positive influence on the brand image variable. Abstract One of the ginger rhizome processing technologies is by making instant drink powder. Instant drinks food processed products in powder, practical in presenting and have long-saving power and easily dissolved in hot, cold and warm water. However, making ginger powder is done manually using human power in stirring ginger water until it becomes a powder for a long time, causing the moving process to be unstable. Therefore, the crystallizer tool is designed to help the manual stirring process increase the quality of instant ginger powder products. In Kereng Bangkirai Village, Palangka Raya City, the community service activities were carried out in lectures/socialization/counseling, demonstration tools, leaflet distribution, pre-test / post-test evaluations, and feedback. Through this, community service can convey scientific information for the community so that two-way communication is established between the source person and participants of the activity, especially mothers in Kereng Bangkirai Village, Palangka Raya City, to remain productive independent in increasing the economy of the family business. In addition, it can also be one of the business opportunities in individuals and groups involved in UMKM, which can later be packaged with attractive. Keywords: Ginger Powder, Crystallizer, Instant drink Abstrak Salah satu teknologi pengolahan rimpang jahe adalah dengan pembuatan serbuk minuman instan. Minuman instan produk olahan pangan yang berbentuk serbuk, praktis dalam penyajian dan memiliki daya simpan yang lama dan mudah larut dalam air panas, dingin maupun hangat. Namun, proses pembuatan serbuk jahe yang dilakukan secara manual menggunakan tenaga manusia dalam mengaduk air jahe sampai menjadi serbuk dalam waktu cukup lama sehingga menyebabkan proses pengadukan menjadi tidak stabil. Oleh karena itu, dirancang alat kristalizer untuk membantu proses pengadukan manual sehingga kualitas produk serbuk jahe instan dapat meningkat.  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Kereng Bangkirai Kota Palangka Raya ini dalam bentuk ceramah/sosialisasi/penyuluhan, demontrasi alat, pembagian leaflet, evaluasi pre-test/pos-test dan umpan balik. Melalui kegiatan  pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat sebagai sarana dalam menyampaikan informasi  secara ilmiah bagi masyarakat sehingga terjalin komunikasi dua arah antara narasumber dan peserta kegiatan, khususnya ibu-ibu di Kelurahan Kereng Bangkirai Kota Palangka Raya untuk tetap produktif dan mandiri dalam meningkatkan perekonomian usaha keluarga. Selain itu, juga dapat sebagai salah satu peluang usaha dalam individu maupun kelompok yang terlibat dalam UMKM yang nantinya dapat dikemas dengan menarik.  Kata kunci: serbuk jahe, kristalizer, minuman instan

Moringa oleifera is a type of plant that has many benefits. Moringa leaves are very well consumed by humans with a variety of processed products. This Community Service aims to open people's insight, knowledge, and skills about the benefits of Moringa leaves for healts, as well as provide business opportunities for farming communities who are interested in cultivating Moringa plants to increase their income. The method used in community service is in the form of counseling. The results of this activity have provided knowledge to the community, especially farmers in the Landasan Ulin Barat Village about the benefits of Moringa leaves for health. This community service is expected to be carried out in a sustainable manner, so that the counseling that has been given can be put into practice in real terms, thus providing benefits for the people of the West Landasan Ulin Village.

Abstract The study aims to provide high-quality and nutritious food products. The use of processed products of curd whey and herbal ingredients, in particular parsnips, in the development of recipe-component solutions for new structured products is advisable, since it enables not only to expand the range but also to combine the valuable nutrient composition and unique properties of these components, obtain a product of high nutritional and biological value. The authors have developed a resource-saving technology and investigated the qualitative composition of fermented milk sauce.

Gumineponik is one of the UMKM engaged in the hydroponic business. Besides offering hydroponic installations, hydroponic equipment, and plant nutrition, it also offers innovative processed products such as vegetable fruit juices and fruit and vegetable spring rolls. In introducing its business and products, gumineponik requires a visual identity in the form of a logo that will be implemented in promotional media. Data were collected naturally and presented in a qualitative descriptive form. Data collection was carried out using interviews and direct observation. In addition, it is supported by theoretical studies and documentation. Logo design starts from brief design, research and brainstorming, alternative designs, presentations and revisions in the process of getting the selected logo for gumineponik.  The chosen logo is a combination of the letter G and leaves as a symbol of agriculture. The selected logo is then implemented on the packaging of juice and spring roll products. In addition, it is also implemented on business cards, pricelist and x-banner media as supporting media.
