В данной статье рассматривается порядок поощрения священнослужителей Русской Православной Церкви иерархическими наградами в XIX - начале XX в. Цель исследования - проанализировать процесс установления и механизм развития наградной системы в обозначенный период. Для этого изучаются характеристики каждой из наград, официально установленных императором Павлом I и его последователями. Внимание читателя статьи обращается главным образом на обстоятельства появления отдельной богослужебной награды в практике Русской Православной Церкви и условия награждения ею заслуженных клириков. В качестве наглядного примера рассматриваются выразительные случаи награждения некоторых священнослужителей. Изучение устройства начальной системы богослужебных наград клириков Русской Православной Церкви позволило прийти к выводу, что появившаяся в конце XVIII в. наградная система на протяжении последующего столетия претерпевала различные изменения: дополнялась и структурировалась. За это время в наградной практике появлялись новые и упразднялись старые награды, был выработан междунаградной срок и установлен порядок награждения священников во время богослужения. This publication examines the procedure for encouraging the clergy of the Russian Orthodox Church with hierarchical awards in the XIX-early XX centuries. Тhe purpose of the study is to analyze the process of establishing and developing the award system in this period. We study the characteristics of each of the awards officially established by Emperor Paul I and his followers. The reader’s attention is mainly drawn to the circumstances of the appearance a separate liturgical award in the practice of the Russian Orthodox Church and the conditions for awarding it to distinguished clerics. As a clear example, we consider the expressive cases of awarding certain clergy. The study of the initial system of liturgical awards for clerics of the Russian Orthodox Church allowed us to conclude that the award system that appeared at the end of the XVIII century underwent various changes over the next century: it was supplemented and structured. During this time, new awards appeared in the award practice and old awards were abolished, an international award period was developed and the procedure for awarding priests during divine services was established.

The aim of the work is to find conditions under which a complex multifunctional system acquires a certain struc- ture and comes to a balanced state. The initial system, consisting of mutually influencing objects or processes, is modeled by a sign graph. Analysis of the degree of influence takes into account both the direct impact between neighboring peaks, and indirect, mediated through other objects. Examples are given and conditions are indicated under which, under the ac- tion of the mechanism of introducing feedbacks, an unbalanced initial graph of interactions comes to a stable two-class structure. Cases are shown when disturbances in a balanced graph, leading it out of this state, after the application of the feedback mechanism were leveled, and the system was stabilized. Both fully connected graphs and digraphs without cycles are investigated.

In this paper, we derive several soliton solutions of the generalized Davey-Stewartson equation with the complex coefficients. First we use the travelling wave transformation to reduce the initial system to ODE. The equivalent ODE is then solved, giving several classes of solutions, depending on the values of the parameters. Finally, the Extended Tanh-Coth method and Modified simple equation method.

The reorganization of the initial system of aspect paradigms in Old Russian is investigated within the framework of the theory of natural grammar. It is claimed, in accordance with this theory, that the grammatical changes in morphological systems of natural languages are determined by a limited set of typologically relevant markedness principles (naturalness principles or preference laws). These principles explain the attested diachrony of grammatical changes in the system of aspectual paradigms of the Russian verb and predict the general direction in its development. During the historical development of the system of aspectual paradigms in Russian, optimal iconic perfectivizing paradigms are ousting non-optimal countericonic imperfectivizing paradigms as well as non-optimal non-iconic aspectual syncretic paradigms. In contemporary Russian, aspectual paradigms of perfectivization are preferable in terms of competitive aspectual paradigms of imperfectivization and syncretic aspectual paradigms. The share of optimal paradigms of perfectivization is constantly increasing in modern Russian. Consequently, there is direct evidence for the development of the system of Russian aspect paradigms towards optimal organization of aspect paradigms, i.e. towards economy.

In 2006 AstraZeneca (AZ) executed a strategy to centralise all biochemical screening activities within one of its Research Areas, into a single team. This team had the remit to deliver data faster and more consistently, whilst reducing the FTE’s deployed against such activities. Keeping the team small, AZ hoped to facilitate more flexible use of resources, remaining agile enough to respond to changing business demands; however this centralised approach brought with it a fresh set of challenges, not least of which was information management. This review describes a successful LIMS implementation within AZ (who deployed a customised COTS solution in just four months). It outlines the steps taken over the initial system development life cycle and highlights the requirement for dedicated in-house resource (with intimate domain knowledge) coupled with experienced vendor personnel. It goes on to explore the requirement for continued evolution of the system and the challenges this posed.

A Standish Group (1994) study showed that only 16% of all information technology projects come in on time and within budget. The situation is not better concerning health information systems. Many health information system implementations are less than completely successful (Berg, 2001; Giuse & Kuhn, 2003; Lorenzi & Riley, 2003). In this article, the health information system means “a system, whether automated or manual, that comprises people, machines and /or methods organized to collect, process, transmit, and disseminate” data that represent user information in healthcare (Kuhn & Giuse, 2001, pp. 275). What is successful implementation and whose success is measured? Successes can be measured in many ways. Delone and McLean have been finding out the success factors of management information system which are also applicable to health information system. The success factors are: system qualities, e.g., the ease of use or time savings, information quality, e.g., completeness or data accuracy, usage, e.g., the frequency of use or the number of entries, user satisfaction, e.g., user-friendliness or overall satisfaction, individual impact, e.g., changed work practices or direct benefits and organizational impact, e.g., communication and collaboration or impact on patient care. Furthermore, user involvement during system development, implementation and organizational culture have been identified as possible factors measuring the success. However, the need for further research to determine which attributes are the most useful ones in measuring success has also been revealed. (van der Meijden, Tange, Troost & Hashman, 2003). The different phases in implementation process are, in general, user needs and requirements analysis (specification), system design, initial system implementation and testing (Ahmad, Teater, Bentley, Kuehn, Kumar, Thomas & Me-khjian, 2002; Schuster, Hall, Couse, Swayngim & Kohatsu, 2003; Souther, 2001). The system requirements analysis includes workflow analysis, and the initial system implementation includes the technical installation of the information system, integration of the information system to other information systems and users’ training. Project management is an important factor in every phase of the implementation project. The purpose of this article is to highlight the health information system implementation process from end-user perspective. Which factors are crucial in the implementation process from the point of view of the end-users? How does project management contribute to the implementation process, what is the role of the end-user in system designing and how does training effect the information system implementation?
