In order to better promote urban development. This paper puts forward the research of smart city planning management system based on multi-source data and multi planning, and discusses the application of data mining in urban data management from three aspects of information management, information management and data management, so as to realize scientific, efficient and comprehensive urban planning management. To promote and improve the planning and management of smart city, it is necessary to establish a unified standard system, integrate all kinds of planning materials, establish a collaborative mechanism for smart city planning and management based on the principle of multi-source data and multi planning, and build a three-dimensional planning platform for public participation in smart city planning and management, so as to make planning standardized, collaborative and open, and ensure the scientific and reasonable planning and management of smart city.

To improve the quality of life, human-oriented smart city planning and management based on time-space behavior was studied. First, the basic theory of time-space behavior and smart city was introduced. The relationship between public participation and smart city construction planning was analyzed, and the positive and negative significance of public participation in smart city construction planning was expounded. Then, the mechanism for public participation in smart city construction planning was proposed. Finally, public participation in smart city construction planning was analyzed from the perspectives of power balance, interest coordination and safeguard measures. The results showed that public participation in smart city construction planning was an important manifestation of the realization of public democratic rights. The scientific nature and feasibility of smart city construction planning was enhanced. The smooth implementation of smart city construction planning was an important foundation for promoting smart city construction. Therefore, public participation is an important way to safeguard social public interests and build a harmonious society.

In the era of rapid development of information, with the popularization of computers, the development of science and technology, and the continuous growth of IT technology and business, the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system has become a platform and guarantee for the completion of business management processes after long-term operations. Establishing a logistics management information system is an important means for Chinese companies to improve their logistics efficiency. This is the prerequisite for modern companies to gain a competitive advantage in the management of logistics companies. Therefore, organizations must adapt to different needs, fierce competition, and rapid strategic changes. This is a powerful supplement to the nature of logistics companies. The logistics management information system has continuously experienced the processes of MRP, MRP II, and ERP. This article aims to study how to use computers in logistics management to create an ERP system-based enterprise logistics information management system. This article puts forward the development significance of logistics information management system, uses ERP system to analyze complex logistics business in detail, and designs the overall framework, specific functions, and data model of the system in detail. The experimental results of this paper show that the ERP system has important application value in the logistics information management system of supply chain enterprises, and it can effectively increase the value of customer satisfaction by 86.7%.

The course is developed from the study in Life Sciences and energy, till the deepening about the fossil and renewable sources, with video display, animations, little experiments, interactive games and multimedia presentations using the IWB of the renewable energy sources. After scoring a summary of key information, we switch to implement a Smart city planning workshop, drawing three-dimensionally objects with the 3D graphic application Sketchup, until build the city furnished with solar panels placed on the roofs. At the end of the trail, the educational activities are implemented in the Virtual World Scuola3D supported by a proactive and creative way to educate pupils by conscious and creative use of information and communication technologies, with the use of 3D and virtual worlds for live at three-dimensional virtual experience until they are able to design and build a three-dimensional ideal city, the “Smart city” for a sustainable future.
