Under the traditional model, enterprises to establish a set of IT systems not only need to buy hardware and otherinfrastructure, but also to buy software licenses, the need for specialized staff maintenance. The scale of the enterprisewill continue to upgrade the various hardware and software facilities to meet the needs. For enterprises, computers andother hardware and software itself is not what they really need, they are just to complete the work, to provide effi cienttools only. For individuals, we usually use the computer to install a lot of software, and many software is a fee, theuser is not often used to buy the software is very uneconomical. We only need to pay a small amount of 'rent' to 'rent'to these software services for us to save a lot of money to buy hardware and software. Just as we use electricity everyday, but we are not every self-generator, it is provided by the power plant; we use tap water every day, but we do nothave every well, it is provided by the water plant. This model is great enough to save resources and facilitate our lives. The face of the computer to bring us the troubles, we can like the use of water and ele

Atmospheric CO2 and aquatic water samples were analyzed to evaluate the environmental 14C enrichment due to operation of the Qinshan nuclear power plant (NPP), where two heavy-water reactors and five pressurized-water reactors are employed. Elevated 14C-specific activities (2–26.7 Bq/kg C) were observed in the short-term air samples collected within a 5-km radius, while samples over 5 km were close to background levels. The 14C-specific activities of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) in the surface seawater samples ranged from 196.8 to 206.5 Bq/kg C (average 203.4 Bq/kg C), which are close to the background value. No elevated 14C level in surface seawater was found after 20 years of operation of Qinshan NPP, indicating that the 14C discharged was well diffused. The results of the freshwater samples show that excess 14C-specific activity (average 17.1 Bq/kg C) was found in surface water and well water samples, while no obvious 14C increase was found in drinking water (groundwater and tap water) compared to the background level.

An increase in the share of renewable energy sources characterized by intermittent generation leads to a decrease in the quality of electricity and the need to balance the load on the network. The methods used today for balancing the load on the generation side, as well as the use of energy storage technology, do not always provide an effective solution to the balancing problem. This is especially evident when traditional generators are transferred from the base load electricity sources to the reserve ones. The main issue is the increased electric energy losses due to the low efficiency of the power storage technology. Using the most advanced hybrid power plant Gorona del Viento (El Hierro island, Canary archipelago, Spain), which includes traditional and renewable energy sources, as reference, we are describing the methods of balancing the load on the network, which includes balancing, both the electricity generation and consumption. Using the calculation models of the hybrid power plant operating modes, the possibility of implementing various load balancing strategies on the consumption side has been demonstrated, their features have been analyzed, their effectiveness in reducing energy losses has been demonstrated.

Cloud storage is a promising market. In this paper, cloud storage technology and cloud data read-write technology is researched. Cloud storage has a four-layer structure model. Cloud storage uses disaster recovery and backup technology to improve the availability and reliability of the system. The request of data read-write in cloud storage is a temporary URL, which is constructed according to the algorithm. Send read-write request through push sequentially, and write by transfer between the primary chunks with the copies. The efficiency of cloud storage depends on the number of serves and clients. In order to improve the efficiency of data reading and writing, there is proposed three envisaged.
