Abstract Quality improvement (QI) efforts are imperative to ensuring patient-centered, safe, effective, timely, efficient, and equitable healthcare. QI training is well-established in the fields of geriatric medicine and nursing but is lacking in geropsychology. Clinical geropsychologists are in need of QI knowledge and skills, as the population they serve is often vulnerable to healthcare disparities due to complex medical, neurological, and/or psychiatric presentations, limited resources, and low social and/or instrumental support. This presentation will describe a developmental model of QI training, driven by initial pilot data from geropsychology trainees, analysis of geropsychology graduate program marketing materials, and expert opinion from geropsychologists who have QI implementation experience. Consistent with the Pikes Peak Competencies for Geropsychology Training, this model delineates aspirational QI knowledge and skills, as well as recommendations for incorporating QI training into geropsychology at progressing levels of competency from graduate school through independent clinical practice.

The study tested the hypothesis that differences in maternal sex-typed behavior manifested by employment outside the home and by advanced educational attainment would be related to the sex-typed characteristics of daughters. Subjects were 43 female undergraduates. The amount the mother had worked was positively related to the daughter's masculine personality characteristics, her plans for attending graduate school, plans for working after marriage, and negatively related to some feminine personality characteristics. These relationships did not depend on the amount of identification. The mother's educational attainment was not related to any of the daughter's characteristics.

Social media is a communication and interaction forum used by millennials to interact and share information with one another. The potential of social media as a media for tourism promotion is very large, but it is still not optimally utilized for productive activities, including students of Madrasah Aliyah Al Madani, West Lombok Regency due to the lack of knowledge and skills of madrasah students in the use of social media they have. This training aims to improve the knowledge and creativity skills of MA Al Madani students in utilizing social media as a promotional media in tourism management, especially in program promotion activities and tourism media. The stages of this service activity process begin with observing the potential of schools, followed by discussion activities and formulating the theme of training activities in accordance with school plans and programs, then carrying out training activities according to the agreed theme until post-training evaluation activities take place. The training activities were guided by expert trainers, it was found that through this training students could develop their skills in the use of various social media as a promotional platform in developing and managing tourism programs in Lombok Nusa Tenggara. The evaluation process, by monitoring and examining the trainees' social media after one week of training, shows that the program has been successfully developed and utilized by MA Al Madani students, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.
