This article mainly starts with the concept and basic characteristics of China’s marine fishery resources. On this basis, it analyzes the utilization status of China’s marine fishery resources and the problems existing in the management of marine fishery resources for discussion, and finally proposes effective ways to strengthen the management of marine fishery resources, aiming at providing help for the sustainable development of China’s marine fishery resources.

Since the reform and open-up, China’s marine fishery has developed rapidly, but it has also caused some practical contradictions. The focus is on the contradictions between overfishing and depleted fishery resources, and the continuous decline of marine fishery resources. The environmental destruction of marine resources and the sanitation and safety of marine aquatic products restrict the sustainable development of marine fisheries in the future. This article discusses the current situation of the development and utilization of marine fishery resources in China, and proposes some optimization measures for marine management in view of the current difficulties faced by marine fisheries.

Marine fishery is an important part of China’s economic development. Marine fishery is not only related to the development of marine economy, but also the marine ecological environment. It is very important to promote the competitiveness of marine fisheries, protect marine ecology, and explore the sustainable development of marine fisheries. In this regard, this article analyzes the development trend of marine fisheries, analyzes the current problems in marine fishery governance, and explores effective countermeasures for the development of marine fishery governance, hoping to provide some ideas for promoting marine fishery governance and enhancing the benefits of marine fishery development.

Due to the industrial transfer in globalization and information, a new economic form—the headquarter economy gradually formed and became one of important development strategies for central city. In this paper, Jiahai enterprises headquarter park( JEHP) is as a study case, which located in development zone of Jinxia, Changsha. Based on the analysis of regional socio-economic, aiming at the sustainable development of society and create an ecological environment, the planning concept has been proposed, which is co-development of enterprises, park and social; sharing-plat of enterprises; co-create of natural environment and construction. A Paradigm has been provided in this paper, which is based on the concept of Ecology and sustainable development for the construction of headquarter economic park in new period.

The target of this paper is to analyse the main elements of Air Transport sustainability, studying their evolution during the last years and establishing the future prevalent trends, which might be modified by the application of the adequate policies. Air Transport sustainability is considered as integrated by five basic characteristics: physical accessibility, economic affordability, safety, security and environmental impact. Each one of them has its own influence on the development of this transportation mode and all of them are required in order to achieve a sustainable development. After defining the structural elements of the five characteristics and the corresponding quantitative indicators, the paper studies the recent evolution of such indicators and extrapolates the most likely future trends, having taken into account the most relevant limitations presently existent or potentially appearing in the near future. The most important policies being presently studied (future aircraft designs, infrastructure developments, potential safety and security new rules and tentative environmental action programs) are evaluated, considering the potential repercussions on sustainability progress.
