Background: Decreasing of sea cucumber resources on numbers and size of fishing capture in Negeri Porto waters influenced its community structures. Further, water environment steadiness will questionable. For this reason, study was done to analyzed community structures of sea cucumbers include of numbers species found, density, potency, species presence frequency, distribute pattern, ecology index and environment measurement. Method: Research done on February to May, 2008 at Negeri Porto used Line Transect Method. Result: showed there were eight species of sea cucumbers found (potency as much as 12.286 individuals). Bohadschia marmorata got highest in numbers species found, density, potency and species presence frequency. There were three distribute pattern of sea cucumbers found wich are uniform, random and group. Conclusion: Sea cucumbers diversity was in lower, species are closed to compatible. B. marmorata and Holothuria edulis are tends to dominate this water. Environment factors such temperature, pH, salinity, DO, turbidity, current and sediment distribute showed that Porto waters was suitable to sea cucumbers growth.

No.8 Bridge is the site where Yang River flows into Guanting Reservoir. It’s an important guarantee for the water safety of Guanting Reservoir that the water quality meets the standards steadily at No.8 Bridge. Based on the monitoring data from 2006 to 2013, the interannual and annual trends and correlations among DO, NH3-N and COD of Yang River were analyzed. The factors affecting DO were also discussed. The results showed that DO and COD met the fourth-class standard for surface water. NH3-N decreased year by year and its standard-reaching rate ran up to 70% since 2009. DO and COD, NH3-N was negatively correlated, but not significant, indicating that COD and NH3-N were not important factors affecting DO. DO varied along with seasons, autumn (mean 7.47mg /L) > spring (mean 7.35mg /L) > winter (mean 6.95mg /L) > summer (mean 6.35mg /L). Temperature is an important factor affecting DO. The possible impact on water environment of Guanting Reservoir caused by DO decrease should be paid special attention.

In 2010, the time of blocking dams for electricity generation activities of the Son La hydropower plant on Da river, up to now, after nearly 08 years of water storage, the Son La reservoir environment has stabilized and formed the soil ecosystem. flood - typical reservoir ecosystem in the highlands of the Northwest, Vietnam. Basing on the monitoring data of the Da River at the beginning of 2010, monitoring data for Son La hydropower reservoir (2010 - 2017), monitoring data for Lai Chau hydropower reservoir (phase 1/2018). This paper uses data collection and analysis method to compare the quality of Da river water before and after the dam to the Son La reservoir at 03 observation sites: Hang Tom bridge Muong Lay, Dien Bien), Pa Uon Bridge (Quynh Nhai, Son La), Upper Muong La (Son La). Analyze the quality of Son La hydropower reservoir through input data (Lai Chau hydropower reservoir) and output at monitoring site (downstream of the dam) in Son La province during 2015-2017. The analytical results confirmed the process of changes in the groups of physical, chemical, microbiological, pesticide residues in the lake water environment and proved to change the quality of hydropower reservoirs. Son La seasonal. At the same time, discuss and evaluate some natural, social and human factors that affect the water quality of Son La hydropower reservoir.

The paper considers legal, regulatory/methodical, and scientific foundations of the system of ecological normalization of negative impacts caused by economic activities upon water environment by setting norms of quality and permissible impact. The developed system is represented by a combination of methodological provisions and instruments based on the analysis of the best available techniques in the sphere of monitoring data processing, the use of linear trends of the compressed characteristics, and indirect unified assessment of negative impacts as responses to any kind of economic activities. To provide experts with an objective toolbox and specified provisions we have developed a package of water/protective standards to support assessment of the water quality depletion, water systems degradation, actual and permissible anthropogenic load, and solution of other water/environmental problems. Approval of standardized algorithms of expert actions based on the impact monitoring data gives grounds for possible ecologization of the Water Code in order to assess the aquatic systems safety and to implement the state regulatory function of natural resources protection.
