<p>With the development of the society and the progress of the times, data information shows a leap growth phenomenon. Each industry has a huge amount of data information, so in every field people's demand for information management technology increasingly enhance. The development of database technology solves the problem people meet and can manage the huge data information effectively. Nowadays, database technology is widely used in every field. This paper discusses the application of computer database technology in the field of information management and discusses the relevant measures and methods to strengthen the application function of database technology.</p>

With the advent of the information age, the information management technology of all walks of life is improving day by day, and Chinese economic development has entered a brand new mode. Therefore, enterprises also need to keep pace with the times and carry out appropriate changes and reforms in their internal control management. As intermediary organizations connecting the government and enterprises, accounting firms are the bridges between the owners and operators of enterprises. Therefore, they have strong independence and objectivity. However, due to the short rise of accounting firms in China, the research on accounting firms in China is limited, and the scale is mainly small and medium-sized. As a monitoring method, internal control can effectively avoid the risks existing in the development process of small and medium-sized accounting firms in China, and effectively supervise the working ability and moral level of their auditors. Therefore, under the perspective of informational environment, this paper makes a brief analysis of the problems and causes existing in the establishment of the internal control system of accounting firms in China based on the study of the relationship between financial internal control and accounting firms. Meanwhile, a series of solutions to these problems have been developed in order to provide some effective reference basis for future research and promote the transformation and reform of the financial internal control of accounting firms in China.

To meet the demand for the geotechnical information system management, this paper has put forward a plan to develop the management information system by using GIS and commercial database management technology. It has also described and analyzed the development of the function modules of the system and designed its module structure architecture for further development of the system. The GIS and database technology may be applied in managing, analyzing and evaluating the sea-volume geotechnical information data and help realize information sharing and provide policy-making support for the city planning, construction and management.

Database technology is highly developed for the many uses that it is employs; although, tomorrow will hold new challenges and demands that it is ill-equipped to accomplish. The rigors and demands of the current Information Age pushes information systems to develop more universal solutions not pre-established on the proprietary demands of capitalistic conceptions. In the Information Age, the ever-increasing need for more data processing capabilities becomes inherent with the times, and with the addition of the Digital Age, it is assumed that increased data processing will continue to be conducted by discrete electronic computing systems and the many forms that they will take. The continued development of more efficient data models, and the database systems designed to leverage them, will become the chariot bringing forth the climax of the current times and the dawning of new endeavors for human curiosity and our willingness to learn and explore ever further into the beyond. Tackling these issues is the direct purpose of the LISA Universal Informationbase System (the LISA Informationbase), to effectively integrate data of diverse variations and in a semi-ubiquitous structure to increase data automation of information content for use by our patrons in a powerful database management technology. Surveyed in this chapter is a review of this driving technology and its applications, covering the NITA Methodology Stage-I, Stage-II, and Stage-III in its developmental process.

<p>Students’ Information System (SIS) in Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) handles thousands of records on the information of students, subject registration, etc. Efficiency of storage and query retrieval of these records is the matter of database management especially involving with huge data. However, the execution time for storing and retrieving these data are still considerably inefficient due to several factors. In this contribution, two database approaches namely Extensible Markup Language (XML) and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) were investigated to evaluate their suitability for handling thousands records in SIS. The results showed JSON is the best choice for storage and query speed. These are essential to cope with the characteristics of students’ data. Whilst, XML and JSON technologies are relatively new to date in comparison to the relational database. Indeed, JSON technology demonstrates greater potential to become a key database technology for handling huge data due to an increase of data annually.</p>
