The viability of agricultural enterprises is of paramount importance. Their liquidation has harmful effects on broad strata of society. The aim of my research is therefore to analyze the leading causes of liquidation of agricultural enterprises. The research was led on 17 agricultural enterprises. This may help in the prevention and treatment of their insolvency. The research results show that a long-term agricultural production is not sustainable with a low equity capital. For the long-term maintenance it is necessary that the investors establish the enterprise with a capital according to the type of the production. The loan can not replacethe entrepreneursown resources,it is only complementaryto it.Theownersof agriculturalbusinessesshould strive to ensurethatthe paid-up share capital is kept in the firm, because in case of payment difficulties, this can be an adequate financial provision. Companies with financial problems can avoid liquidation if the crisis is detected in time by the leaders. However, the owners must organize the management of the enterprise so that it should have the necessary technical and economic knowledge. With an appropriate management, and use of means of crisis management, the liquidation of the enterprise can be prevented.

Despite significant progress in the treatment of preterm neonates, bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) continues to be a major cause of neonatal morbidity. Affected infants suffered from long-term pulmonary and nonpulmonary sequel. The pulmonary sequels include reactive airway disease and asthma during childhood and adolescence. Nonpulmonary sequels include poor coordination and muscle tone, difficulty in walking, vision and hearing problems, delayed cognitive development, and poor academic achievement. As inflammation seems to be a primary mediator of injury in pathogenesis of BPD, role of steroids as antiinflammatory agent has been extensively studied and proven to be efficacious in management. However, evidence is insufficient to make a recommendation regarding other glucocorticoid doses and preparations. Numerous studies have been performed to investigate the effects of steroid. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate these studies in order to elucidate the beneficial and harmful effects of steroid on the prevention and treatment of BPD.

Long-term foreign and domestic experience in agricultural production proves that the intensification of agricultural production, an increase in its efficiency and volumes, an increase in the competitiveness of agricultural products, is impossible without constant modernization of the production and technical base and the introduction of the most modern achievements of scientific and technological progress. Only a comprehensive and systematic technical and technological reequipment of agricultural production, saturation of it with high-tech, high-performance complexes, machines, equipment can provide a significant increase in labor productivity, minimize the cost of all types of material resources with a steady trend of constantly decreasing labor resources in agricultural production. The analysis of indicators of provision with the main types of machines of domestic agricultural enterprises in comparison with different countries of the world is carried out. The article presents the results of the analysis of the most important segments of the agricultural tractor and combine park of the Republic of Belarus.

The objective possibility of increasing beef production due to the development of beef cattle breeding is determined by natural and economic factors, both in Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan, the presence of huge areas of natural forage lands and cultural pastures, which allow for full-fledged feeding of cattle throughout the calendar year with a full-fledged balanced feed diet. The material and technical production base in the agricultural sector of the Republic of Tatarstan at this stage fully meets the requirements of technological approaches to expanding the number of beef breeds of cattle (cattle) in this region, both in large agricultural enterprises, farmers, households and individual agricultural entrepreneurs. At the present time, the Republic of Tatarstan clearly shows the trend of long-term development of the beef cattle industry. However, in the current situation, the main share of beef in the Republic of Tatarstan is produced by agricultural organizations and representatives of small agricultural businesses engaged in the breeding of dairy and meat cattle. In the context of the introduction of innovations in the organization of agricultural production, industrial crossing of dairy cows with purebred bulls of meat breeds is used as one of the directions for the growth of beef production.

Forecasting production and economic indicators of agricultural production is relevant for drawing up long-term plans and programs for the development of the agro-industrial complex at various levels: a region, a municipality, an agricultural producer. This paper describes the created software package that allows predicting the yield of agricultural crops, labor costs for obtaining products, production volumes, financial indicators for the medium and long term. For prognostic purposes, the functions of growth with saturation were used: asymptotic and logistic. The software package has been tested on data from municipal districts and agricultural enterprises of the region. With its help, significant models are determined that make it possible to make forecasts with different lead times, as well as to evaluate prognostic values, taking into account different conditions of agricultural enterprises.
