In previous works, a multi-objective traffic engineering scheme (MHDB-S model) using different distribution trees to multicast several flows were proposed. Because the flow assignment cannot be mapped directly into MPLS architecture, in this paper, we propose a liner system equation to create multiple point-2-multipoint LSPs based on the optimum sub-flow values obtained with our MHDB-S model.

Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, energy conservation has become the theme of the development of the world. China government set the emissions-reduction targets in various industries on the 12th Five-Year Plan. And the airlines were committed to reduce their carbon emissions. From an operational perspective, the airline model assignment problem is a key factor of the total carbon emissions on the entire route network. But the traditional aircraft assignment models approach did not account for this purpose to reduce carbon emissions. By constructing the multi-objective optimization models consider carbon emissions assignment model using a genetic algorithm, numerical example shows that the model is able to meet all aspects demand which include meeting route network capacity demand, minimizing operating costs and reducing total aircraft fleet carbon emissions.

Classic linear assignment method is a multi-criteria decision-making approach in which criteria are weighted and each rank is assigned to a choice. In this study, to abandon the requirement of calculating the weight of criteria and use decision attributes prioritizing and also to be able to assign a rank to more than one choice, a multi-objective linear programming (MOLP) method is suggested. The objective function of MOLP is defined for each attribute and MOLP is solved based on absolute priority and comprehensive criteria methods. For solving the linear programming problems we apply a recurrent neural network (RNN). Indeed, the Lyapunov stability of the model is proved. Results of comparing the proposed method with TOPSIS, VICOR, and MOORA methods which are the most common multi-criteria decision schemes show that the proposed approach is more compatible with these methods.

To set up a resort’s equilibrium tourist flow assignment model, the tour line features of the tourists are considered. This model firstly initiates a tourist equilibrium distribution model for the resort and then gets an optimal approximate solution when a tourist group reaches a certain scale. Next, the resort’s tourist equilibrium shunting model is built and an optimal approximate solution is provided from the present resort tourist distribution. By analyzing the results, it is found that this model is able to realize the resort’s dynamic shunting steadily, to effectively lower the resort’s congestion and to reduce the ecological environment pressure.
