The research instruments were the Conservative Questionnaire based on the Gribel and Leighton (1999) and McCrae and Costa (1985) five-factor personality questionnaire. The questionnaire’s validity was confirmed by 20 experts, and the reliability of all three questionnaires was acceptable for all three questionnaires due to Cronbach's alpha above 0.79. The data analysis was conducted using the Pearson correlation test and regression analysis. The results indicated a significant relationship between the investors’ personality and their conservatism in the Tehran Stock Exchange. There was also a significant relationship between all personality components except for extraversion with the investor’s conservatism in the Tehran Stock Exchange.

The reliability of the questionnaires in this research was respectively calculated as 0.851, 0.724, and 0.757. For data analysis, the Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression and, path analysis tests were used. The results indicated a positive and significant relationship between organizational climate and deviant behaviors, a negative and significant relationship between job alienation and deviant behaviors, and also explaining about 45% of deviant behaviors by organizational climate variables. It can be said that managers' attention to increase positive organizational climate and to decrease employees' job alienation can lead to further reduction of employees' deviant behaviors.

This article examines one of the key competencies of the 21st century known as cultural intelligence (CQ). This study investigates the relationship between CQ, organizational culture, and the effectiveness of staff in the industry, mine, and trade organizations of Semnan province in Iran. Using correlational analysis, the statistical population includes a total of 103 people from 141 employees based on personnel department documents. Three questionnaires were used to measure the variables and descriptive and deductive statistics were applied to evaluate and analyze the data. The Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used in deductive statistics to obtain the results. The findings show there is a significant relationship between CQ, organizational culture, and effectiveness. Among four cultural intelligence factors, only the knowledge of CQ can predict the effectiveness. The calculated correlation coefficient indicates that the creativity factors and communication pattern have the highest correlation coefficients.

For data analysis, descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation test, Regression, cluster analysis and t-test were used.

RESULTS: The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between sleep quality and academic burnout at the level p<0.05 (r=0.38). There was a negative and significant relationship between social intimacy and academic burnout at the level p<0.05 (r= -0.40). Also, the regression results showed that sleep quality and social intimacy were able to predict 37% and 39% of academic burnout respectively. Moreover, the students were divided into two clusters of individuals with high social intimacy and individuals with low social intimacy. Data collection instruments included two questionnaires of spiritual health and job satisfaction (JDI) and demographic information. The sample size was 321 according to the completed questionnaires. Descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation test and SPSS 16 software were used for data analysis. The significance level of the test is considered to be 5درصد. Results: Among the dimensions of job satisfaction, the highest mean was related to job satisfaction (53.50) and the lowest was related to salary satisfaction (19.72). The study found that there was a relationship between job satisfaction and spiritual health (p = 0.049, r = 0.102). Also, between spiritual attitude to creator with job satisfaction (p = 0.032, r = 0/120) and also between spiritual attitude to self with job satisfaction (p = 0.022, r = 0/128), between spiritual health with satisfaction of the supervisor (p = 0.020, r = 0.139) and there was a relationship between spiritual attitudes toward the Creator with the satisfaction of supervisors and colleagues (p = 0.035, r = 0.118 and p = 0.042, r = 0.114, respectively). Discussion and suggestions: Job satisfaction is associated with higher spiritual health as well as higher spiritual health related to job satisfaction. Paying attention to the spiritual health of staff can be helped by promoting spiritual attitudes, and this requires using up-to-date scientific spirituality training. The present study was aimed to determine the relationship between parents' defense mechanisms and personal supportive factors with coming-to-terms in students. The study used a correlational method; and the statistical population consisted of all students of BA and upper levels, who referred to Tehran's national library during the first half of 2013, from whom 90 individuals were selected as the sample of the study, using random sampling method. They completed Andrews' et al (1993) defense styles questionnaire, Zimet's et al Multi-Dimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), and Britani Hermandz's Coming-to-Terms behaviors (2008). Frequency, mean, deviation, standard, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multivariate regression analysis were used in order to analyze data. Results showed that there is a relationship between parents' developed defense mechanisms, underdeveloped defense mechanisms, and neurotic defense mechanisms, and personal supportive factors with students' coming-to-terms behaviors. From predictor variables, personal supportive play a have a greater share in the expression of students' coming-to-terms behaviors. Finally, it can be concluded that considering the role of defense mechanisms in mental health, and considering the fact that different defense mechanisms affect individuals' stressful emotions in various ways, clinical experts and consultants can help patients to develop defense mechanisms and review personal and social supportive factors, following which we can expect them to better face this negative emotion and come to terms with it.
