Sistem kerja pendingin di PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk Tarjun Plant-12 menggunakan cooling tower marley fan 3 tipe mechanical draft, counterflow flow 10.221 m3/h yang berfungsi untuk mendinginkan air keluaran dari kondensor melalui nozzle untuk menyemprotkannya dengan menyemprotkan sebagian air ke udara dan mengeluarkannya ke atmosfer, sehingga air jatuh ke bak air melalui eliminator melayang. Suhu lingkungan mempengaruhi kinerja menara pendingin. Semakin dingin lingkungan semakin baik kinerja menara pendingin. Pengaruh suhu lingkungan dan kinerja pada menara pendingin menjadi pembahasan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil perhitungan dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suhu lingkungan mempengaruhi kinerja menara pendingin dimana pada pagi sampai sore hari pada suhu atau cuaca tertentu kinerja menara pendingin mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan yang signifikan. Sedangkan efisiensi rata-rata range dan approach dari tahun 2016 hingga 2019 mengalami penurunan efisiensi sebesar 8,44%, penurunan range sebesar 1,24°C dan penurunan approach sebesar 0,82°C. Cooling work system at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk Tarjun Plant-12 uses a cooling tower marley fan 3 type mechanical draft, counterflow flow 10.221 m3 / h which functions to cool the output water from the condenser through a nozzle to spray it by spraying some water into the air and discharging it into the atmosphere, so water falls into the water basin through a drift eliminator. Environmental temperature affects the cooling tower performance. The cooler the environment the better the cooling tower performance. The effect of environmental temperature and performance on cooling tower is the discussion in this study. The results of calculations in the study show that the environmental temperature affects the cooling tower performance where in the morning until late afternoon at certain temperatures or weather the cooling tower performance experiences a significant increase and decrease. While the average efficiency, the range and approach from 2016 to 2019 has decreased efficiency by 8.44%, decreasing the range by 1.24 ° C and decreasing the approach by 0.82 ° C.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perpindahan panas dan kinerja menara pendingin Pembangkit Listrik Pulang Pisau I (2 x 60 MW) dengan membandingkan data hasil yang diperoleh selama komisioning dan 2018. Pembangkit Listrik Pulang Pisau I (2 x 60 MW) merupakan pembangkit listrik. menggunakan sistem pendingin tertutup dengan menara pendingin. Menara pendingin pada suatu pembangkit listrik memiliki peran yang sangat penting, sebagai media pendingin utama untuk menjaga kestabilan suhu kondensor. Cooling tower merupakan salah satu peralatan perpindahan panas pada suatu pembangkit listrik. Di Pembangkit Listrik Pulang Pisau I (2 x 60 MW), kinerja menara pendingin perlu dikaji dan dianalisis bagaimana perpindahan panas dan efisiensinya untuk mendapatkan masukan guna meningkatkan / mempertahankan kinerja menara pendingin. Laju perpindahan panas tertinggi dari Pulang Pisau - PLTU Daya I 2 x 60 MW menara pendingin terjadi pada tanggal 2 Desember 2018 pukul 06.00 WIB, beban 51,0 MW yaitu 6.883 kW dan terendah terjadi pada tanggal 24 November 2018 pukul 15.00 WIB. , 14,6 MW yang merupakan 2,752 kW. Nilai efisiensi rata-rata 71%. The study aims to determine the heat transfer and performance of cooling tower Pulang Pisau I Power Plant (2 x 60 MW) by comparing the result data obtained during commissioning and 2018. Pulang Pisau I Power Plant (2 x 60 MW) is a power plant using a closed cooling system with the cooling tower. Cooling tower in a power plant have a very important role, as the main cooling media to keep the condenser temperature stable. Cooling tower is one of the heat transfer equipment in a power plant. In Pulang Pisau I Power Plant (2 x 60 MW), cooling tower performance needs to be examined and analyzed how heat transfer and efficiency are to get some input to improve / maintain the performance of the cooling tower. The highest rate of heat transfer from Pulang Pisau - Daya PLTU I 2 x 60 MW cooling tower occurred on December 2nd, 2018 at 06.00 WIB, a load of 51.0 MW which was 6.883 kW and the lowest occurred on November 24th, 2018 at 15.00 WIB, 14.6 MW which was 2.752 kW. Average efficiency value of 71%.

Necessity of improving employees’ performance in ministry of education in Iran was the reason of conducting this research. Authors are focused on the impact of High Performance Work System (HPWS) and the culture of organization on employees’ performance in Iran ministry of education. By conducting specified study based on distributed survey questionnaire to 162 members of ministry of education in Iran, this study aims to provide answer to the given research questions of study. The outcome of hypotheses testing illustrate HPWS significantly effects ministry members’ performance and shows strong relation between variables. Likewise, organizational culture demonstrates significant affirmative impact on Iran ministry of education members and employees’ performance. Findings of current research indicate that the ministry of education in Iran requires immediate action toward improving performance of members to obtain desired outcome. Accordingly, to the result of present study, current research attempts to provide practical concepts and illustrate limitations, suggestions for improvement of ministry and future study in this field.

The development of the business world now requires all forms of business including cooperatives to do various ways to increase productivity and performance. One of the efforts in increasing productivity and performance is by building a high-performance work system. The purpose of this research is to find out the high performance work system in cooperatives. The number of respondents was 132 respondents with factor analysis analysis techniques. From the results of the analysis conducted found three factors as determinants of high performance work systems, namely the method of task delegation, internal planning and motivation.
