<p>This research aims to redesign improved employees’ performance of corporate textile in terms of compensation, competence, quality of work-life and organizational citizenship behavior. The method used in this research is a survey conducted on the employees of a textile factory. Employees who serve the population of this study is diversified from the level of staff to the Director. The sample is 245 respondents. Data analysis and hypothesis test in this study using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results showed that each variable compensation, competence, quality of work-life and organization citizenship behavior has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Variable organization citizenship behavior can be variable which can improve the effect of compensation, competence and quality of work-life toward employees’ performance.</p>

<p>This study aims to examine the effect of Quality of Work Life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT. Petro China International Jabung Ltd with a sample of 120 respondents. The data collection method uses questionnaire method which is measured using Likert scale and the hypotheses was tested by  using the PLS (Partial Least Square) program. The results showed that the quality of work life has positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the quality of work life is proven to have positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and organizational commitment partially mediates the relationship between the quality of work life and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The implication of this research is that the increasing quality of work life will increase organizational commitment so that it can improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The company must continuously improve the quality of work life program to increase the employee performance with objective and systematic procedures.</p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p>

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) perawat RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) perawat RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap Kinerja perawat RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap Kinerja perawat RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) terhadap Kinerja perawat RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dalam penelitian ini, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Alasan pemilihan menggunakan metode PLS ini adalah disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian ini yaitu selain untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen/ eksogen terhadap variable dependen/ eksogen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour terhadap Kinerja Perawat UPTD RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok X1 -> Z  T Statistik 4,924 < 1.67065 selain itu memiliki nilai 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dengan demikian Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour UPTD RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok. Budaya Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour UPTD RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok X2 -> Z  T Statistik 2,480 < 1.67065 selain itu memiliki nilai 0,013 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dengan demikian Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour UPTD RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok. Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kinerja Perawat UPTD RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok X1 -> Y  T Statistik 4,632 < 1.67065 selain itu memiliki nilai 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dengan demikian Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Kinerja Perawat UPTD RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok. Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Perawat UPTD RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok X2 -> Y  T Statistik 3,038 < 1.67065 selain itu memiliki nilai 0,003 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dengan demikian Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Kinerja Perawat UPTD RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok. Organizational Citizenship Behaviour terhadap Kinerja Perawat UPTD RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok Z -> Y  T Statistik 6,305 < 1.67065 selain itu memiliki nilai 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dengan demikian Organizational Citizenship Behaviour berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Kinerja Perawat UPTD RSUD Jaraga Sasameh Buntok   Kata Kunci : Quality Of Work Life, Mutasi, Promosi Jabatan, Kinerja Pegawai

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence spiritual leadership and reward toward employee performance with quality of work life and job satisfaction as mediating variable. The object of research in this study is Pasuruan Regency Transportation Office. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square method with the software of SmartPLS. Data is collected by distibuting questionnaire to all of 86 staff as the respondents. The results show Spiritual leadership does not affect the employee performance; reward has no effect on employee performance; Spiritual leadership does not affect employee performance mediated by the quality of work life; Reward cannot influence employee performance through the quality of work life as a mediating variable; Spiritual leadership does not have an effect on employee performance which is mediated by quality of work life; the indirect effect between reward on employee performance through mediating job satisfaction is significant; The quality of work life has insignificant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results give significant implications on practice and literature on the influence of spiritual leadership and reward on performance. This research provides information that can be used as a guideline for the Pasuruan Communication Office to increase employee satisfaction and performance

The purpose of this research is to find the influence of commitment organization andquality of work life (qwl) of organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) and performanceemployees in city population civil Bangkalan Madura. The use of population and civil recorddistrict Bangkalan Madura as the study was based because of population and civil recordbangkalan the district madura as the public service known has employees who works lessmaximum.This research included in the kind of research quantitative the testing of hypotheses andquestionnaires as a technique of data collection. But as for an instrument it is anticipated thatanalysis in this research that is using structural equation model (sem). A population that inyou wherever you may be been disclosed in the research it is a whole employees of the citypopulation and civil registration kabupaten Bangkalan Madura a number of 109 civil servantsthat they employ .The results of the study based on the validity and reabilitas shows that data is valid andreliable. Based on the results of the hypothesis shows that; 1) a variable commitmentorganization significant on variables organizational citizenship behavior (ocb), 2) a variablecommitment organization significant on variables performance employees, 3) a variablequality of work life (qwl) significant on variables organizational citizenship behavior (ocb),4) a variable quality of work life (qwl) significant on variables performance employees, and5) a variable organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) significant on variables performanceemployees in city population civil district Bangkalan Madura .Keywords : Commitment organization, quality of work life (qwl), organizationalcitizenship behavior (OCB), and performance.

<p>ABSTRACT</p><p>This research has a purpose to find out: the effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Job Satisfaction in LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta; the effect of Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction in LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta; the effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta; the effect of Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta; the effect Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta. Data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) by using Amos software. The research conducted at a flour producer attempts to find out the Influence of Job Design on the Quality of Work Life and Job satisfaction. Primary data was taken through questionnaires method of ninety respondents of the company. The sampling technique is Non-Probability Sampling with purposive random sampling method. While the processing of data using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The data processing and the analysis reveal that the result of the three hypotheses can be accepted. The design work gives a positive influence on the quality of work life, while the job design also shows a positive influence on the job satisfaction. The quality of working life also performs a positive effect on employee job satisfaction.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana peran mediasi knowledge sharing pada pengaruh quality of work life dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Swastika Bungalows Sanur. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 60 karyawan dengan metode sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa quality of work life berpengaruh positif terhadap knowledge sharing, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap knowledge sharing, quality of work life berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dan knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, selain itu hasil penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa knowledge sharing memediasi pengaruh quality of work life terhadap kinerja karyawan dan memediasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Swastika Bungalows Sanur. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini adalah diharapkan temuan studi dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi manajemen Swastika Bungalows Sanur dalam hal meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan memperhatikan dukungan dengan memperhatikan suasana kerja yang nyaman, pemberian kompensasi yang adil, dan selalu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan peran knowledge sharing sebagai pemediasi untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis pengaruh Quality of Work Life (QWL) terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Bank BRI Syariah Cabang Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model kausalitas atau hubungan pengaruh. Untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan, digunakan teknik analisis SEM (Stuctural Equation Model) dengan analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dan sebagai pembanding menggunakan pendekatan Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) sebagai program analisis dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan : 1) Quality of Work Life berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dimana karyawan yang memiliki Quality of Work Life tinggi akan semakin dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya. 2) Quality of Work Life juga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dimana karyawan yang memiliki Quality of Work Life tinggi akan semakin dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya, dan 3) Quality of Work Life berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dengan mediasi kepuasan kerja karyawan dimana karyawan yang memiliki Quality of Work Life tinggi dengan mediasi kepuasan kerja yang tinggi juga akan meningkatkan kinerjanya. Kata Kunci : Quality of Work Life, Kinerja Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja, Bank Syariah.
