This study aims to analyze the effect of talent management and servant leadership on HR performance through organizational commitment. The population in this study were all employees of PSDA-ESDM Semarang. The sampling technique using purposive random sampling is a sampling technique that uses certain criteria or considerations. Samples taken were 84 respondents, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that talent management had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Talent management has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Organizational commitment is not able to mediate the influence of talent management and servant leadership on HR performance.

The purpose of this research is to study the factors that influence trust and purchase intention on Islamic Bank Products in Medan City and produce models for measuring trust and purchase intention on Islamic Bank products in Medan City. In this study the population is unknown, therefore a representative sample with non-probability sampling technique is needed and the method used is purposive sampling. In this study, the number of indicators is 21, so by using ten times the indicator calculation, the required sample size is 170 people. Data collection was carried out using observations, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis in this study was carried out by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on Bank Reputation on Trust, There was a positive and significant influence of Religiosity on Trust, there was a positive and significant influence on Bank Reputation on Purchase Intention, there was a positive and significant influence on Religiosity on Purchase Intention, there was a positive and significant influence. trust in Purchase intention. Trust can positively mediate the effect of Bank Reputation on Purchase Intention and Trust can positively mediate the influence of Religiosity on Purchase Intention.

This study aims to examine the Determinant Factor Model of Work Stress and Nurse Performance at a Private Hospital in Medan City. The location of this research was carried out at several Type B private hospitals in Medan City such as Bina Kasih Hospital, Columbia Medan Hospital, Herna Hospital, Indonesian Workers Imelda Hospital, Martha Friska Hospital, Mitra Sejati Hospital, Murni Teguh Hospital, Permata Bunda Hospital, Royal Prima Hospital, Siloam Dirga Surya Hospital, and St. Elisabeth. The population referred to in this study is the female nurse paramedic staff at the Type B Private Hospital in Medan. Respondents who will be taken are 160 respondents. Data collection in this study was carried out by interview, questionnaire and documentation study. The data analysis method used was PLS-SEM. The results showed that there was a significant effect of social support on work stress. There is a significant effect of Multiple Role Conflict on Job Stress. There is a significant effect of Job Stress on Nurse Performance. There is a significant effect of Social Support on Nurse Performance. There is a significant effect of Multiple Role Conflict on Nurse Performance. There is a significant effect of Multiple Role Conflict on Nurse Performance through Job Stress. There is a significant effect of Social Support on Nurse Performance through Work Stress.

Organizational citizenshipxbehavior has been recognized as an important variable for every organization both in academicians and practitioners. Thexpurpose of this study is to investigate thexrole of organizatinal citizenship behavior as mediator onxthe relationshipxbetween perceivedxorganizational support, job characteritics and knowledge sharing. The number of respondents that could be used in this study was 37 employees of the CivilxServants inxthe Public Works andxPublic Housing Agencyxof the West Sumatra Region of Padang City. The resultsxof analysis showedxthat the perceived organizationalxsupport and jobxcharacteristics did not affect significantly knowledge sharing. Perceived organizationalxsupport wasxfound to have positive effect onxorganizational citizenship behavior and jobxcharacteristics did not influencexorganizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore,xorganizational citizenship behaviorxwas found to havexpositive effect on knowledgexsharing. In addition, organizationalxcitizenship behavior wasxproven to mediate thexrelationship between perceived organizationalxsupport and knowledge sharing.xHowever, it did notxmediate the relationship between jobxcharacteristics and knowledge sharing.

PT. Panca Mitra Multi Perdana is a company engaged in the export-import field. The production division is a division with a large workload and generally has the highest employee turnover compared to other divisions. Employee turnover can be suppressed by increasing perceived organizational support. This is because perceived good organizational support is directly proportional to organizational commitment and employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment and employee performance on production division employees at PT. Panca Mitra Multi Perdana, located in Situbondo. This research uses causal quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 100 employees of the production division at PT. Panca Mitra Multi Perdana, located in Situbondo. Samples were selected using the purposive sampling method. Research data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with an R-Square value of 0.9123 (91.23%). Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an R-Square value of 0.8997 (89.97%).

Nowadays, almost everyone uses smartphones in their daily activities. This is an opportunity for the smartphone industry to produce good products and create consumer attractiveness so that consumers want to buy them. This study aims to determine the role of brand image, product quality, and celebrity endorser in purchase decisions. Data collection was gathered online via google form using a structured questionnaire. A total of 200 samples were recruited using a purposive sampling method. The sample used as respondents are consumers who have purchased a Vivo brand smartphone during last year. This study uses the SmartPLS statistical tool to process data. The results showed that brand image and product quality had a significant positive effect on purchase decisions. Meanwhile, celebrity endorser has no effect on the purchase decision.

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of capital structure, corporate growth, and profitability partially and simultaneously on the value of the company on coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study is a coal mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 21 companies with observation years 2013 to 2017. The sample is selected using the purposive sampling method. The data is processed using the data panel's regression statistics test method. The results of this study prove that the capital structure and profitability have a partial effect on the value of the company in coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the company's growth has no effect on the value of the company in coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneously, the company's capital structure, growth and profitability have a simultaneous effect on the value of the company in coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This research aims in general to produce a determinant model of corporate value with institutional ownership as a moderating variable in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study is all public banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which number 43 companies The type of data used in this study is using primary data. The results showed that variable returns on assets had a positive but insignificant effect on the company's value variables. Non-performing loan variables negatively and significantly affect the company's value variables. Variable capital adequacy ratio has a positive and significant effect on the variable value of the company. Variable loan to deposit ratio negatively and insignificant to the variable value of the company. Variable operating costs to operating income have a positive but insignificant effect on the company's value variables. Institutional ownership variables are unable to moderate the effect of variable return on assets, non performing loans, capital adequacy ratios, loan to deposit ratios and operating costs on operating income against the company's value.

This study aims to produce a Brand Loyalty Improvement Model Based on Brand Satisfaction and Self Congruity of Iphone Users in Medan City. The population in this study were iPhone users in Medan City. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling, while the sample was set at 125 people. Data collection techniques used were interviews (Interview) and a list of questions (Questionaire). The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model method. The results showed that Actual Self affects Brand Satisfaction, Actual Self affects Brand Loyalty, Ideal Self affects Brand Satisfaction, Ideal Self affects Brand Loyalty, Brand Satisfaction affects Brand Loyalty. Brand Satisfaction can positively mediate the influence of Actual Self on Brand Loyalty and Brand Satisfaction can positively mediate the influence of Ideal Self on Brand Loyalty.

This study aims to measure the effect of transformational and transactional leadership on employee performance in the HVAC industry in Tangerang mediated by readiness for change. The data was collected by using simple random sampling technique and the results of the questionnaire that returned and were valid as many as 224 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance and readiness to change. In contrast to transactional leadership which does not have a significant effect on both performance and readiness to change. This study also concludes that readiness to change has a positive and significant effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. This new research proposes a model for building employee performance among employees of the HVAC industry in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership practices with readiness to change as a mediator. This research can pave the way to improve employee readiness in the face of the industrial revolution 4.0 era.
