In this paper work deals about the application of Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) for optimization of fractional order PID (FOPID) controlling device to the frequency disturbance, of system load in the one (or) single area non re-heated electrical system and also comparison to the non re-heated BBBC optimization outputs. In this BBBC optimization we have the two bounding cases (low & upper), they are before and after the perturbation cases. And also we observed that the BBBC output responses. After finding the BBBC outputs we observed that the settling time value of load frequency of BBBC is more when compared with the GWO. This problem is resolved by designing of FOPID via GWO algorithm. The Grey Wolf Optimization is well known meta-heuristic algorithm and has been previously used for optimization of various conventional PID and FOPID controllers. In this paper the GWO is used for optimization of FOPID controller to the load frequency variation in the electrical system for non reheated turbine electrical system .the execution outputs of the proposed controlled method also validated to the other existing techniques

The paper considers approaches to the creation of intelligent energy systems based on WAMS monitoring systems, using information technology in metrology, in the means of receiving, processing and transmitting information and determining parameters in control tasks. The paper analyzes the existing cyberattacks on the SCADA and WAMS system and considers possible ways to solve control problems in terms of information security violations of intelligent energy systems. DoS-attacks are considered in more detail, which lead to the failure of devices that measure currents, voltages and capacities, as well as to the disruption of information processing equipment. The paper proposes an algorithm for estimating the state of cyber defense of the intelligent energy system based on mathematical modeling of the internal states of the system, which allows to obtain the required accuracy of calculations in terms of incomplete information, which is the inability to access measurement data.

The operation control strategies of free-piston engine are investigated in this paper. To start the engine, it needs to adjust the compression pressure and the reset valves should cooperate with the frequency control valve to avoid squirm of the piston for hydraulic leakages. The reset valves should be closed before frequency control valve is opened. A piston position feedback modulation control method which can make sure the piston accelerated continuously is presented. It has fixed frequency control valves open signal moment but no fixed frequency control valves closed signal moment, and the closed signal was activated by piston position feedback.

The article is devoted to the consideration of “digitalization” concept as a tool for solving control problems. The problems of digital twins formation are discussed and two directions for digital models creation are presented. The necessity of using a natural-model approach, methods of natural-mathematical modeling, similarity theory for building digital models is noted.
