Aim at the complexity of production process control for discrete manufacturing enterprise, the integration of production process control was studied to solve the practical problems in the enterprise. The production process for discrete manufacturing enterprise was analyzed, the push and pull models of production process control were compared, the control model was built based on integration of MRPII/JIT/TOC, the bottlenecks was identified using simulation. The production process integrated control of a workshop in an aviation manufacturing enterprise was simulated, and the effectiveness of the integration control model was validated.

Due to introduction of new vehicle models, an automobile manufacturing enterprise usually needs to make corresponding adjustments of the facility layout of the door welding workshop. On the basis of analyzing the production process and logistics characteristics of the welding line, the facility layout of the workshop is improved and the production logistics cost is reduced by using the SLP (Systematic Layout Planning) and internal logistics analysis method. Finally, a real production example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.


Under modern conditions of economic development, every manufacturing enterprise should establish fail-safety production, the teamwork of workshops, implementation of plans and forecasts to achieve the maximal effect and earn the maximal profit.A violation of the normal view of a production process can be possible in any, even well-organized enterprise. This results in the need for overcoming these deviations and continuously bringing the production into a state corresponding to the planned schedule.The possibility of the quick and effective overcoming of deviations from the normal production progress mainly depends on the promptitude of the information on the production state as well as on the production centralization and management.

Information System Planning (ISP) plays an important role in IT strategy. ISP not only faces complicated and dynamic business environment but also lacks of integrated optimization of enterprise strategy, business strategy and IT strategy. This paper proposes an information system planning model, which considers enterprise forming strategic advantages as the core,and emphasizes that strategy layer should adapt to competitive environment dynamically in strategic whole life cycle, and emphasizes that collaborative interaction inside strategy layer should be achieved among enterprise strategy, business strategy and IT strategy. On this basis, make use of this model to plan agile information system of an automobile manufacturing enterprise and achieve important application effects
