The research was carried out in Dapil II (Central Ilir, Tebo Ilir and Tabir). This location was chosen purposively, that is, on purpose. Considering that H. Syamsuri AL is a member of the legislature in the Dapil II region where in the 2014 Election H. Sayamsuri AL failed to occupy a legislative seat because he lost votes to other candidates and in the 2019 Election in the same Dapil region H. Syamsuri AL won votes from other candidates so that he became one of the elected candidates and occupied the legislative seat of Tebo Regency. This research was conducted from June 2021 to August 2021. To obtain the data needed in this study used various techniques, namely Interview, Observation and Documentation. The types of data that will be used in the study are primary data and secondary data. Data that has been collected, processed and used qualitative research and domain analysis to obtain a general and comprehensive picture of the object by explaining analysis techniques during the field, and carried out interactively through the process of data reduction, data display and verification. The results showed that the political strategy of H. Syamsuri AL in the 2014 election was an enterprise strategy without a personal door to door approach and H. Syamsuri AL's political strategy in the 2019 election was also to use an enterprise strategy with a personal door to door approach and also carry out religious activities and social activities. . The factors that caused the defeat of H. Syamsuri Al in the 2014 Election were the presence of political opponents who were incumbent for 2 periods from the same supporting party, the formulation of uncertain targets, communication with the success team and unclear strategy control, the absence of target groups, key instruments and witnesses at the polling stations. The factor that caused H. Syamsuri Al's victory in the 2019 Election was that H. Syamsuri Al used a large number of successful teams, a personal door to door approach, carried out religious activities and social activities, as chairman of the PAN party and target groups, implemented clear concepts.

With a focus on South Africa, the chapter presents an examination of servant leadership as a trigger for mission-centric social entrepreneurship in emerging markets. The chapter provides a behavioural tool and handbook towards focusing on mission-centric social entrepreneurship avoiding socially and long-term unsustainable excessive commercialization. Several recurring variables and associations from the literature on servant leadership are explored and discussed in relation to South African social enterprises to validate the argument presented. Using a random sample of 348 local social enterprises, it is seen that gender, “title,” and “options” present an association with servant leadership traits. In addition, it is shown that servant leadership traits presented are associated to the choice of type of social enterprise strategy. The chapter finally presents recommendations for managers and potential social entrepreneurs in emerging markets to achieve sustainability and avoid a mission drift. In addition, further academic research avenues are presented.

The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations and existing approaches to the process of developing an enterprise development strategy. It is established that the procedure of development and implementation of development strategy is a debatable issue among scientists, who determine different methodological approaches to the main stages of strategy development and implementation, components of this process, the relationship and interdependence between them. Based on the research, we propose to identify three stages of the strategy development process, combining 8 phases. The first stage - preparatory or analytical, includes a step-by-step comprehensive strategic analysis of the external and internal environment. The second stage defines the process of strategy development, which includes 4 phases: formulation of the mission; substantiation of strategic goals and determination of strategic gap; development of alternative strategies taking into account the limitations and possible risks, identification of promising and priority areas of development; choice of development strategy. The third stage - the realization of the strategy combines the stages of implementation of the strategy, its evaluation, and adjustment in accordance with unforeseen changes in the external environment. The defined stages of strategy development characterize the current state of the object, the forecasted goals of its development, and actions to achieve them. An important stage in developing a strategy is analytical. It determines the internal state of the system and its necessary changes, in accordance with the projected changes in the external environment, to achieve certain strategic goals. In general, the strategic development of the enterprise is a continuous process of formation and implementation of management decisions aimed at ensuring the strategic dynamism and effective operation in conditions of increased complexity and unpredictability of the business environment.

Youth unemployment and underemployment are grave social issues prevalent in developing countries. Ensuring that youth attain productive ends or sustainable livelihood outcomes is a major concern of many governments, organisations and institutions globally. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of enterprise strategy typologies on youth livelihood outcomes in Kamukunji Sub-County, Nairobi County, Kenya. Anchored on Department for International Development livelihoods framework and the General Systems Theory, the study applied a cross-sectional survey research design to gather data from 201 youth from registered youth groups. Analysis was conducted using descriptive frequencies and inferential statistics, namely Chi-square, Z statistic and Ordered Logistic Regression. Findings from inferential statistics established that regardless of the livelihood strategy typology youth adopted (business, wage employment, homemaking, arts & talents and agriculture-based), the livelihood outcomes did not differ significantly. As a group, livelihood strategy typology did not jointly determine youth livelihood outcomes. However, specific enterprise strategies whose parameters attained statistical significance were: wage employment (β = 0.74, p < 0.05) and arts/talent (β = 0.26, p < 0.05) which were important in predicting the level of YLO level. The study recommends that State and Non-State actors should implement elaborate and expansive business incubation and mentorship programs for youth. To improve livelihood outcomes for all youth, development agencies should ensure that youth-focused interventions target all typologies of enterprise strategies undertaken by the youth.

The choice of strategy ensures the formation of a certain option that provides a detailed analysis of situations that may arise in the future. As in the game, where each of the participants plans their actions, predicting the actions of other players and the general conditions of situations that may arise as a result of these actions. You should pay attention to the probability of committing players and the probability of a certain situation. It is clear that this is a prediction of a situation that has not yet occurred, but occurred in accordance with the probability of the strategy in the implementation of the actions of each of the participants associated with the risk. The application of the principles, methods and tools of game theory will make it possible to form a complete plan of action in all situations that are expected to occur. The developed action plan of the participants (players, subjects) in accordance with the whole set of situations and possible developments in them, forms a strategy. Game theory is based on the application by each participant of a single strategy, which is a certain algorithm of actions, not a list of them. Such an algorithm, due to its branches, should reflect the possibility of occurrence and development of events and situations. The article proposes methods of selecting and evaluating enterprise strategies through the application of game theory, which will take into account the strategies of competitors (other participants in the conflict situation) or the state of "nature", which embodies the environment of enterprises. The article considers the advantages and disadvantages of using game theory methods to evaluate enterprise strategies, classifies and compares the types of these methods to clarify the peculiarities of their application in certain situations, the peculiarities of the application of strategy selection criteria in this scope.

In the article the authors’ interpretation of the "economic engineering" construct in the context of the theory and practice of enterprise strategic management effective system organizing in modern conditions is formulated and substantiated. The idea of using “economic engineering” as a logistics (logistic tool) for constructing an enterprise strategy by generating and presenting possible alternatives for key business aspects of its functioning and development and selecting among them the best options based on their risk assessment is proposed. In order to present and realize the logistics capabilities of a multidimensional morphological matrix in the framework of “economic engineering”, it is proposed to use a framework model of justification and choice of optimal solutions based on their risk assessment, which underpins the idea of frame representation and organization of logistic interconnections.

In order to increase the level of efficiency of strategic management of the enterprise as a result of strategy implementation by means of various tactical approaches, the article investigates methods and models for selecting tactical approaches to strategy implementation: enterprise strategy and tactics tree (S&T tree), marginal approach to the choice of tactics, hidden Markov model, method of morphological analysis, etc. Critical analysis of the methods has proved the necessity of combining them in order to increase the effectiveness of the mathematical apparatus, which is designed to reduce the subjectivity, which is inherent in heuristic methods (provided by most of the studied methods). In order to achieve the goals of the article, it is recommended the procedure for choosing tactical approaches to implementing the strategy: definition of the purposes and tasks, information maintenance of process of a choice of the tactical approach; formation of a set of strategic approaches for realization of strategy of the enterprise for what it is possible to use elements of a suffix tree; selection of criteria for acceptability of the tactical approach (Boolean variables that characterize the costs of the enterprise and the implementation of the tactical approach, the level of prices for finished products and services, market capacity in which the company operates, the level of market competition, international economic relations) and their expert evaluation; formation of a table of values of the Boolean function of an acceptable tactical approach to implementing enterprise strategy and evaluating the Boolean vector number; formation of an evaluation scale depending on the set of tactical approaches of the enterprise; selection tactical approach on the recommended scale. The practical implementation of the recommended procedure at TMC «Lvivholod» Ltd. (the company is one of the leaders in the retail trade of Western Ukraine with more than ten years of experience in retail, it ranks 5th place in the all-Ukrainian ranking of networks by number of outlets) has allowed to choose a tactical approach, which involves the transformation of existing products in the enterprise, the formation of their new features and subspecies that can meet the different needs of consumers, the development of quality characteristics of the enterprise's products, excellent product properties..
