The inverted Brayton cycle, which can be simply defined as one in which hot gas is first expanded through a turbine to low pressure, is then cooled at constant pressure, and lastly, is recompressed to the initial pressure, has been shown to give attractive incremental gains in thermal efficiency, and large returns on investment, when added to a conventional shaft-power gas turbine exhausting into a waste-heat boiler. When the inverted Brayton cycle is applied by itself as a method of obtaining shaft power from the hot waste gas stream, there appears to be range of temperature and pressure ratios at which the cycle is competitive with other methods of waste-heat utilization.

in order to realize the accurate prediction of acid dew point, a set of measurement system of acid dew point for the flue gas flue gas in the tail of the boiler was designed and built, And measured at the outlet of an air preheater of a power plant of 1 000 MW, The results show that: Under the same conditions, with the test temperature decreases, Nu of heat transfer tubes, fouling and corrosion of pipe wall and corrosion pieces gradually deepened. Then, the measured acid dew point is compared with the acid dew point obtained by using the existing empirical formula under the same coal type. The dew point of engineering acid is usually about 40 ℃ lower than the dew point of thermodynamic acid because of the coupling effect of fouling on the acid liquid, which can better reflect the actual operation of flue gas in engineering and has certain theoretical guidance for the design and operation of deep waste heat utilization system significance.

In the automobile painting workshop, the oven will discharge harmful exhaust gas, the exhaust gas can be reused through the TNV system, the natural gas can meet the emission standard to the atmosphere after burning, and the high temperature gas discharged TNV the system can carry considerable heat. Utilization can effectively improve the economic benefits of the factory. At present, the more mature scheme is to heat the high temperature exhaust gas through the heat exchanger, which can reduce the steam consumption of the factory. Based on the analysis of the comprehensive energy saving content of waste heat utilization of RTO flue gas, this paper hopes to provide some reference and reference for readers.
