AbstractClassifying scientific articles, patents, and other documents according to the relevant research topics is an important task, which enables a variety of functionalities, such as categorising documents in digital libraries, monitoring and predicting research trends, and recommending papers relevant to one or more topics. In this paper, we present the latest version of the CSO Classifier (v3.0), an unsupervised approach for automatically classifying research papers according to the Computer Science Ontology (CSO), a comprehensive taxonomy of research areas in the field of Computer Science. The CSO Classifier takes as input the textual components of a research paper (usually title, abstract, and keywords) and returns a set of research topics drawn from the ontology. This new version includes a new component for discarding outlier topics and offers improved scalability. We evaluated the CSO Classifier on a gold standard of manually annotated articles, demonstrating a significant improvement over alternative methods. We also present an overview of applications adopting the CSO Classifier and describe how it can be adapted to other fields.

Software Defined Network (SDN) decouples the responsibilities of route management and datatransmission of network devices present in network infrastructure. It integrates the control responsibility at thecentralized software component which is known as controller. This centralized aggregation of responsibilities mayresult the single point of failure in the case malicious attack at the controller side. These attacks may also affect thetraffic flow and network devices. The security issues due to such malicious attacks in SDN are dominating challengesin the implementation and utilization of opportunities provided by this new paradigm. In this paper we haveinvestigated the several research papers related to proposal of new research trends for security and suggestionswhich fulfil the security requirements like confidentiality, integrity, availability, authenticity, authorization,nonrepudiation, consistency, fast responsiveness and adaptation. We have also investigated the new future researchfor creating the attack free environment for implementing the SDN.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the extant literature on sustainable financial products (SFP) with a comprehensive understanding of the status quo and research trends as well as characterise the existing SFP in the Latin America banking industry. In this way, research papers derived from Scopus as well as institutional reports such as main documents, sustainability reports, and product portfolios publicly available on webpages from public, private, and development banks are used to create a database of SFP where their main characteristics are included and classified. Based on the research trends identified, the results show the development of financial products focused on environmental, social, and government (ESG) matters, mainly from the credit side, of more sustainable financial markets and products under fintech ecosystems. The results show that because of regulatory and government support through mechanisms such as green protocols and social and environmental responsibility policies, private financial institutions of Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina have led the development of both social and green financial products. These study’s findings may be used for several policymakers to broaden the opportunities available in sustainable financing and thus, provide a roadmap that researchers and practicing professionals can use to improve their understanding of SFP. Finally, the study presents the potential for further research in the field, both with a qualitative and a quantitative approach.

Introduction: The outbreak of the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an ongoing global epidemic incident. The present study aims to bibliometrically analyze the global research trends of scientific papers related to COVID-19 with regard to the number of publications, subject categories, and prolific countries. A total of 47,061 publications, published during the last seven months, were collected and analyzed in this study. Methods: The bibliometric data in this study, which was extracted from the LitCovid Hub from January 17 to July 31, 2020. Results: Our results indicate that the number of publications on COVID-19 has increased significantly from January to July 2020, along with the rapid spread of the infection. China has produced the largest number of research papers on COVID-19 (5,751 articles, accounting for 12.2%), followed by the USA (2,005 publications, accounting for 4.3%) and Italy (1,374 publications, accounting for 2.9%). Most recent research papers have focused on prevention, treatment, and diagnosis. Our results reveal that although the most affected countries are the USA, Brazil, India, and many countries in Europe, their contribution to research about COVID-19 has been limited. Conclusion: More research in the field of prevention, diagnosis, and treatment from highly affected countries is recommended. Overall, this study not only provides a global status update on COVID-19 scientific literature but also contributes to future research.
