Se presenta una metodología de enseñanza que utiliza un entorno virtual como apoyo a las actividades presenciales de la asignatura Algoritmos y Estructuras de Datos I de la carrera Licenciatura en Sistemas de Información de la Universidad Nacional del Nordeste en Argentina, cuyo objetivo es contribuir a la organización de las actividades y la comunicación con los alumnos, además de aportar a su formación disciplinar específica.Virtual environment to support computer training at a university in northeastern argentinaAbstractIt presents a teaching methodology that uses a virtual environment to support classroom activities of the subject "Algorithms and Data Structures I" of the career of Information Systems from the Universidad National del Nordeste in Argentina, which aims to contribute to the organization activities and communication with students, besides providing training to its specific discipline.

El propósito de este estudio es analizar la evolución de las Tecnologías de la Información y de qué manera la utilización de los sistemas de información en la agricultura contribuyen al desarrollo integral y sostenible de las operaciones. Las bibliografías utilizadas en esta investigación fueron recabadas desde el buscador Google Académico utilizando a Mendeley como la fuente directa de búsqueda, almacenamiento y posterior análisis e interpretación de la información la cual fue obtenida a través de sus palabras claves: “Tecnologías de la Información”, “Sistemas de información”, “Agricultura Web”, “Tecnologías móviles”, con sus respectivos sinónimos. Para el desarrollo integral y sostenible de la agricultura es inevitable utilizar los sistemas de información, se deberá considerar y establecer como línea de desarrollo estratégico dentro de una actividad agrícola, en la actualidad el mundo se encuentra digitalizado, y el sector agrícola, en consecuencia debe estar inmerso en esta línea. Se pretende revisar en este artículo como los Sistemas de información influyen de modo que las empresas de línea agrícola logren ventajas competitivas, para lograr sostenibilidad en el tiempo.Palabras Clave: Tecnologías de la Información, Sistemas de Información, Tecnologías móviles, Agricultura Web. The purpose of this study is to analyze the evolution of information technology and how the use of information systems in agriculture contribute to integrated and sustainable development of operations. The bibliographies used in this research were collected from the search engine Google Scholar using Mendeley as direct source for searches, storage and subsequent analysis and interpretation of the information which was obtained through the keywords: “information technologies” “information systems”, “agriculture web”, “mobile technologies” and their alternatives. For the comprehensive and sustainable development of agriculture it is imperative to use information systems; this should be considered and set as a line of strategic development within any agricultural activity; we are in a digitized world and agriculture therefore must be immersed in this line. This article aims to review how the information systems influence the ability of agricultural companies to achieve competitive advantage online and sustainability over time. The document provides reliable and accurate information on the subject under review and is one of the few studies of this type in Ecuador.

The article presents the results of the software development for automated graph generation, and corresponding adjacency and incidence tables. The program is tested in the educational process within the laboratory work "Representation of a graph in a computer in the form of an adjacency matrix and a list of edges" in the discipline "Algorithms and data structures" for students of the 1st year studying Information Systems and Technologies.

The article discusses ways of programming algorithms for complex data structures in Python. Knowledge of these structures and the corresponding algorithms is necessary when choosing the best methods for developing various software. When studying the subject "Algorithms and Data Structures", it is important to understand the essence of data structures. This is due to the fact that manipulating a data structure to fit a specific problem requires an understanding of the essence and algorithms of this data structure. Examples of programming algorithms related to dynamic lists and binary search trees in the currently widely used Python language are given. The algorithms for traversing the graph in depth and breadth are optimally and clearly implemented using the Python dictionary.

Computer education and computer training is becoming more important as technology advances. Human resource specialists will be forced to make crucial decisions that will impact the total organization as more organizations use computer technology. Information is important to the organization. Business executives and managers need to be educated and continuously trained on computer information systems. The benefits from computer education and training outweigh its costs. This is evident by the increasing interest in education and training in business organizations. Este artículo sostiene que el concepto de “umbral archivístico” del ius archivi en el que la recepción de documentos por un archivo sirve para autenticar esos documentos, se invierte en la era de los datos gubernamentales abiertos y de las tecnologías cívicas. Estas tecnologías crean una expectativa de transparencia que invierte la función del umbral. Sólo a través de la transmisión de datos desde los archivos al espacio público se puede determinar la autenticidad. En una época de “noticias falsas” y de los llamados “hechos alternativos”, esta dinámica es problemática y plantea interrogantes sobre la participación en los sistemas de información estatales. This paper argues that the ius archivi concept of the “archival threshold”, in which receipt of records by an authoritative archive serves to authenticate those records, is inverted in the era of open government data and civic technologies. These technologies of witnessing create an expectation of transparency that reverses the function of the threshold; it is only through the transmission of data out of archives and into public space that authenticity can be judged. In a time of ‘fake news’ and so called ‘alternative facts’, this dynamic is problematic and raises questions about participation in state information systems.
