Based on the hydrological, geologies and slope features of Jianshan phosphate mine in Yunnan province, the geomechanics model of slope was established. Then the static stability of different elevations in mining section was studied by using methods such as the rigid body limit equilibrium method, finite element method, continuum large deformation Lagrange element method. According to the supervise data of the mining blasting, the dynamic response of the slope in blasting was studied by continuum large deformation Lagrange element method, and some suggestions were proposed for following mining blasting. The research results show that the slope was in the stable status before blasting vibration. Current mining blasting vibration has little effect on the stability of slope, but would reduce the safety factor of the top of the slope. Single blasting would enlarge the instantaneous acceleration of the top of the slope in a ratio of 8.8% and 10.8%.

The recent researches main focus in planning and operational mine management is the automation and technology implementation to support the decisions-making. In this context, practical experiences shows that big mining companies invests substantial quantities of resources on the purchase and implementation of software packs to manage their mine operations. These actions itself, generally doesn ́t ensure the expected results. This paper presents a study related to mining operations management with a successful application example at a phosphate mine located at Araxá, State of Minas Gerais, Brazil. To this, it was applied a so-called Model PDCA 90-10 of planning and operational mine management. This proposal complements the state-of-the-art in technology and TI for the integration between planning and mine operation. In the end, are presented conclusions and discussions related to the implementation viability of this management model in mining chain of processes.

Take Jinning and Kunyang phosphate mine of Yunnan Phosphate Chemical Group Co., LTD (abbreviation YPC) as background. The site and the existing rock fall disasters were Inspected. Then this paper put forward a set of rock-fall disaster prevention technologies suitable for the actual project overview. The research can be used for all the mines of YPC and other mines with similar conditions. It can also provide theoretical guidance and advice for the rock-fall disaster prevention technology.
