In order to resolve the uncertainty problem of influence factors in effect evaluation of bench blasting, the effect evaluation model of bench blasting based on uncertainty measurement theory was built, then this model was used to evaluate the bench blasting effect in Hongshuitai flat engineering. The evaluation results show that: the information entropy and confidence identifying criterion were respectively used to ascertain the evaluation index weight and identifying criterion, by these ways, the evaluation results of this model are more objective; and the evaluation index can be selected flexibly according to actual situation, the calculation of evaluation model is simple, so the evaluation results can offer decision basis for blasting workers to make timely adjustment of the blasting scheme.

The effect evaluation of video surveillance system is important for the effect of expected protection on the system. A comprehensive effect evaluation index system of video surveillance system is established. The Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method is applied on the established index system to obtain a new evaluation index system. It is proved in instances that the effect evaluation method of video surveillance system with the application of the index system is capable of evaluating the video surveillance system effectively and quantitatively. The protective effect of the video surveillance system is evaluated objectively on the basis of the new index system with the PCA.

With the continuous development of society and economy, diversified presentation and publicity of landscape are becoming more and more popular among the public, such as using color pictures to display multimedia publicity videos or APP, WeChat public accounts, and other new media. There are various ways of expression. Against the limitations of color image landscape, this article introduced the PFA algorithm, during the experiment of hand-painted landscape pictures, the effect of color hand-painted images is evaluated by using the coordination degree of natural target detection scene, and the corresponding image evaluation index values are obtained for effective analysis, and the prediction model is established. The simulation results show that the PFA algorithm is effective and can support the evaluation of the hand-painted effect of color landscape photos.

With the rapid development of the Internet, the online advertising market has become larger and larger. Online advertisers often execute their advertising strategies based on the effect of online advertisements, so it is necessary to evaluate the advertising effect because it determines whether advertisers can display effective advertisements continually and remove ineffective advertisements timely. In practical scenarios, the quantity of ineffective online advertisements is always larger than that of effective online advertisements. The imbalanced distribution of them will bring serious bias to the evaluation models. We propose an improved undersampling method based on clustering (termed UBOC) to overcome the data imbalance. It can balance the advertising data into a more suitable data distribution. In addition, we adopt a new evaluation index for the effect evaluation of online advertisements based on C5.0 decision tree. Experimental results indicate the excellent performance of UBOC and the practical application of evaluation index for online advertisements. They can provide an effective evaluation of online advertisements and achieve the early removal of ineffective advertisements for advertisers, which will greatly increase the revenue brought by advertisements.

Abstract Ecological effect evaluation of water diversion is a difficult and long-term process requiring complex monitoring data and scientific evaluation method. Based on remote sensing data and the ecological investigation data of Yellow River delta, this study built a wetland ecology evaluation index system with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) framework, which included 13 evaluation indices of three criteria as suitability, diversity, and functionality. Fuzzy-AHP comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the ecological effect of water diversion at Diaokou River wetland restoration zone. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation index (CEI) of wetland ecology is 0.464 before water diversion, which belongs to the ‘poor’ level, while after five years of water diversion, the CEI increased to 0.737, which belongs to the ‘fine’ level. It represents that ecological water diversion has made prominent positive effects for the ecosystem of Diaokou River wetland restoration zone. The research result could give decision-makers a clear understanding about the ecological effect of wetland water diversion and provide scientific guidance for strategic decisions.
