Determination of sales patterns is very important in marketing. Sales pattern serves to conduct an effective analysis in improving marketing. Sales analysis aims to explore new knowledge that can help design effective strategies by utilizing sales transaction data. This study processes sales data for 12 transaction days containing 47 items using the Fp-Growth algorithm. The results of this study are items with a minimum value of support > 0.10 and confidence 0.60 and will be compared with testing data using RapidMiner to test whether the results are valid so that the test results can help in designing sales strategies.

In recent years, the cyber security scenario has transformed predominantly from conventional response-based security mechanisms to proactive security strategies. And this transformation is still continuing which is shifting it from proactive security strategies to cyber immunity which eliminates the cyber threats by introducing stringent and adaptive security measures. In the process of developing new security algorithms/procedures, accurate modelling and effective simulation play a vital role for the robustness and effectiveness of proposed system. It is also necessary to analyze the behaviour of proposed system against multiple types of known cyber attacks. This paper focuses on the existing network testbeds for an effective analysis and monitoring while proposing a new network testbed for examining new security concepts like cyber immunity. The proposed network testbed is designed to incorporate the methods and procedures of Nature-inspired Cyber Security to accommodate the adaptive responses against the sophisticated and ever-advancing cyber attacks. The proposed testbed provides customizable analytical tool to design, test and examine the new security algorithms through a rich set of attack scenarios. It also allows developers to design, implement, and evaluate their defensive techniques with library support.

The purpose of this paper is to explore and analyze the impact of the Shimla Agreement on the application of the United Nations’ resolution on Jammu and Kashmir with special reference to the International law. The conflict of Jammu and Kashmir has been a longstanding conflict for right to self-determination for people of Jammu and Kashmir. There are almost twenty resolutions of the UNSC and UNCIP on Jammu and Kashmir and the issue is still pending in the United Nations Security Council. However, there has been a debate on the impact of the Shimla agreement on the applicability and validity of the resolutions of the United Nations in post 1972 scenario. This paper will critically analyze and objectively review the various legal dimensions of the Shimla Agreement in juxtaposition with the leading principles of International law as well as decisions of the ICJ on similar matters. Moreover, this paper will also analyze the nature, scope and applicability of the resolutions of the UNSC and UNCIP in the light of the International law. The findings of this research work are based upon the critical review of the existing literature on the Shimla Agreement and its impact on the UN Resolutions.  This study will suggest the effective analysis and will address all the questions pertaining to the nature, scope and legal impact of the Shimla Agreement on the nature and scope of applicability of UN Resolutions on Jammu and Kashmir. This study can be very useful and relevant in future to analyze the nature of the Shimla agreement and the binding nature and applicability of the resolutions of the United Nations on Jammu and Kashmir.

Abstract China's tourism industry developed rapidly in the late 1990s, and its direct result is the continuous and rapid growth of tourism operating income. However, since 2010, China's tourism development has been slow and regional tourism development has been uneven. Even in different years in the same area, the tourism operating income shows great differences. How to select the key factor from many factors, as there is still no recognised method in the theoretical circle. This article combines the theories of econometrics, differential calculus, statistics and other related fields. Through in-depth basic research, the data required for the research is determined, and such data are substituted into the self-constructed econometric differential statistical model. Effective analysis of empirical objects is realised. At the same time, the article uses tourism operating income as an indicator and uses the analysis of variance method to calculate the average coefficient of variation of the same region in different years and different regions in the same year, analyses the trends and characteristics of China's tourism in the temporal and spatial structure, and proposes corresponding results on this basis.

With the continuous development of society and economy, diversified presentation and publicity of landscape are becoming more and more popular among the public, such as using color pictures to display multimedia publicity videos or APP, WeChat public accounts, and other new media. There are various ways of expression. Against the limitations of color image landscape, this article introduced the PFA algorithm, during the experiment of hand-painted landscape pictures, the effect of color hand-painted images is evaluated by using the coordination degree of natural target detection scene, and the corresponding image evaluation index values are obtained for effective analysis, and the prediction model is established. The simulation results show that the PFA algorithm is effective and can support the evaluation of the hand-painted effect of color landscape photos.

In recent years, badminton sports have attracted the public and the majority of young students. Badminton training has received extensive attention in the field of sports. However, there is currently no effective and accurate method for effective analysis of badminton training. In order to solve this problem, this paper combines the training teaching theory and the representation training theory and applies the fuzzy algorithm to construct the fuzzy evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process. After the experiment, the test scores of the sports quality of the two groups of badminton special students were improved. Through the screening of the seven functional modes of action, it was found that the special students’ left and right symmetry differences were obvious, the lower limbs were not stable, the core area was weak, and the muscle control ability on both sides of the spine needed to be strengthened.
