Based on the magnetic seed-metering principle, a new magnetic plate-type precision seeder and seeding production line were developed to meet the requirements of precision seeding. The control system was designed based on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Mico Controller Unit (MCU). Automatic programming techniques, sensor technology, acceleration and deceleration control of step motor were integrated into the system. The PLC control system controls the workflow of the production line to realize accurate positioning of the tray and its coordination. The MCU control system controls the flip of the sowing board, as well as the up-and-down movement of the seed case for whole tray seed-filling and sowing. Seeding tests for the magnetic powder coated rape seeds showed that the rates of single-seeding, over-seeding and miss-seeding were 90.2778%, 4.6875% and 5.0347% respectively. The seeding speed was up to 14s per tray. This result meets the requirements of precision seeding.

A new magnetic plate-type precision seeding production line and its control system were designed based on the magnetic seed-metering principle. The control system is consisted of DVP-40ES Programmable Logic Controller and LJD-51-XB+ Mico Controller Unit. The PLC control system controls the working flow of the production line. The MCU control system controls turnover movement of the sowing board and up-and-down movement of the seed case for whole tray seed-filling and sowing. Seeding tests for the magnetic powder coated rape seeds showed that the rate of single-seeding, over-seeding and miss-seeding were 90.2778%, 4.6875% and 5.0347% respectively. The seeding speed was 257 trays per hour, an average of each tray with 14s. It meets the requirements of precision seeding. The system design is reasonable and reliable.

This paper analyzes the control requirements of scutcher and introduces the control system scheme which is composed of programmable logic controller, touch panel and inverter. And it emphasizes the hardware constitution of S7-200 PLC control system, the pressure detection and display of cotton feeding pipeline, together with the principles of the beater speed test program and the control program of cotton feeding motor.The scutcher control system can feed cotton continuously and equably and ensure the pressure stability of the cotton feeding pipeline. In this way, it can adjust process conveniently, decrease fault rate and cut the design development cycle of new equipments to improve the control level of textile machinery.

Industrial manipulator has become an important and indispensable part of the modern industrial production, This paper studies the industrial manipulator control system based on programmable controller, This paper mainly introduces the software design of PLC control system, analyzes the various modules of the composition manipulator control system , Adopt Mitsubishi PLC design of manipulator system was put forward, the function and the control method of Mitsubishi PLC was studied; Experimental results show that the manipulator can eventually exercise according to the requirements of the control program ,and implement the monitoring system of this manipulator intuitive image observation, reached the design purpose and the requirements of this paper.

The system uses the PLC controlling step motor to propel the welding oscillator. It adopts the PLC to output pulses, which frequency is precise, so it is convenient to control the direction, and the mechanic part of the oscillator is simplified. At the same time, because of the step motor’s precise step and it is dependable driving, the welding oscillator controlled by this system is convenient to control, not only the oscillation velocity but also the standstill time at each point. The system’s stability can meet the practical need of the welding perfectly.

In order to solve the problem of packing and packing on the soft package in the pipeline, we use PLC system to control the robot. The step motor and the push rod motor cooperate with each other to realize the space movement. The vacuum sucker can firmly absorb the target and realize the transportation and packing of the target. To solve the problem of heavy workload of the soft packing line, wasting the manpower and material resources, we change the past hard grab transport mode and use the vacuum sucker to absorb the soft package to improve the packing efficiency. As for transporting soft package goods, the vacuum sucker has characteristics of small wear, fast speed, light and convenience. PLC control system greatly improves the accuracy of its moving objects, the robot is more efficient and practical.

A multifunctional control system on diamond drill laser welding machine was designed. The system mainly contains Siemens S7-200 programmable logic controller and Wei Lun touch-screen interface. It could weld drills of different matrix diameter (Φ20mm-Φ250mm), different segment arc length and segment number automatically. And the utilization of the beam reached 95%. When the system has break down, it will give out alarm signal and make some initial fault diagnosis to handle this problem.

According to the craft requirement of drilling and tapping some boxes’ production line three surfaces and two service positions, selected Japan Matsushita Electric's C40 (24/16) type,and designed the PLC control system of the combined machine tool, replace the intrinsic relay and contactor control system. The reliability of the control system is improved, failure rate is reduced, debugging use is convenient, practical application effect is good.
