Industrial manipulator has become an important and indispensable part of the modern industrial production, This paper studies the industrial manipulator control system based on programmable controller, This paper mainly introduces the software design of PLC control system, analyzes the various modules of the composition manipulator control system , Adopt Mitsubishi PLC design of manipulator system was put forward, the function and the control method of Mitsubishi PLC was studied; Experimental results show that the manipulator can eventually exercise according to the requirements of the control program ,and implement the monitoring system of this manipulator intuitive image observation, reached the design purpose and the requirements of this paper.

This paper analyzes the control requirements of scutcher and introduces the control system scheme which is composed of programmable logic controller, touch panel and inverter. And it emphasizes the hardware constitution of S7-200 PLC control system, the pressure detection and display of cotton feeding pipeline, together with the principles of the beater speed test program and the control program of cotton feeding motor.The scutcher control system can feed cotton continuously and equably and ensure the pressure stability of the cotton feeding pipeline. In this way, it can adjust process conveniently, decrease fault rate and cut the design development cycle of new equipments to improve the control level of textile machinery.

In the human muscular system, each muscle can regulate its compliance, all of the muscles act in opposition to each other, and certain muscles act on several joints. This mechanism serves for skillful human motions. To realize an improved manipulator, we implemented this mechanism into our manipulator which has a musculo-skeletal mechanism similar to a human forearm. The manipulator is driven by the tendon-driven system where the actions of the tendon-driven system are similar to those of the human muscular system. The manipulator has 2 D.O.F and is driven by three contending wires. In addition, the manipulator control method referring to the human muscular control system is investigated.

This paper focuses on the control system of tunnel automatic car washing machine and puts forward a control scheme of automatic car washing system based on PLC control. This design uses domestic Hexin PLC as the core for control and man-machine interaction through touch screen, so as to control and monitor the work of the system. Each switch button, infrared sensor, ultrasonic sensor and limit switch are input to PLC as output signal, and then PLC controls the operation of each working part. This PLC based control system is more reliable, and easy to implement, in the actual use of simple operation, and easy to maintain, and have a good market prospects.

The paper discusses the implementation scheme and software design that applies web technology into real-time remote monitoring system. Software design of monitoring system mainly includes design of serial data acquisition software and web-based remote monitoring software. Serial software acquires related data of solar heating system via RS-485 serial port and realizes storage of data. Web-based remote monitoring is in C/S mode, and users can browse and search data of solar water heating control system in real-time by using browser. The design scheme is a success in implementation of solar water system in campus, and realizes automation integrated with control, management, information and network through a combination of control network and Internet.

Abstract In order to reduce the cost of central air conditioning, we need to reduce its energy consumption. This paper briefly introduced Internet of Things and the energy-saving and comfort monitoring system of central air conditioning based on the Internet of Things. The system took comfort degree as constraint and energy efficiency as objective to control energy saving of central air conditioning. Company X in Guanghan, Sichuan, China, was taken as an example for analysis. The system was compared with the energy-saving control system which took temperature and power as constraints. Compared with before the energy-saving control, the proportion of air conditioning downtime in the working hours of employees increased after the implementation of the two kinds of energy-saving control systems, and the proportion of downtime under the energy-saving control system designed in this study was larger; in addition, after the control of the two kinds of energy-saving systems, the energy efficiency of the air conditioning significantly improved, and the air conditioning under the control of the energy-saving system proposed in this study had more improvement in energy efficiency and higher energy-saving efficiency. The energy-saving control method proposed in this study can effectively reduce the power consumption of the central air conditioning in the office.

This paper analyzes the characteristics of the PLC and MATLAB, describes the OPC technology and introduces the system structures and procedures which uses the OPC technology to achieve the exchange of data between PLC and MATLAB system. For example, in the plastic tank temperature control system, it mentions the BP neural network PID control algorithm which is applied to the PLC control system by using the MATLAB intelligent controller. The results show that this control method is simple and the control effect is good, much better than the traditional PID control.

To solve these problems, designing a C516 vertical lathe control circuit based on PLC,. Also describes the electronic requirements of the control circuits, basis of PLC selection, the hardware connection and software design. Practice has showed that the use of PLC control circuit is simple, reliable and highly improves the production efficiency.

This article takes the natural gas hot-dip galvanizing kiln as the research object, designing a set of networked control system based on PROFIBUS, introducing the combustion system design of the natural gas kiln and the general structure of control system, and developing PLC control program and human-computer interface of the upper computer, and realizing network monitoring. It has been found that the stably running system provides powerful tools for product quality control and optimal operation management.

In order to improve the sealing quality and reduce the labor intensity of people, the stepping motors have been adopted in the salver mechanical transmission part and sealing part of the original sealing machine. In the paper, salver feeding and control system of sealing machine have been designed. The results have been obtained such as control principle diagram of the control system, equivalent circuit diagram and outer wiring diagram of PLC and PLC control program. It can realize the automatic control of the sealing machine. Improved sealing machine has the characteristic of simple mechanical transmission parts, advanced control system, small human error, low fault rate and easy operation.

Many industrial sites require real-time monitoring of temperature, to prevent the temperature is too high or too low damage to the equipment. This article on the basis of research on the structure of programmable logic controller and it is given a comparative study based on programmable logic controller hardware design and the current temperature sensor. The design of PLC control flow, combined with the actual situation, the completion of a complete temperature monitoring system based on programmable controllers control scheme, which given the specific design methods and control architecture.
